Very happy with our Accomodation at Aria on Bank Dunedin. The self contained unit for a couple was modern, very clean, fresh & well presented. Free (No fee) use of laundry ( washing machine & dryer) for all tenants to use.
Our room was missing a frying pan which i needed to cook. I contacted the front desk, the gentleman receptionist immediately ran & I mean ran to our unit to confirm it was missing & sure enough none to be located. He left & returned a couple mins later with a replacement frying pan & utensil. Outstanding service.
AAA+++ RATING for service & excellence.

房間還不錯，但另一張是個沙發，睡着沒那麼好。周圍走路大概500米有肯德基等餐飲店。入住送了一瓶牛奶，暖氣🈶三個插電的。

Ficámos três noites Neste motel, com UMA localização Muito conveniente, a pé de comida, loja e apenas atravessando a rua, você Pode desfrutar Da bela vista do lago, MAS o som não é Muito bom. Mesmo todas as portas e janelas fechadas, você ainda ouve o ruído do tráfego.

Excellent room facilities with full kitchen and well designed bathroom toilet areas, which made our stay super easy and enjoyable! Staff were very friendly and helpful, showed me the map of Dunedin and places to visit and stuff. Enough car park. Definitely will stay here again next time in Dunedin!

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first. The chalet was different from my previous stay, but the quality remained excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The experience was just as enjoyable, proving that this place is consistently reliable. Will definitely return again!

It was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even showed us how to use the electric stove. The bathroom and kitchen were both spotless.

KKhoThe place is spacious and the location is excellent. It is right next to the main road. After watching the little penguins, you can buy fast food nearby before returning to the hostel. The room is spacious and there are staff on duty at night. You can park at the door, which is very convenient

GGuest Userthere are not enough car park spaces for number of rooms, no alternative parking that isnt limited parking. The room itself was ok but no shampoo/conditions in bathroom, cobwebs and a bit dusty. great location and walking distance to town and lake front. They need to do something about the parking - spend the money to stay and cant even park where you paid (unheard of!). supermarket next door but limited parking, no street front parking available and carpark across the road is no overnight parking and why would we be expected to park off site and lug luggage etc.

The unit was very spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The layout was practical and suitable for both short and longer stays, with ample space to move around and relax.
One of the biggest advantages was how easy the place was to locate. Clear directions and a convenient location made check-in smooth and stress-free, especially after a long journey. The surrounding area was also quiet and pleasant, allowing for a restful stay.
Cleanliness was clearly a priority, from the rooms to the common areas, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this accommodation offers great comfort, convenience, and value. We would definitely recommend it to others and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

DDandanThe front desk sister is very nice, smiles often on the face, and also helps to collect the leftovers! ! ! There is a Chinese lady at the gas station. The bath water is very big, and the sheets are especially like those used in 3-star hotels in China. Hahaha

Nicely set back off the road so quiet and undisturbed. Obviously very popular with cyclists, fishermen and walkers, of whom there were plenty.

GGuest UserWe stayed at a motel in Wanaka. The owner was very welcoming during check-in, explaining the surroundings and the supermarket's location, which made us feel right at home. The room facilities were great, and both the bathroom and kitchen were spacious. So we bought some groceries and cooked a delicious dinner. Overall, it was a good experience. Recommended!

The room also has kitchenware, so you can cook simple meals.👍
I left my Apple Watch after checking out, but the hotel contacted me separately, so I was able to retrieve it safely.🙏🏻
