Não há elevador, então prepare-se para carregar sua bagagem. O hotel fica bem em frente à estação de trem, o que é muito conveniente, já que viajaríamos de trem para fora de Cracóvia às 4h da manhã. O quarto é muito pequeno, mas equipado com comodidades. Não havia espaço nem para abrir as malas, tivemos que colocá-las embaixo da cama. É confortável e tem ar-condicionado e aquecedor. O banheiro também é pequeno, mesmo para uma pessoa de estatura baixa. O hotel fica bem perto da praça da cidade velha.

One of the best value for money hostels in the area. I stayed in a private room that was very spacious. It also included small but pretty balcony which was as nice surprise. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom also was clean. The only two slight negatives being that it’s around a 25 minute walk to the centre , so you kind of have to commit if your going to pop their for the day but large issue if you enjoy a walk. Secondly the walls were a little thin and my bedroom was located next to the shared bathroom so I’d sometimes wake up in the morning to the sound of people on the toilet. Besides that on the whole was a good hostel.

Das Hotel liegt super zwischen Auschwitz und Energylandia. Es ist ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Leider haben sie es nur nicht so mit der Sauberkeit. In den 5 Tagen als wir dort waren haben sie es nicht einmal geschafft das Klopapier am Zimmer nach zu füllen. Wir mussten uns selbst drum kümmern. Unterhalb des Hotels ist ein Restaurant und unser Zimmer war genau darüber. Bis 23 Uhr lief im Gastgarten laut Musik. Man hätte glauben können, dass die Musik bei uns im Zimmer war, so laut war es. Sonst war das Zimmer echt größ. Der Kühlschrank am Zimmer war auch sehr laut so dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Wir haben ihn abgedreht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Hab schon bessere gesehen aber auch schon sehr viel schlechtere. Man sieht dass das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber in großen und ganzen war es auch für den Preis gut.

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel since it doesn't have a nameboard in front of the first entrance. You should definitely call the hotel before you go there because you can't enter the building without going through the locked gate. I actually didn't contact the hotel beforehand and couldn't even find the entrance when I arrived. I made a call and the clerk kindly came in front of the building to find me and guided me to the reception. She was so kind and helpful. The room was good enough for a single short stay too.

On était très bien à l’aise, près des mini market nourriture (fast food) pas très loin du centre. C’était une super expérience

Brilhante desde a recepção até a despedida! Equipe adorável que se esforçou ao máximo para nos receber e ajudar no que fosse preciso. Inglês impecável; britânicos são péssimos em outros idiomas, na minha experiência. Nada para se orgulhar 😌 O quarto era incrível. Um hotel muito novo, então tudo estava impecável. Provavelmente o lugar mais elegante em que já me hospedei. Silencioso - imagino que era bem à prova de som; não ouvi ninguém - parecia que tínhamos o andar só para nós. A recepção e o bar/café eram acolhedores, servindo lanches e um ótimo café. Não utilizei o restaurante, mas a área parecia muito boa, no piso -1. Produtos de higiene pessoal de ótima qualidade. Toalhas e roupas de cama luxuosas. Máquina de café Nespresso. Frigobar. Filtro de água/chaleira. Realmente não tenho nada a reclamar. Eu experimentaria outro hotel da rede Tribe e espero que seja do mesmo padrão.

Difficult to find. Went to the wrong location and was only redirected to the correct location after calling the concierge. You have to open the lock outside the door to retrieve the key. I was told that I had to find my own luggage storage after checking out and it was problematic. Most hotels would have a luggage room, but this one apparently does not have.

Quando EU reservai a reserva, não me parecia que fosse escolhida UMA única sala de sexos.Pensei que eles iriam arranjar isso, MAS EU realmente tive UMA sala de sexos misturada. É Claro que não deve ser culpado no albergue, porque não confirmei que quando me inscrever, então é um conselho para OS futuros clientes que se você quiser um único quarto de gênero, certifique-se de pedir um para o check-in. Caso contrário, você Pode encontrar UMA sala de ruído depois de acordar. Em geral, é um bom lugar.Está a uma distância a pé para todas as atrações (para mim).

Em termos de nome, o Apartamento é Mais adequado do que o hotel. O quarto está um pouco de solo, MAS é Muito confortável. A única coisa que importa notar é que o Lugar EM que você realmente dorme é diferente do edifício de recepção que você Pode lidar com OS procedimentos de embarque e armazenamento de bagagem. O recepção será o Hotel Santi, a Cerca de um minuto de caminhada de Grozuka, você Pode se preocupar porque não há descrição Na porta do Hotel Santi, MAS se você abrir a porta e ir à esquerda, não importa.

放假非常好，四人出行，住的非常滿意，風景絕美，早餐很好
