Com toda a honestidade, esta é uma escolha muito boa de orçamento. O serviço foi incrível. Eles têm concierge e carregador de malas? Não. Mas eles são extremamente educados e sempre sorriem. Sempre que eu tinha uma pergunta, eles tentavam me ajudar com prazer. Os quartos são o que você paga. O ar condicionado funciona e a internet também. Na verdade, há uma recepção lá, apesar de Trip dizer que não há. Eles também têm um café: restaurante no local que serve um bom café e comida. Está bem localizado a 3 minutos a pé da praia. Experimentei o quarto standard e o quarto familiar. É o mais fresco? Não. Acho que é limpo, mas os lençóis estão manchados. As paredes também e assim por diante. Se você estiver com um orçamento limitado, recomendo 100% este lugar.

The room is clean , spacious with necessities amenities. Check-in and check-out were convenient. The shower water is good, Aircon works well. Bed is comfortable (although the pillow is a bit high for me). The location is quiet and also near the Cenang beach area. Easy to go around with Grab. They also rent motorcycles. There’s a small supermarket and a breakfast stall just at the entrance of the lane. Good experience.

1) Located at Kedawang area which is opposite Holiday Villa & next to Aloft, If the Grab driver can't locate the place. 2) The mural on the wall depicts ”Cactus 🌵Inn” If u don't realise where is it after alighting from the Grab. 🤓 Friendly staff. 3) More of a private own premise converted into a comfortable Inn which has a little cafe next to it that serves light menu & plays good old 60s & 70s music that'll reminisce the past. 🎶👍🏻 Of course, the Inn doesn't look like what it has illustrated in the booking platform. More plants & less cleanliness! 4) Room facilities were well equipped wt mineral water, coffee sachet, hairdryer, TV, aircond, fan, shower gel, towels & toilet roll. 🤗 5) A cosy place for the night wt free wifi But Full of insect bugs flying in the bathroom! I killed 10 insect bugs, I guess they flew in from the bathroom window which is situated next to the backyard. Ensure you close your bathroom door to avoid the irritating insect bugs in your room! Otherwise it's a quiet place just for a night. There's another cafe Next to Cactus Inn called ”ARC” that serves Nyonya & Portuguese food! Don't miss the Chicken Pongteh!! 😋👍🏻 Friendly staffs though price can be steep!

I was there just for one night and needed something near the ferry. For this, the location was great. But I probably wouldn't stay there for longer.

Recommend this hotel, bilik semua okay. Area yg sngat mudah cari tempat makan, tempat beli coklat semua, cuma tingkatkan kebersihan di tandas. Tq 🥰

Very convenience place to cenang beach, staff all friendly and treat customer in very polite way. Stay there for 3days, even a motel, they send house keeping to change the rubbish plastic, change new towel and restock all the toilet paper.

I came Langkawi for business trip purposes. Coincidence found this new open motel just rightfully near to Pantai Cenang about 8 mins for my work trip. And I really like the room design is very cozy and comfortable. The wardrobe design is very convenient for me to storage my luggage and the wardrobe also is just nice 😊 Beside Fat Mom actually is just beside the Billion,most importantly I can buy some light food to cook in their shared kitchen. Will come back to book here for my trip again ❤️

Just nice budget room, clean and easy to reach the location. Btw, I'm a bit not satisfied with the booking since i got room with queen bed but I already choose the room with twin bed.

First of all, this is not a resort by any chance. It is simply a motel which is old and in desperate need of maintenance. The room that was provided had large cracks (and it was the only available room). The AC was not properly cooling. The bathroom was super small, so small that they didn't know where to hang the shower. Despite so many negatives, the staff were good. They maintained the basic cleanliness, and were helpful. Also the location was great. I would urge Trip.com to review the nomenclature of this property, and would definitely urge the property to perform immediate maintenance and upgrades.
