O hotel excedeu todas as expectativas!Recomenda-se que fique aqui se estiver em Yamagata. O pessoal é muito amável, muito útil e tenta garantir que você tenha UMA estadia agradável. O hotel é um novo edifício, diria, muito perto Da estação. Há UMA loja 7/11 no primeiro andar, que é muito conveniente. A sala é Muito espaçosa, TEM tudo que você Pode precisar, e você Pode Tomar todos OS itens necessários, Como cremes, toners, loções, óleos de cabelo, escovas de dentes, ligações de cabelo, chás, cafés, etc. Na mesa de frente. Experiência absolutamente maravilhosa!

The room is bigger than expected like normal hotel rooms in Japan, the place also located in the city many nearby stores . The room also is clean . The amenities are little bit not enough only toothbrush were given to us but overall we are happy to our stay and can recommend to others

My biggest mistake of this trip to Yamagata is to book this hotel. It's a good hotel but it's in the middle of nowhere. You will want to stay around the city of Yamagata province which is also called Yamagata city just so you can get to famous tourist spots. However this is 4 hours away from all of these. I had to book another hotel so I can stay 1 day in the city when I wanted to visit these places and the traveling time just completely made me exhausted. It took like 1 day to go to a place and 1 day to go back. It was so terrible, I was crying. This place is closed to Shonai airport not Yamagata airport so I also had to book another flight from Shonai. I wasted so much money for transportation. It was such a terrible experience. However the hotel is incredibly beautiful with smart design in everything. I loved the onsen very much. If it was just a vacation/restcation for relaxing purpose or isolate yourself from the human word, it's the best choice for you. Since its in the middle of the endless rice field, there is nothing to eat except for paying very high price to eat at the hotel's restaurant. And the food was just okay. The beauty of this hotel was like a trap. Its like I was blind from its beauty and couldn't see all other disavantages.

I was very impressed with my stay at this hotel. The service was good, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was varied. If I come back here again, I will definitely stay here again. Most importantly, there is a window with a view and the room is spacious and comfortable.

They refurbished Still clean as usual Now they provide free flow ice cream , last time just drinks. Good upgrade. At night they have cold or hot soba for free starting at 8pm Is just around 200meter away from jr station The lobby at second floor Toyota rent a car just below the hotel The free facial mask is so good to use The bed is very comfortable and two pillows provided

A localização do hotel é bonita! 2.O tamanho do quarto duplo é bastante pequeno, o que é apenas 140m2!Por isso, não recomendo quem TEM filhos! 3.A casa de banho é Muito pequena, também não Pode se adequar a um pequeno bebé. O congelador é Muito pequeno!Nunca VI um congelador tão pequeno.Por isso, não conseguia se adaptar à nossa caixa Bento! 5.O hotel é velho e não é devidamente mantido, por exemplo, o banheiro está partido e amarrado com fita!

宿泊が8階だったということもあり、見晴らしは最高でした 部屋も落ち着いた感じでゆったりとできました ベッドも低めになっていたので子供や足の弱い方にも配慮してあるなって感じました ただ、お風呂の湯船の高さがもう少し低ければ､､､ 朝食はいつもパンとサラダ、おかず少々にコーヒーと決めているので 和食の方が選べるな～って感じでしたね

Vivo aqui Quando viajo de 9o estado. Posso passar um tempo confortável. O Pessoal também me convidou com entusiasmo. A configuração do quarto é Muito boa, estou Muito satisfeito com a escolha de roupas frias e roupas no frigorífico. Quanto Ao rato, o Grande bairro público é brilhante, não penteado, Muito limpo, água quente é Muito confortável. Normalmente não lavo Na manhã, MAS EU acabei de Entrar! Estou Muito satisfeito com o jantar e o pequeno-almoço!O Sabor é macio, o número é pequeno, e é bom. Posso passar um tempo relaxado no quarto.O uva é Muito delicioso! Acho que todo o hotel está preocupado. Quero ficar novamente.É UMA boa memória.Muito obrigado.

Located on the top of a business building linking to the Yamagata station. You won’t have to be worried even if it’s snowing or raining. A side note to travellers from the hotter climate, the hotel doesn’t supply air conditioning during winter. Instead it has a small webbed facility that allows outside air to flow into the room. This slight chills the room. However during the day, the room will be super hot. Initially we had a room facing the sun and when we checked in, the room is super hot. Called the customer service only to find out they didn’t have air conditioning during winter and we have to rent a fan from them. After a slight communication, the customer service is kind enough to upgrade us to a bigger room which is slightly cooler. Big props to the customer service lady! 5 stars service !

A convenient hotel for a short stay in Yamagata. The welcoming smiles of the front receptionists are very much appreciated. The hotel is very clean and tidy and is located next to Family Mart. Finding food is not a problem as there are many restaurants nearby. The breakfast served in the morning is delicious and varied. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel.
