1. A localização é boa apenas para passageiros do terminal do aeroporto 3 (nosso terminal é 1 e leva 30 minutos para chegar ao aeroporto/hotel de táxi) e todas as atrações turísticas ficam a 20-30 minutos de táxi. Temos que suportar os engarrafamentos toda vez que saímos. Muito estressante!
2. Problemas de ruído: um canteiro de obras e os hóspedes próximos no corredor fazem barulhos constantes e nos acordam, então acho que o hotel deveria trabalhar na qualidade da prova de som.
3. Vista para a cidade e para o jardim? Depois de reclamarmos do barulho da construção, demoramos quase cinco horas para nos mudarmos para o novo quarto. A vista do primeiro quarto é a feia vista da construção (supostamente vista da cidade) e a vista do jardim é infernal e desagradável (veja a foto). Eu realmente me pergunto como o gerente poderia dizer com orgulho que é um upgrade para nós mudarmos para o novo quarto? Lol
4. Fora os acima, os funcionários são todos educados e atenciosos. Ótimo café da manhã e sauna seca e a vapor.

The location was excellent, it is a 2-minute walk to Robinsons Manila which have lots of establishment and restaurants nearby.

Fiquei duas noites no Savoy Hotel Manila. A localização é conveniente para chegadas tardias/partidas antecipadas, pois o aeroporto é geograficamente muito próximo. No entanto, não espere poder caminhar do aeroporto diretamente para o hotel, pois o T1 e o T2 são bem opostos e o T3 é separado por uma movimentada estrada parecida com uma rodovia. Quanto ao quarto em si: O padrão de limpeza superou minhas expectativas, especialmente depois do primeiro dia em que o atendente do quarto prestou muita atenção aos detalhes (muita água mineral nova, roupas dobradas com cuidado etc.) - muito obrigado à Sra. Rox Ferrer por seu ótimo trabalho e esforço. No geral, eu ficaria neste hotel novamente!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Westside Hotel, and it was a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish. The hotel offers a modern and elegant ambiance, with well-designed interiors that make you feel relaxed the moment you walk in.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the cozy bed and the overall attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization.
One of the highlights was the staff—they were accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Their warm hospitality definitely added to the overall experience.
The location is also very convenient, especially for those looking to explore nearby areas or access key establishments. It’s a great choice whether you’re staying for business or leisure.
Overall, we would highly recommend Grand Westside Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again!

MmoahmadGood location and the breakfast is the best. This time as i stayed more than one day and i complained about my previous stay then they gave me a very nice room.
There is a small pool and gym.
Staff at the hotel were very helpful i think i will definitely recommend you to stay here

GGuest UserMy experience at Holiday Inn Express Manila was a mixed bag. The bedding and pillows were quite comfortable, but the hallway insulation was poor. The toilet seat wasn't very clean, and the shower floor was yellowed with weak water pressure. During peak check-in, the front desk couldn't find my reservation, leading to a long wait. It wasn't until I threatened to cancel that they rushed to verify and process it.

Very convenient. I stayed here for a 2-day ISO training held in one of their convention rooms, so it was super practical. It’s also right beside Starbucks, which was my go-to for coffee.

Reasonable for a short business stay, but parking has an extra fee.

The hotel feels old and nostalgic — classic elevators and hallways. Bathroom was clean, but the room had a slightly musky smell. Walls seem thin since I could hear a neighboring room’s phone and music.

Convention rooms are functional and convenient for seminars and trainings. The packaged food during the training was also good and complete, from breakfast snacks to lunch and merienda.

- Location is the best. Accesible to Okada, MOA, Airport. Grab and taxi accessible
- Bedroom is clean. Complete toiletries. Water heater is working. View is ok.
- Security is good.
- Parking space is alot.
- Wifi is fast.
- They have water dispenser.
- Gym has good equipment. I used it twice
- Price is cheaper vs others and worth it with what you get.
CONS
- No one answering the phone, if you need anything you have to go down.
- Bedroom is not Soundproof. I got disturbed by a noisy neighbor at night.
I extended for another night with family.
Overall, will book again.

AAnonymous UserWe normally stay at this hotel for family staycation. However, this time, it was a bit disappointing. There were a lot of things that really made our stay not enjoyable.
1. Construction noise - no one informed us about the construction. Previously, front desk would inform about it upon check in and they also left a note in our room. But now, nothing. And as a person who works at night, i normally sleep in the morning til afternoon but we were disturbed by the construction noise.
2. Plates, utensils - if you want to borrow 1 set of playe, bowl & utensils, you have to pay Php150 per set, which is so unbelievable! Your room rates aren't cheap & you can't even allow your guests to borrow plates, spoons & fork, which are usually necessity when staying in a hotel. So we just went to the nearby Lawson & bouth 10pcs of plates, spoons, forks & cups for only Php80!
3. Parking- they said 1 room has an alloted 1 parking space but when we had to park, no more available space. You should prioritize your check in guests! And how come the parking is already full when you kept saying you alloted 1 parking space per room.
4. Missing chair- in the pictures, you will see 2 chairs but when we entered the room, there's only 1.
5. Old furniture- their sofa bed is squeekingly old, you can't sleep bec every move, the sofa bed will create noise.
Not worth it anymore. Their only redemptions are the king bed, free chocolates & nuts & nespresso coffee.

GGD KikoMy stay at Hotel 101 Fort was okay overall mainly because of the good location, which was convenient for getting around nearby establishments and activities.
However, the check-in experience was disappointing. Early check-in was not allowed on the day of my stay, and when the actual check-in time came, the process was extremely slow. Even with only around 5 people ahead of me in line, it still took more than 30 minutes of standing and waiting before I was assisted.
Another concern was the bathroom condition upon check-in, as the bathroom floor was still wet when I entered the room, which made it feel like the room was not fully prepared yet.
The location is definitely a plus, but the front desk efficiency and room preparation could still be improved.

They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed.

GGuest UserThe price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close.
However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think.
All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.
