Из плюсов только расположение. Очень маленькая комната и кровать, не рассчитанные на двух человек. Как комната для гномиков! Длинная высокая лестница к ресепшен, но к этому я была готова из отзывов. Но размер комнаты поразил - кровать занимает почти весь номер, хотя она узкая для двух людей. Завтрак более менее - вареные яйца, симиты, огурцы, помидоры, сыр, оливки. Слышимость очень сильная. Ни один человек не знает ни одного слова по-английски.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the reservation I made thinking of Ramada quality. Although we stated that there were missing and worn towels, out of shampoo, stained pillow in the room, we waited for about 1 hour with the excuse of density. Since we came from a long way, it was annoying even though there were minor flaws. Although the coffee service alleviated the wait to some extent, they need more service staff.

İlk başta fiyatı düşük olduğu için korkarak rezervasyon yaptırmıştım fakat otel çok iyi konumda ve çok temiz, ayrıca her şey yeni ve personel çok iyiydi. Tek sıkıntısı isminde spa olmasına rağmen hala spa hizmetleri olmaması idi. Bu hotelde 5 yıldızlı otellerden daha iyi hizmet aldım.

Otelin en güçlü kısmı mutfak/restoran. Bu kısımda herkes vizör vızır çalışıp harika yemekler sunup ortamı düzenliyor. Sorun yaşadığınızda Şef Şenel Hanım’a ulaşabilirsiniz. Asyalı kadın masörlerden masajı mutlaka tavsiye ediyorum. Maalesef termal suyu 20 derece civarı bir ılıklıkta. Otel ana yoldan 5 dk uzaklıkta olduğu için toplu taşıma ile gelenler için alıp bırakma servisi yapmalı. Çay saatindeki kek çeşitleri azaltılıp kurabiye yapılabilir

- The phone in the room wasn't working. My call was immediately helpful, corrected.
- As the location is adjacent to the industrial stadium, none of the package service applications are supported but also in an area where only 7-8 of them are served from the package restaurants. You enjoy the price of Samsunspor fan menus, tea comes to make up a little bit, and the speed needs to be increased in the slow restaurant, and the price x on the menu comes 1.5x why I called them samsunspor menus There is such nonsense in the menu, and they are tired of waiting and the last time they go to the safe, the authorized friends there are busy in the process within 15 minutes after they go to my room, the price is very busy. I respect this situation because of the rising prices of drinks that were told that the mini bars were not put in because it was difficult to follow completely empty, formerly drinking was only water and kettle in the room.
-I had no problem with the stylish quality premium in-room design and comfortable beds available room cleaning.
- It was helped very quickly when I asked for towel change in the room.

-There is no Spa in the hotel, but there is fitness.
- Breakfast was tremendous. Although I did not go late and gathered they welcomed quite kind and kindly.
- It was a normal hotel with a 4 star concept. I suggest you come, of course, thinking that it's a sub segment, not a Radisson Blu level.
- No smoking smell was present in the non-smoking rooms found in other comments, floor-based non-smoking rooms were separated and I never smelled.
- My room on the side of the stadium was extremely quiet.
I suggest you choose the Stad side. I would like to say that the insulation is absolutely very high quality by stating that the room is quiet and generally does not come in the sound of the floor because I came after the match.
It was a nice weekend.

EElena AntonovnaStayed in this hotel for one night on the way from Trabzon to Ankara. The hotel is located on a busy street, but it offers free parking right across the street from the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and even upgraded our room to a more comfortable one. Our friends had a minor problem with their bathroom, but the problem was immediately addressed and they were placed in a bigger and better room with no additional charge.
There are many small shops and restaurants nearby. Big shopping centre is 10-15 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast was very simple, but not bad. In general - decent stay for one night for the price.

HhanshuizibiIt is said to be the only five-star hotel in Samsun. It is located a bit far from the city. There are trams and bus stations within a ten-minute walk. It costs about 100 lire to take a taxi from the city center.
The bed was very comfortable and you could see beautiful city views, but the area was relatively small. The breakfast is quite rich, probably the best breakfast I have ever had in Türkiye.
The private beach is poor, dirty, and only one bathroom is open, which is quite smelly.
