A great place if you want to socialize but also if you feel to take your time and have your space. The food is excellent, the location is great, the swimming pool has a great view! The 4 bed room was nice, the toilet in the room made it also comfy, the cleaning was done thoroughly. The guys at the reception were always helpful! Wifi was great too!

It was very good. Because I had an early flight, they took me to Vientiane Airport at 4:30 in the morning (100 dollars). Also, I ate breakfast in the lobby, but it was easy to make friends because I ate with other backpackers. I climbed the mountain to the view point and got my shoes muddy, but I was able to wash them off at the tap outside the hotel (I recommend bringing your own brushes). Even on rainy days, many people enjoy playing billiards in the hostel. You can also refill your water from the water server. And the dog that lives in the hostel is very cute. If I come to Vang Vieng again, I will stay at this hostel.

O Monkey Mad Vang Vieng TEM UMA atmosfera social e divertida, e o Pessoal é geralmente amigável e enérgico.É um BOM Lugar para conhecer pessoas novas e desfrutar Da Viva do festejo. No entanto, algumas áreas podem ser melhoradas, e as instalações e quartos podem sentir-se um pouco ocupados, e a limpeza é por vezes inconsistente. Dependendo do momento em que você ficar, os níveis de ruído podem ser bastante elevados, especialmente de outros visitantes, mesmo tarde à noite, algo para se lembrar se você esperar descansar. Em geral, é um albergue viva com uma cena social forte, mas não a melhor escolha se conforto e silêncio são suas principais prioridades.

Nice basic hotel. Walkable to the town. Next door pool party can be a little noisy. Earplug do the trick 😆 Breakfast simple but OK. Staff helpful. Spacious room. Pillow might need to change as it is too soft. Kettle provide but the wall plug was too high. Overall OK for basic reasons

L’hostel est mediocre c’est sale, il fait froid pas d’eau chaude dans la douche. Heureusement que j’avais mon draps de lit parce que celui fourni par l’hostel était rempli de tache. Je me demande si il font le ménage. À fuir

The receptionists were friendly and helpful, which made check-in and check-out pleasant. The room was clean overall, but the floor on the hallway was quite dusty, which might just be typical for Vang Vieng. Unfortunately, my bed was used by 2 guests (a couple) who entered the room first, so I ended up having to use their bed. The locker assigned to me was broken, and the key for the locked door didn’t always work, which was a bit inconvenient. There’s potential for a comfortable stay here, but a few improvements in room readiness and maintenance would make a big difference.

It's OK! Everything is good... The location is also very good... Next time if I have a chance to pass by, I will still consider staying here. It was a very happy journey
