"Foi melhor que a crítica. Há um supermercado Walmart conectado ao lobby, tão fácil de pegar alimentos, leites, presentes. Meu quarto estava silencioso e sim, você pode ouvir se as pessoas fecham a porta com muita força, mas isso pode acontecer em qualquer hotel. Há ar condicionado separado, então o quarto era legal. Você pode controlar a temperatura. Também há pizzaria e serviço de aluguel de automóveis no lobby. Localização muito conveniente em geral."

"O serviço foi excelente. Cheguei por volta das 8h e fizeram meu check-in rapidamente. O café da manhã e o almoço no dia do check-in foram cortesia. Os funcionários da recepção foram muito simpáticos. Como não falo inglês, pedi que escrevessem as coisas para mim e eles foram muito pacientes. O quarto tinha vista para o mar e para o nascer do sol. A única coisa que poderia ser melhorada é que as crianças dos hóspedes faziam bastante barulho à noite. Seria melhor colocar uma placa avisando os hóspedes sobre isso."

"Initially our room was not very nice- damp bed, broken toilet handle, intermittent hot water and generally tired. However the management did address the issues by moving us to another room. The maids did a lovely job at creating new animals out of the blankets and added flowers on arrival. Unfortunately the first evening meal was a disaster. One main meal was overcooked and served before starter (which was incorrect) and the 2nd main meal was served incorrectly twice. Finally, the front desk resolved some of the issues but no ‘compensation/ token, for the errors was offered.  The following days were better, the breakfast was good and the staff made an effort to make our stay better. Although the hotel needs some renovations it was a chill and pleasant stay. Small beach but sunsets were beautiful."

"This will be the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel and I will say that it's getting old. The resort has five pools that were all hot. The surrounding beach in the area is 20 ft deep and seaweed and you can't enter the water. Also if you can imagine the hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m. which screwed up my sleeping pattern for the day of checkout. What hotel makes you check out at 10:00 a.m.? By the way check in time isn't until 4:00. So if you're staying for one day you only get 18 hours of hotel. Some of the rooms are redone and some of the rooms have got the original flooring from when I stay there the first time around 25 years ago. My room had the original flooring. The first room that reception gave me was on the first floor at the absolute end of the resort. The room was run down and the floor looked like it was buckling a little . The second room reception gave me had a foul odor. Food and drinks at this hotel are extremely expensive. I want to say that a margarita is around 13 to 17 US dollars give me a break. Do not order an a la carte breakfast there because they pick it off the buffet and it's going to be cold. I want to say breakfast is 550 pesos a person. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. They don't offer cappuccino or lattes as a courtesy for breakfast. By the way it takes reception around 15 minutes per customer to check you in. I have stayed at this resort a total of four times and I would not go back. The beach is infested with seaweed farther than the eye can see there's no place swimmable by this resort. I would say it was quite disappointing. By the way they have a little market in the resort and a $6 bottle of champagne in Los Angeles cost $53 in their ghastly overpriced market. Very bad value for money. My third room was acceptable. I do have to say I think the rooms are big and the gentleman that checked me on did give me an upgrade to a balcony on the lagoon side so that was something. I paid a round $140 USD a night with tax and really it was a 85 US dollar hotel at best. It doesn't meet Westin standards. There was also an area with a little chip paint in my room but I'm probably being somewhat nitpicky. The light in the room is also not very bright and made it somewhat hard to read."

"Recentemente, me hospedei no City Express Junior by Marriott em Cancún e, no geral, fiquei muito satisfeito com a minha experiência. O hotel estava limpo e bem conservado, o que tornou minha estadia confortável desde o início. Também adorei a localização conveniente — a uma curta distância de shoppings e atrações populares, facilitando a exploração da região. O serviço também se destacou; os funcionários foram simpáticos e sempre prontos para ajudar com informações ou recomendações. Embora os quartos fossem um pouco pequenos, tinham tudo o que eu precisava para uma curta estadia. As comodidades, incluindo a área do café da manhã e os espaços comuns, estavam bem conservadas e proporcionavam um ambiente agradável para relaxar. Minha única pequena reclamação é que as paredes pareciam um pouco finas, então ocasionalmente ouvia barulho do corredor. No entanto, não foi o suficiente para afetar significativamente minha estadia. No geral, eu recomendaria o City Express Junior by Marriott Cancun para viajantes que procuram uma opção limpa, conveniente e econômica na cidade. Estou ansioso para retornar na minha próxima viagem a Cancún!"

"The location is great. The parking lot is just opposite the hotel. The room is a 2-minute walk from the beach. The beach is wide and there are few tourists. I saw the most beautiful sunrise. The large balcony is surrounded by green plants and is very suitable for sunbathing. It is quieter than other hotels at night. The double shower can take a shower at the same time. The hotel thoughtfully prepared three large bottles of drinking purified water and a woven bag for going out... I like Tulum starting from the hotel."

"Foi um hotel muito bom. Mas optamos por uma tarifa mais barata, então o quarto não tem vista para o mar, de frente para a estrada. você podia ouvir os carros/ônibus passando durante a noite. Caso contrário, hotel econômico muito bom. Tente evitar a estrada voltada para a estrada."
