Hotel is at a convenient location - walking distance to the mall, food centres and many local stalls/markets.. also various massage spas surrounding the hotel (tho most close by 11pm). Hotel breakfast has a good variety and family enjoyed most of the dishes. The rooms are spacious and clean, but would advise to air the room a bit as the rooms could feel a bit stuffy at first. The service team is friendly and sincere, wearing cheerful smiles 😃 .

A localização é boa, pois está localizada perto da baía de Lagoi e de outros locais, por exemplo. safari lagoi etc. A limpeza do quarto do hotel é boa. Só que a limpeza da piscina infantil parece um pouco nublada e alguns galhos de árvores dentro da piscina. O serviço dos funcionários é bom e amigável. As instalações do hotel são boas. Só que o chão do clube infantil está um pouco empoeirado e alguns brinquedos estão estragados.

The room is clean and well-kept. The daikin aircon is cool but a bit noisy.. Not sure if it's the water or heater but showering is quite an adventure. All in all, I am especially pleased with the concierge and the doormen - they are fab, friendly, and pleasant. There's a safe in the cupboard. It would be nice if they have a charcoal bag to absorb all the funky odors from clothing after a night out at A2 food center less than 300 meters away from BCH.

Fui para uma estadia de 4D3N durante um período de pico de férias e, infelizmente, apesar das ótimas avaliações, muitas coisas não corresponderam às expectativas. 1) O ar condicionado estava vazando do segundo dia da estadia em diante 2) A drenagem começou a feder do terceiro dia em diante 3) Devido ao alto número de reservas, a pressão da água estava fraca do primeiro dia em diante. O serviço ainda estava OK. Acho que o destaque da estadia foi o programa de soltura de tartarugas que acontecia uma vez por mês (?), eu acho, e foi legal ver os filhotes sendo soltos no mar. Outra coisa a se notar é que, como este era um resort, sair era meio complicado e todo o resto é super caro no resort, então venha preparado com sua própria comida se você ficar no apartamento loft, onde você pode cozinhar.

Pls be mindful Hotel require deposit 100k IDR. When check out, the hotel will check the room first before u get your deposit back. Need to wait around 10mins. Can say cheap rate hotel with 2 breakfast just around rm125 per night. I chose this hotel bcos i arrived Batam night time, so no need fancy hotel hehe. The hotel is not shoplot hotel, the whole building is the hotel. At night quite noisy, not sure why, maybe there’s event at the ballroom hotel. The toilet room is average (quite smelly maybe bcos old hotel), not suitable for fussy person. Same goes to the bed and bed sheet. But the room is so spacious and have kiblat sign (for muslim prayer). Breakfast spread also average, suitable if you not eat much. But still have egg station. Nasi goreng, meehon goreng, cereals, also have. Overall still ok if you stay 1 night.

Everything is good, we went there for 4 days 3 night, they gave us 3 days Starbuck voucher, the location is the best to us as we like Grand Batam Mall alot, just 3 to 5mins to walk there, the food is also quite nice to us

I am delighted that my stay at Harris Batam Center was excellent! I feel welcomed and the concierge was very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast has a lot of good food and lots of variety. The TV was excellent and has a football channel as well. That for me is most important as a footballer myself. Lovely stay, lovely time. I will come back again. Terima Kasih Indonesia 🇮🇩🙏

our first time to the resort and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves and love it! the hotel is very convenient with kids-friendly amenities including the indoor playground with children’s activities / workshop for the kids. there are a few different pools to explore as well and beach nearby to play with sand. there is also a spa for adults to relax. overall a very suitable place for family with kids as well as anyone who wants to just chill and relax! also would like to mention that all the staff were very friendly and nice with excellent service. we will definitely go back again! the room itself is also very big and clean. twin room is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep in.

water leaking very badly at master bedroom ceiling. Called reception to check for upper unit , but sent house keeper to room instead. Informed house keeper Ahemad to check with upper unit , nothing was done, whole night water leaking from ceiling non stop till daytime still leaking. Cockroaches seen on the dining table, toilet bowl , toilets floors, shelfs

Tudo no resort era incrivelmente sistemático e bem organizado, resultando em uma estadia completamente livre de frustrações. Chegamos ao meio-dia e ficamos agradavelmente surpresos ao receber nosso quarto para um check-in antecipado às 13h, após uma espera mínima! Optamos pelo pacote de 6 atividades — um ótimo custo-benefício, segundo meu marido — que incluía uma fantástica sessão de karaokê de 2 horas e acesso ao parquinho infantil coberto. Recomendamos muito o pacote de 6 atividades; ele nos manteve totalmente entretidos durante nossa estadia de 3 dias e 2 noites. A pontualidade do resort foi excelente: nossos terapeutas de massagem para casais no quarto chegaram exatamente na hora marcada, e a fogueira para o nosso churrasco ao ar livre às 18h30 já estava pronta às 18h. O isolamento acústico não é dos melhores, principalmente quando as crianças dormem no tecido da tenda, mas quando estão cansadas, conseguem dormir rápido, só que as crianças do quarto ao lado acordam muito cedo. É preciso estar preparado para o barulho, já que se trata de glamping.
