I chose this guesthouse, newly opened in 2026, for my trip to Langkawi this time, and it truly exceeded my expectations! It's located above the Kawanda Billion Supermarket, so you can just head downstairs for water and snacks – super convenient. There are also tons of food options around, from restaurants to street stalls, making it easy to sort out all your meals without any worries. The owner is incredibly kind, and all the staff are super enthusiastic. They're always happy to answer questions and even recommended many fun local spots and delicious restaurants to us. The room facilities are very new, and both the bedding and the room itself are extremely clean, showing that they truly put effort into running the place. The biggest surprise was the communal kitchen! It's equipped with an air fryer and a microwave, so we could buy seafood at night and prepare a simple meal ourselves, which was incredibly convenient and saved money. The mountain view from the window is lovely; sitting there and enjoying the breeze was very comfortable. It's about five kilometers from both the airport and Cenang Beach, so a taxi ride takes about ten minutes – a very suitable location. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Langkawi; I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

First of all, this is not a resort by any chance. It is simply a motel which is old and in desperate need of maintenance. The room that was provided had large cracks (and it was the only available room). The AC was not properly cooling. The bathroom was super small, so small that they didn't know where to hang the shower. Despite so many negatives, the staff were good. They maintained the basic cleanliness, and were helpful. Also the location was great. I would urge Trip.com to review the nomenclature of this property, and would definitely urge the property to perform immediate maintenance and upgrades.

Just nice budget room, clean and easy to reach the location. Btw, I'm a bit not satisfied with the booking since i got room with queen bed but I already choose the room with twin bed.

Very convenience place to cenang beach, staff all friendly and treat customer in very polite way. Stay there for 3days, even a motel, they send house keeping to change the rubbish plastic, change new towel and restock all the toilet paper.

Short trip. Semua ok sangat. Bilik luas, kemudahan semua ok. Plan akan menginap kat sini nnti nak bawa anak2.

The room is clean , spacious with necessities amenities. Check-in and check-out were convenient. The shower water is good, Aircon works well. Bed is comfortable (although the pillow is a bit high for me). The location is quiet and also near the Cenang beach area. Easy to go around with Grab. They also rent motorcycles. There’s a small supermarket and a breakfast stall just at the entrance of the lane. Good experience.

Офигенно отличный отель. Супер. Потому что: чисто, аккуратно, все целое, есть переходники в тумбочках под местную розетку. Классный бассейн Хороший вайфай, устойчивый. Рядом превосходный ресторан bobi's Пляж тенгах минут 7 пешком Очень хороший персонал, спасибо им большое за понимание и поддержку в сложной неоднозначной ситуации)) Great hotel. Super: clean, neat, everything is intact, there are adapters in the bedside tables for a local outlet. Cool pool Good Wi-Fi, stable. Next to the award-winning bobi's restaurant Tengah Beach 7 minutes walk Very good staff, thank you very much for their understanding and support in a difficult ambiguous situation))

非常不錯的酒店，酒店乾淨衞生，價格也十分的合理，前台熱情，還有游泳池，洗衣房，很適合度假住宿，附近就有摩託車租賃，很不錯的選擇。
