O ”hotel” em si é muito confortável e o quarto tem um enorme terraço! O pessoal de serviço no escritório frontal e no restaurante é muito agradável.Porque está na área da faculdade, é muito tranquilo. Você pode caminhar até a Catedral de São Pedro em 15 minutos, e há muitos ônibus nas proximidades para os principais bairros empresariais. Também foi muito conveniente para o hotel ajudar a reservar um táxi.Ir para o aeroporto apenas evitou o congestionamento no centro da cidade e a viagem foi tranquila.
Houve um problema na plataforma trip.com e o hotel não foi avisado que eu já havia pago, fazendo com que eu pagasse novamente no hotel. Fui cobrado repetidamente e já se passou quase uma semana e ainda não foi reembolsado. Não sei o que fazer, a plataforma disse que o hotel me disse para esperar 35 dias! Não consigo entender esse assunto.
Então a parte de serviço aqui deveria ter recebido nota máxima, então dei metade.

We enjoyed our stay, the on-boarding experience and exit was awkward…I had missed an email from the property manager to confirm arrival time and she needs to meet you for access, also need to leave the key in your room but need to use it to access the gate outside - worked ok with two people, one would have been a bit challenging?!
Other than that, clean, comfortable and has a lovely private outdoor deck!

Gostamos do quarto – fresco, limpo e moderno. A cama era confortável e havia ar condicionado. É possível conectar o YouTube à TV pelo celular.
Contras:
- O box do chuveiro é o menor que já vi. O chuveiro estava vazando.
Outros pontos:
- Não limparam o quarto por três noites, não repuseram a água e não trocaram a roupa de cama. Embora isso possa ser uma vantagem para a segurança dos seus pertences no quarto.
- O hotel não tem funcionários (a senha foi enviada pelo WhatsApp).
- Como cidadãos russos sem cartão internacional, foi um problema o fato de a taxa turística (geralmente paga em dinheiro no hotel) só poder ser paga online. Tivemos que pedir a um amigo para usar o cartão dele.
- A localização é questionável. Por um lado, fica a poucos passos do principal centro de transportes de Roma, a Estação Termini (onde se cruzam duas linhas de metrô e há um trem direto para o aeroporto) e a uma curta caminhada das principais atrações (o Coliseu e a Fontana di Trevi ficam a 25 minutos a pé). Por outro lado, as ruas ao redor do hotel são movimentadas por imigrantes e pessoas com comportamento antissocial. Portanto, chegar ao hotel à noite era desconfortável.
No geral, eu me hospedaria neste hotel novamente pelas mesmas três noites, considerando o preço razoável.

AAndrei SobolevskiHiSuite Rome has two kinds of accommodation: regular hotel rooms and two or three small two-bedroom apartments, each with separate entrance. As we are a family of five (two parents and three children aged 16, 7, and 1,5 years), we got an apartment.
The apartments are located in a separate house just opposite to the hotel reception on a narrow and truly authentic street in the old center of Rome, in a few minutes' walk from Piazza Navona. Each apartment has an entrance door with a codelock, which opens into a living/dining room with a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a coffee machine, and a toaster. One of the two bedrooms is one level above, another is one level below, underground (and without natural light), all three levels being connected with staircases. From the photos in the hotel website it was not clear that the apartment is organized in as many as three levels (although the staircase was of course clearly visible), but this is a nice detail adding much to the cozy character of the space. Note however that living in this space involves using stairs a lot.
Both bedrooms are equipped with shower and toilet, and there is one wardrobe with a small safe upstairs. The tasteful decoration of the apartment, as well as the hotel's lobby, deserves special mention, and every morning it was delightful to see the beautiful Baroque frames of windows just opposite to ours.
The hotel is apparently owned by a family, and the owners were really friendly and thoutful. We kept contact via email and WhatsApp with Laura, Giulia, and Mike (Michele?), and this experience was pleasant and memorable. The hotel team helped us book comfortable and reasonably priced transfers from the Fiumicino airport and to the Termini train station, and both taxi drivers were punctual and dependable. We had an early inbound flight, and the hotel provided us with early check-in free of charge (without us asking for it). On the day of checkout our luggage was kept until the taxi arrived in the evening. The hotel also provides to its guests a memo with a useful selection of eating and cultural addresses, and Laura readily gave lots of practical advice regarding visiting the city's attractions.
HiSuite Rome does not have breakfast room, but there is a cafe next door. We however did not use it, because it was nice to have our own breakfasts at our place.
All in all, our experience with HiSuite Rome is perfect. They provide normal service that you expect from a hotel of this class, but do everything with much attention to detail, in a thoughtful, friendly and dependable manner that goes beyond what's expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Rome from a nice and historical location, and will check their website first should we be coming to Rome again.

LLiubov BelogolovaiaWe stayed at this hotel from November 13th to 18th, 2025! The reception is open 24 hours a day, and Gemma, the Russian-speaking staff, speaks the language perfectly and takes care of all your needs! The breakfasts are wonderful, I've attached a photo, and the room has shampoo and shower gel! There's a kitchen where we cooked, which is very convenient! There's a Carrefour supermarket near the hotel! Victoria, a Russian woman, makes wonderful coffee for breakfast! The hotel has a unique feature: air conditioning, powered by stationary equipment, like a smart home! We stayed in room 503, and the door was accidentally left open and it was very cold at night, but our issue was quickly resolved. We invited master Luca, who moved the closet and sealed everything tightly. The following nights were comfortably warm! The Vatican is nearby, so the hotel is very conveniently located! But I want to warn you that you should arrive from the direction of the St. Peter's Basilica bus stop, take bus numbers 62 and 64! Don't take the metro!!!!! The stairs from the metro are very steep and difficult to climb with a suitcase! So, it's better to take the bus stop. I've included photos below of how to get there! Everything is within walking distance!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very well-maintained, and the service is excellent. Stefhany checked me in at the front desk, and it was a very quick process; she was incredibly friendly. I was able to store my luggage while waiting for my room to be ready at 3 PM. Although the area outside isn't the best, with some questionable individuals due to its proximity to the terminal, there was always security nearby, and police patrols were frequent. The rooms were quiet, allowing us to rest peacefully. It's located two blocks from Termini, and there's a bus station very close by, which made getting around easy, especially when returning late at night.

While the space was compact (typical for central Rome), its clever design maximized functionality. Though not mentioned in the listing, we were pleasantly surprised by the quiet neighborhood despite being within walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain.
If you prioritize cleanliness, responsive support, and a central location, this rental is a fantastic choice. Perfect for travelers who value efficiency and a stress-free experience in the Eternal City!

GGuest UserThe staff at the hotel were very friendly polite and always happy to help with questions asked eg where to eat, how to get to the main attractions etc.
We found that the kettle in the room was leaking and when we came back from a walk they had already put a new one in the room.
The hotel is conveniently placed within walking distance of some of the attractions and close to all food and drinks places.
When we return to Rome we will certainly book this hotel again.

GGuest UserOverall it was good, but there are a couple of moments that have spoiled the impressions, and mostly those are moments of recreation organization. So, a day before settlement I didn't get instructions on settlement, and I didn't know how to act, where to take the keys, whether someone will meet me, at least the phone of the administrator (Acting!). when I arrived I went to the building at the address, the phone in the voucher. There was just an entrance door without a reseption. No one answered the phone in the voucher. But the sign in front of the door was given the phone number, the girl replied, but said she no longer works in these apartments, but gave the current phone number to Mikael, an employee or host. It was good that he replied quickly and sent all the details further. I left my luggage and settled later. The opportunity to leave my luggage This was the main advantage of the apartments! :) When I was inhabited, I met Mum Mikaele, who does not speak English at all, unfortunately. This is why she probably couldn't explain how to use the elevator, and that in case of problems with the entrance door, it can be opened by code. So when we arrived at 23:30 and we had the key not opening the door, I wrote / called Mikael again, he sent the code. And after all, it could have been sent out earlier, and then we would have no stress.

TtimewheelThe best accommodation of the entire trip! Better than the same hotels in Paris and London! Several advantages: 1. Convenient location: within walking distance of the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica; a 2-minute walk to Metro Line A, 3 stops to the Spanish Steps, and 6 stops to the train station. 2. The apartment has a kitchen and is fully equipped; a wet market is just 200 meters away, where you can buy a large boneless steak for 20 euros! 3. Spacious rooms, suite design; the owner is generous and provides complimentary wine and drinks!

GGuest UserThere was no trash can. I only met the front desk staff at check-in, and was unable to speak to them at other times, so I was unable to make any requests or ask any questions. There was one washing machine and one dryer, which was great to have for free, but if they were already in use, I had to wait quite a while. Cleaning was done daily, and coffee and other items were sometimes replenished. The shower's drainage was weak, so it overflowed quickly, which was a bit of a concern. The lighting in the room was generally dim.
