Lovely hotel near the main town, quiet at night, good bar and food is plentiful, quite large portions. Breakfast was very good, with tasty Irish sausages. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty to do in the town, a short walk away, or drive. There is free parking at the hotel.

The room was comfortable. The breakfast was great and offered a nice variety. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was facing the road, but the noise wasn’t an issue at all — we slept really well. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

It looks like a private manor in the countryside, covering a large area. The rooms are in a row of independent houses next to the main building. The room facilities are old and there may be spiders. It is not a standard star hotel standard, but it has the characteristics of a country villa and is full of fresh travel experience. The service is very warm and professional; the breakfast is an authentic English breakfast with fresh ingredients.

Our stay at Lough Bawn House was a truly wonderful experience. The location is beyond compare. The beautiful period house is nestled in a completely private setting overlooking rolling fields and a crystal clear lake and surrounded by century old trees. Verity, the owner, provided us with a beautiful breakfast every morning with lots of home made bread and jams and a delicious dinner that had seasonal vegetables from her organic garden. We hated to leave and hope to be back soon. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a little slice of heaven!

Great location near New Grange. Ideal for first night stay. Well appointed and very clean room. Great breakfast and incredible staff.

Very nice hotel. Service was excellent. We had an early flight to catch and they provided us with tea and toast at 3.30am. Decoration of hotel and bar has a traditional Irish feel. Would highly recommend.

The hotel had good parking facilities. The tables in the bar were messy. Under staffed. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Passámos dois dias no hotel para o aniversário e logo para ser mãe.O hotel é bonito e limpo.A sala é grande (mas um pouco obsoleta) e limpa, com todas as instalações e muito acessível. (Nenhum som Na TV) O pessoal foi amigável e útil. O pequeno-almoço era delicioso e diverso.O jantar era bom.A única coisa que a recepção Nunca nos disse que devíamos reservar UMA mesa no restaurante principal, e estava totalmente reservado, então acabou-se o jantar no bar às esquinarias. Foi bom e é comida de pubs, não o que queríamos.O spa é Muito bom, eu tenho um massagem, é surpreendente, não se sentiu assim há Muito tempo.Em geral, tivemos UMA boa estadia, MAS é Melhor viver no fim-de-semana.
