A localização é excelente se você gosta de andar por a costa do mar.Embora você possa ouvir todos OS sons do interior (o piso do hotel) quando você está no SEU quarto, esperando relaxar e privacidade. Além disso, se houver UMA porta de ligação no SEU quarto, certifique-se de ouvir todos OS pequenos sons do SEU vizinho Como eles estão no mesmo quarto com você - isso foi UMA enorme desilusão. We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

Uma experiência de estadia em casa de família relativamente satisfatória. Ao sair da estação ferroviária, pegue a estrada à esquerda e você estará lá em cerca de 3 a 5 minutos. Por se tratar de um B&B, é necessário ligar com antecedência, o pessoal da recepção irá até o portão para abrir a porta e realizar os procedimentos de check-in. Pegue suas próprias chaves e abra a porta do primeiro andar e a porta do apartamento do quinto andar todos os dias. A sala é de tamanho médio e os faxineiros que limpam a sala levam muito a sério o seu trabalho. O quarto fica de frente para a rua e é ensolarado. Parece que moro em uma cidade pequena há muito tempo. Uma chaleira, um frigorífico e produtos de higiene pessoal são fornecidos. O café da manhã é servido no café em frente ao B&B. Você pode ganhar um pedaço de pão e leite + suco no ingresso. O pão é realmente delicioso. Recomendado para todos ficarem aqui. Você definitivamente precisa visitar Cinque Terre por pelo menos dois dias. Ficar aqui é muito conveniente para chegar à estação de trem e depois ir para Cinque Terre.

Eu fui convidado 4 dias antes de partir para Mallorca , e apesar de um pequeno desconhecimento por outro lado ( não devido ao pessoal ) eu tenho que dizer que me encontrei muito bem . O pessoal cuidado com os detalhes mínimos , e cuidados ao cliente , quartos modernos com ar condicionado , cozinheiro , TV inteligente e muitos outros serviços .
Terraço panorâmico , palestra e pequeno-almoço notável .
O que devo dizer... senti-me mesmo cocoada.
Tenho a certeza que vou voltar a vê-lo!!

Funcionários educados e atenciosos, café da manhã otimo, fica bem localizado, na frente de um mini centro comercial, com lojas, restaurantes, lanchonetes e supermercados. Apartamento limpo, confortável, grande, recomendo fortemente.

GGuest UserThe appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room.
The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes.
We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini.
On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients.
I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic..
I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep.
Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

CCliffoBGreat location in Monterosso, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and promonade where all the restaurant and bars are. We had a great welcome from our hosts who met us outside. My partner is pregnant with twins, so they gave us a car parking space outside our accommodation and helped to carry our suitcases up to the room for us. The room was stunning with a balcony overlooking the sea! A really nice size with all ammendmenties included. Fridge, Beach Towels, Slippers, Tea and Coffee facilities and toiletries in the bathroom. There is also a communal kitchen area outside the room with a coffee maker for extra coffee and teas. This is also where breakfast is served. We took ours to our room to eat on the balcony.
The room has aircon but it was very slow at cooling the room. It is best to keep the shutters and tender down in the heat of summer to try and keep the room as cool as possible during the day. There are also alot of stairs to get up to the fourth floor where the rooms are with no lift. So bare this is mind if you struggle with stairs. For us, it was good for the exercise :)
Overall, we loved this place and location and would definitely stay again! Great pizza restaurant below the appartment and a big car park across the street for parking.

GGuest UserBest Western Regina Elena is an average hotel with decent service. Nothing particularly bad, but nothing outstanding either. Parking was a bit pricey, and while the room was okay overall, the bathroom was quite small.
Breakfast was simple, with an okay selection — enough to get you started for the day, but nothing memorable.
It’s fine for a short stay, but don’t expect anything fancy.

TTrip LOVERssThis is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged.
Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area.
Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided.
Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill
Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go.
Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.

DDomantasOur vacation was simply fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished. The central location of the hotel was another plus point, as we could easily walk to many restaurants and private beaches. We are already looking forward to staying here again on our next vacation!

GGuest UserI liked the hostel, there is a kitchen, even free food, a coffee machine, a bar, the hotel has parties, but they will not interfere with your sleep, as the rooms are on the upper floors, and the kitchen and bar on 1. I may come back here again. the only point is that they do not have a unified rule for guests, i.e. for example, not to make noise in the room after 11 pm. people can sit there and talk, if someone is already sleeping and they will not care. I think this is wrong and need to come up with rules for resting at night.

GGiasonelAfter booking for one night, I renewed it for another night. It is not far from cruise terminals such as the Heart of the Mediterranean, but it is still a bit far from the city center or the Genoa Aquarium.
There is a three-story esselunga supermarket behind the hotel, and a Japanese buffet opened by Chinese people is diagonally opposite the hotel gate.
Parking is very convenient. There is a special underground parking garage. There are also two gas stations next to it, and you can see the Genoa Lighthouse.
The hotel environment is good, but there are many children in the lobby, which is noisy because of the entertainment facilities. There is also a piano in the lobby. At the beginning, the piano cover was opened, but because there were always children playing it randomly and making noise, the staff directly put a giant teddy bear on the piano stool and closed the piano.
