⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Stay!
Ficámos no 2 Bed Family Villa no Chinchilla Motor Inn e não podíamos ter ficado mais feliz.A villa era moderna, insensata e muito confortável tudo sentiu-se fresco e bem mantido. A localização é excelente, confortável, MAS silenciosa, tornando-a perfeita para as famílias.
Mas o que realmente nos impressionou foi o serviço incrível, e a nossa filha deixou a amada Kindle por acidente, e o pessoal foi acima e para além para ajudar. Eles a embalaram cuidadosamente em um envelope de bolhas e a enviaram de volta para nós, sem custo, embora ofereçamos cobrir o custo e o tempo.Chegou em segurança, e estamos tão gratos por sua bondade e honestidade.
É raro encontrar essa hospitalidade genuína NOS últimos dias.Recomendamos a Chinchilla Motor Inn a qualquer um instalações fantásticas e até pessoas melhores!

The hotel facilities were very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was quiet and comfortable, making my stay very pleasant. I would be happy to stay here again.

It was good inside but terrible outside the other occupants of the other motel’s didn’t care how much noise they made the other guest we was near was still going at 2.30 in the morning what happened to being quiet at 10

The location is 10 minutes walking distance from ciry cenrer and 8 minutes from bus station. They won't clean your room if the booking is less than 6 nights. The room size was reasonable with basic amenities. The AC was window type. You can store luggage after check-out.

What can I say, this place is quiet clean and seems to be newly built or not that old. We got the studio with a kitchen and that worked really well for us with cooking breakfast. Quick and easy check in and check out. We would stay here again if we came through again.

Beutiful place to stay. There are themed rooms that are amazing. The owner is great and very thoughtful. We stayed 2 times so far and we got to stay in a music room and a bar room. Definitely the place to stay when you are in Chinchilla.
There is also a retro arcade that is great.

Accommodation was great, good mattress, amenities and space as well as bathroom was great and clean !
Make me feel very comfortable staying there, the only thing is I believe was too expensive for just one night staying but overall staff was very friendly:)

GGuest UserThe reception lady was very unfriendly. She did not explain to me how I could be able to get hot water as no kettle was not provided. They should give guidance to let me figure out what to do with this as it should be available. The hotel should make this little improvement so that customers can enjoy more without much uncertainty!

GGuest UserThe staff were very helpful and welcoming. This wasn’t a bad stay by any means- just had a certain feel to it we didn’t like. The property itself has a really strong smell of old wood and beer, which is quite a lot to get used to. The rooms are decent sized, however did find that 7 rooms to one toilet and shower was a little hard to navigate at times. The toilet also constantly had the windows locked open which meant that people walking past outside could see in and be heard which is a little unsettling where privacy is concerned. The room itself had quite a few baby cockroaches in, and after looking found full insect traps in the room so suspect this may be an ongoing issue. The blinds over the windows were very loose also, meaning when laid in bed at night you could see both in and out of our room which was also slightly unsettling. Our room was equipped with a sink, kettle, and fridge which came in handy. The stay was okay and did us for the price, very historic and lots of images on the walls demonstrating so.

GGuest UserSomehow I got it mixed up. When I booked it I thought it was near the airport. I was outta the country so could not ring. Sent email no response. $50. Taxi to hotel. Midnight
The did answer the phone . Sent a pin to get in. Room was pretty good.

SShanice HenawayStayed at this hotel for 4 night paying over $800. Plus had to pay $200 deposit.
20 mins after checking in and storing my belongings into the hotel room.
The manager had knocked on my door and falsely accused me of smoking ********* in his hotel.
Much to his surprise I was telling the truth and he apologized for the accusation.
Upon check out day. I cleaned the floors and all the rest of it. Took pictures for evidence of room when checked out.
Realised i hadnt been refunded my $200. asked for my deposit refund as it hasn't been put back into my account.
Manager denied paying me my deposit back and claimed that he had to pay his cleaners extra for the extra 40 mins they took to clean UNDER our beds. Which he never stated that would be a reason to withhold my full refund.
I left the room clean, no damages to property upon checkout, As manager instructed. I proved I certainly wasn't smoking ********* in his hotel.
Completed a complaints form about his customer service as he still refusing to give me my $200 deposit.
Will never stay there again.

GGuest UserThe service was very friendly, the owners and staff are eager to assist with any requests and like to get to know their clients, hence we rebooked on two other occasions.
There is no food, but good food outlets and takeaways nearby. There is tea/coffee, biscuits and a microwave, plates & cutlery, mugs, water & wine glasses.
The beds are very comfortable, rooms are a good size with air-con, TV & couch- all the usual extras, shampoo, shower gels, hair dryer, iron and small wardrobe.
The bathrooms are very small but work for short stays. Swimming pool available, which we did not use due to short stay. Private car parking is off road and surprisingly quiet due to proximity to the main road. City is within walking distance. I realise that the motel is of an older style, however one tiny concern for older folks is the small step in and out of the bathroom especially if using at night and a step from the car up to the path outside the room. Perhaps a reminder to 'mind the step' - or a Fluro strip to make it obvious might avoid a 'trip'. The prices are very affordable.

Dde BarnierVery good for the price. Very large room, comfortable enough. Bed is on wheels without casters on tiled floor so moves around quite easily. Handy location with a shopping precinct with many restaurants immediately opposite.
I found it strange that guests are asked to empty rubbish bin in room into larger bins outside reception and to wash, dry and put away all used crockery and cutlery. Detergent and tea towels provided but means dishes are washed in bathroom handbasin.

YYashin RahmanI have no complaints on the amenities and services, they were average compared to the cost..but only problem that made me out of mind is their parking system, first of all their parking lines are incorrect, i dont know there were some outsider parking as well or they dont have sufficient parking spot. I was there for 4 day 4 night and I just got parking there only once…we have got lot of stuff to load and unload and it was frustrating to do so without having parking spot. I used to arrive at night by 7-10pm, and no parking available, at last day after complaining they showed us a vacant area to park which is out of the spot and not enough space to get in there to park my car…They should focus on their Parking space before inviting more guests in their motel…For the amount I paid to them, I dont expect much amenities and they didn’t even came up something extraordinary, but at least I deserve one parking spot allocated.
