A sala é muito limpa, as instalações estão completas, o lobby no primeiro andar também é muito higiénico, limpo e luminoso, muito perto da estação de metro, muito conveniente para ir a todo o lado, o ambiente envolvente é muito seguro, a única desvantagem é que é muito perto do aeroporto, pode haver um pouco de barulho, mas é muito bom

Reservei dois quartos, um 'Aleatório' e um 'Elegante'. Não tinham ar condicionado nem casa de banho. O trinco da porta não era seguro e tudo estava muito degradado. Fizemos o check-out de imediato e não pernoitamos. Talvez fosse aceitável para mochileiros ou durante o inverno.

The room was really spacious, with two beds – one double and one single. It had floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides and a small balcony. There was a kettle, a fridge, and the Wi-Fi was excellent! It even had an entryway. Honestly, it was incredible value for money. I forgot to take photos!

Se você estiver usando seu hotel apenas para dormir enquanto passa o dia fora, isso é perfeito. Localizado próximo à linha verde, que é a linha perfeita para levá-lo ao centro da cidade em minutos.

Was staying at the hotel for 3 nights over the business trip. Location was super convenient and close to the office. And it gave a great opportunity to unwind after a stressful day. Was very surprised by the toilets on the top floor.. see the photo. The area is well kept. The views are spectacular. Highly recommend

It's been a while, but the memory is still vivid. The room was spacious, and breakfast was excellent – unlimited egg tarts! The capsule coffee was surprisingly good, comparable to freshly ground. Maybe I was just exhausted, but this last stop was pretty good. It started raining heavily as we left, marking the beginning of the rainy season, yet the taxi drivers didn't overcharge, which felt like a perfect ending! I must have a soft spot for Portugal; even after 10 days, I still wanted more. So, I'm happy to express my gratitude to the places I stayed and the people who helped and served me! A joyous hotel. The bed was very comfortable, clean, the location was very good, there was a subway and train station next to it, and it was very convenient to travel. The front desk was very welcoming, especially Alicia and Ramon, so that the solo traveler felt like going home. Very recommended!

The hotel locates at the city center of Lisbon and quite near to many of the tourism sites. It is convenient to reach anywhere by walking or by taking public transportation from the hotel. The service is quite good and the room has everything that it should have.

It was a great experience. The hotel staff were very friendly, especially the first staff member who checked me in — he really made me feel warmly welcomed. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was large as well. The best part of the hotel was the breakfast — it offered a wide variety of options. I especially liked the fresh orange juice squeezer where you can press your own juice; you don’t often see that in other hotels. The only drawback is that the location is a bit far from the city centre, but there’s a Lidl supermarket right in front of the hotel. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice if staying close to the city centre isn’t your main priority.
