The staff is amazing! The housekeeper noticed a spider in a corner and right away she took care of it. Then they offered to move me to a different room. I appreciated they were going to all that trouble over a tiny little spider lol but no need to go to all that trouble for a little thing like that. Especially when it's that time of year for those little critters to try and make their way inside.

Well , the staff and his name is Keith he is a great guy very nice and accommodating. The room is just ok. Bathroom is less than ok. Our sink was keep clogging and toilet has stained and when u flush the toilet so loud and slow. Whats the best on our stay was just staff especially Keith. Keep up the good work Keith

My shower head was installed poorly. It was too high and wouldn’t angle down. Two lightbulbs weren’t working. No convenient plug near the bed. The front desk person didn’t speak much English, and handed their cellphone to my travel companion (in a different room where the shower was better) to talk to someone with better English. I won’t be booking a room here again. Overall it wasn’t terrible, just not what I needed.

The only thing it’s missing really is a washer room for guests. Other than that it’s fine. Sometimes you can smell cigarette smoke in the hallways even though it’s a smoke free hotel.

GGuest UserThis was a nice little hotel near many good restaurants. At first when we first checked in, the concierge was crabby, but when our rooms A/C wasn't working, he came up checked it out thoroughly and said he could put us into another room once he checked the other rooms A/C to make sure it was working. It was a smaller room, but during a heat wave with A/C, it was great!
