The service staff are very kind, enthusiastic and help solve various problems! Since the flight arrives in the middle of the night, contact the hotel to book the pick-up beforehand, and the room will be reserved until midnight. The driver who picked up the airport was also very kind. Even in the cold midnight, I felt that the driver warmly welcomed you and assisted in getting on and off the luggage! Hotel location is located in the city center, restaurants, department stores are nearby, walking distance! I was very surprised to find that the Christmas market was right next to the hotel. I was very happy. The mood becomes more beautiful! Will visit again next time

It might have been us not 100% understanding what we were getting ourselves into. First - let’s set the context: if you are looking for an experience of how it feels to live in Palermo - this place is for you. We wanted to have an authentic experience, yes, but also some luxury. We were looking more for a boutique type hotel than an actual B&B in the middle of an all residential area. The room we had was labeled a Junior Suite (“Rosalia” Room 1) and it was right next to the little breakfast area and facing the front street - so very noisy. Vossia is only on the first floor and so, you literally are on the street. We came by car and you need to make sure to get your license plate registered for the restricted traffic areas (i.e. capo market is right around the corner). You can drop your bags and then park your car at a parking garage - just drive around all the narrow streets and don’t let the GPS send you down Via Beati Paoli… that’s where the market is at and you can drive around to make it to Orlando Parking. The location of Vossia is great - literally right behind the cathedral and with many great restaurants in walking distance. The room itself was big and simple - yet nice and clean. Given the price tag of Euro 240 for 1 night however - we were expecting a little more. Essentially Vossia is an old refurbished apartment turned B&B with 5 rooms, a kitchen, reception and breakfast area. It is in an old Palermo house on the frist floor in an otherwise residential building. There is WiFi, the service is great and the room has charme but the price tag is just not justified.

We learn this structure thanks to friendly advice... And never recommended more. The TH Luxury Central has been open for a few months. Super technological, very clean and profumeful (especially the corridor and the bathroom towels I literally loved), all is well-treated in the minimum details. The owner, Mrs. Rossella, and the manager of the structure, Mrs. Deborah, I have never met her because, as I said, it is a super-technological structure. The check in is made with Deborah via whatsapp and phone (and I can assure you that it is very kind and extremely available). The lady opens both the door of the palace, the apartment (which is located at 5 floor with lift) and the room. Once the room is open, a magnetic card will be found on the comforter, which will help open all doors independently throughout the living. A beautiful girl who takes care of the cleaning of the structure is welcomed in the morning, very kind, educated and precise in her work. The structure is located in the middle of the market in Fera o' Luni, and this gives the opportunity to get a little bit of a bit with shopping. The evening (we have been during a weekend) there is a little confusion given by the passage of the cars parking on the surrounding streets to go to the catalan move that is a step (the rooms are faced on the road but with the closed window the noise is minimal). The rooms have a small terrace where you can enjoy the view of the Etna. Breakfast service is not offered, but it is not a problem because it is under the structure, The TH Luxury Central is easily accessible from the airport via the Alibus ship, which stops at 200 mt (we still prefer to rely on a NCC). We're not looking forward to returning!

La struttura è in zona centrale a Milazzo, con un comodo garage che vi risparmia il pagamento del parcheggio a bordo strada e magari anche qualche riga sulle fiancate vista la guida ”estrosa” della maggior parte dei siciliani.. Le stanze sono dotate di tutti i comfort, a partire da un comodo letto, TV, armadio per riporre i vestiti, bicchieri in vetro, il bagno con bidet e comoda doccia, asciugacapelli e set di 3 asciugamani. Il condizionatore è di eccellente qualità. La colazione è a buffet, sia dolce che salata, e si consuma in camera. Da sogno i panzerotti alla ricotta! Da notare che ciò che avanza dalla colazione viene lasciato a disposizione degli ospiti fino a sera per un eventuale spuntino, perché ogni mattina vengono forniti prodotti freschi. Il tutto gestito con domotica installata da Santo. Direi ottima struttura. È stato un piacere soggiornare da voi.

Very welcoming and well located! The very kind owners, always careful to please their guests. The room is spacious and very clean, the breakfast rich and varied with fruit, sichokes, yogurt, cakes and biscuits. I highly recommend it

Posizione centralissima (piazza Stesicoro); camera fresca pulita e davvero confortevole; servizio caloroso e sincero; colazione ricca di tutto ciò che può essere gradito al mattino; si possono lasciare gratuitamente i bagagli il giorno della partenza; il bus da e per aeroporto ferma praticamente a 10 metri esatti. Questa struttura ha un suo proprio stile che lo rende affascinante. La mia bella Sicilia è questo e tanto altro ancora.

My room and bathroom were large and the bed and bed linens were excellent. Housekeeping was very good. Mr. Simone was extremely helpful. The location is very central and excellent for many of the sights in Palermo. There is no street noise because the building is back from the street on an arcade. Unfortunately, though, noise from the restaurant next door begins at 8 p.m. and continues until midnight or later and is very audible.

A beautifully simply appointed boutique guesthouse on the corner of Piazza Stesicoro and Via Etnea. Entry is up the staircase off the entry door on Via Neve - despite initial impressions (Via Neve is a bit of an alley way) and the the stairs to the second floor (I believe a lift is planned later this year) it was a delightful stay. Fabio and Daniel couldn't have more accommodating (Fabio even assisted me in sourcing good Sicilian wine!). Room was spacious and modern and housekeeping was excellent. A simple breakfast is taken at one of the cafes on Via Etnea - more than adequate＞ Location is great with Metro nearby and main train station accessible by Metro or a 10-15 minute walk. Duomo area 600m. Lots of eateries - recommend seafood in one of the numerous restaurants surrounding the famous Pescheria. Lots to see and do - recommend a trip to Taormina (train €12 return). Excellent location, the place was very clean and central. The possibility to use the private parking it’s so useful when staying in the town centre. The owner was very friendly and super nice! All the staff goes above and beyond if something is needed, amazing people! Loved our stay and we will definitely be back!

Optimal location in the historic center of Catania. Oytima top organization, efficiency and availability. Absolutely to go back. We visited the B&B on a weekend and thanks to the location we left the vehicles and walked without problems.

Ho pernottato due notti per un viaggio di lavoro. Nei giorni precedenti infinita disponibilità da parte del titolare, preciso nelle informazioni, cordiale, educato e gentilissimo. Stanza molto ampia , pulita e confortevole,letto matrimoniale comodissimo, il bagno privato in camera altrettanto ampio e pulitissimo, buona colazione con cucina ben assortita, un grande terrazzo interno ben arredato e confortevole , modalità d’ingresso con codice segreto e chiavi all’avanguardia. Situato nel centro a pochi passi e ad 10/ 15 Min di auto dall' areoporto.Consiglio alla grande e io stesso ne terrò a mente per le volte future. Do 5 stelle

My room and bathroom were large and the bed and bed linens were excellent. Housekeeping was very good. Mr. Simone was extremely helpful. The location is very central and excellent for many of the sights in Palermo. There is no street noise because the building is back from the street on an arcade. Unfortunately, though, noise from the restaurant next door begins at 8 p.m. and continues until midnight or later and is very audible.

I and two other friends stayed at Hostel Agata. We booked the hostel as it was fairly central. The train station was 10 odd minutes away which was handy for when we left Palermo and day trip to Cefalú. Hostel Agata is also close to all the touristic destinations that we wanted to visit. We were looked after very well by the hosts Francesco, Naomi and Anthony. Nothing was a bother and we always had any request fulfilled with a smile. The breakfast is served at the cafe beside the hostel, and we enjoyed the drinks, sandwiches and pizza from the cafe. The main road can be a little loud due to single glazed window, but contrary to some comments we read prior to booking, we found the hostel to be very clean. Will definitely stay here again if I return and shall recommend it to my other friends.

Arche Design is a nice place to stay in Palermo. It is more of a B&B than a true hotel, since there is no main lobby and there is not a reception desk staffed 24/7. However, all of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were good, but the buffet was somewhat limited and since the breakfast room is small, you need to reserve your spot for breakfast, which worked out fine, but caused us to plan ahead more than we would have liked to. The rooms are a little tight but in good condition. The bathrooms were very nice. We appreciated that they provided washclothes and the rain showerhead was excellent. It is centrally located and less than a 20 minute walk to most of the key things to see in Palermo. The best part about the Arche Design was the price. We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights and the bill was under $1300, which is half of what we saw at other hotels. For most people on vacation, the Arche Design Rooms is a very nice place to stay at a Wonderful price.

Very satisfied with a stay experience, the hotel is very convenient, very close to the Four Points Square, but the road is very quiet at night, especially like the hotel's roof balcony, good view, sunny, and kitchen, the boss is particularly intimate to prepare breakfast for us, We also enjoyed a seafood meal made by ourselves with their kitchen enjoyed our stay two nights in Palermo B&B hotel，very good location， few minutes walk to quattro canti，boss very friendly， gave good advices for sightseeing and historical culture ，market and everything in Palermo，like the kitchen in hotel， got chance to cook local seafood from nearby market， very good experience and hope to come back again

I cannot praise my stay here highly enough. Louisa is very welcoming and her attention to detail such as a bottle of wine and snacks in the room was such a nice touch. The apartment has different bedrooms with a lounge area, shared bathroom and kitchen. Everything is immaculate! There are breakfast provisions already in the kitchen and a fridge freezer should you wish to buy items to store. Another lovely gesture is the water cooler in the kitchen, very refreshing in the hot weather. The apartment is a short walk from the train station and bus stop. There are cafes and supermarkets nearby. My room had air conditioning, TV and was tastefully decorated. It is my first visit to Sicily and would certainly return here if I visit again. Louisa and her son Adrianno were superb hosts.

La struttura si trova davvero in una zona strategica, accanto al corso principale che, di fatto, attraversa tutto il centro storico, toccando o affiancando quasi tutto ciò che c'è da vedere in città (Cattedrale, Palazzo dei Normanni, Piazza Pretoria e Fontana della Vergona, Piazza dei 4 Canti, i diversi mercati, il Teatro Massimo). Le stanze sono essenziali e pratiche. Magari qualche accortezza in più sulla manutenzione consentirebbe un bel salto di qualità. Personale cortese e attento. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
