"We celebrated my wife’s birthday over the weekend. Their hospitality was amazing. They’ve upgraded our room and decorated it for the occasion. They’ll provide us with all the info they have and try to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They will frequently check in with us on the food quality and how is the stay etc. We really appreciate their hospitality and services provided. There is quite a fair bit of food choices available at Port 19 (local and western). The food we have ordered are good and delicious. Despite the resort is at its soft opening, there is quite a fair bit of activities that you can do here. For example, there are pools, gym, fitness studio for yoga, bicycle riding, pool table, darts, kids' activities rooms and outdoor playgrounds. There will be more facilities opening up soon like the spa and beach clubhouse in the coming months."

"Pls be mindful Hotel require deposit 100k IDR. When check out, the hotel will check the room first before u get your deposit back. Need to wait around 10mins. Can say cheap rate hotel with 2 breakfast just around rm125 per night. I chose this hotel bcos i arrived Batam night time, so no need fancy hotel hehe. The hotel is not shoplot hotel, the whole building is the hotel. At night quite noisy, not sure why, maybe there’s event at the ballroom hotel. The toilet room is average (quite smelly maybe bcos old hotel), not suitable for fussy person. Same goes to the bed and bed sheet. But the room is so spacious and have kiblat sign (for muslim prayer). Breakfast spread also average, suitable if you not eat much. But still have egg station. Nasi goreng, meehon goreng, cereals, also have. Overall still ok if you stay 1 night."

"A localização é boa, pois está localizada perto da baía de Lagoi e de outros locais, por exemplo. safari lagoi etc. A limpeza do quarto do hotel é boa. Só que a limpeza da piscina infantil parece um pouco nublada e alguns galhos de árvores dentro da piscina. O serviço dos funcionários é bom e amigável. As instalações do hotel são boas. Só que o chão do clube infantil está um pouco empoeirado e alguns brinquedos estão estragados."

The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the live cooking stations to the fresh pastries and tropical fruits. "A hospitalidade foi ótima, limpa também. Inicialmente conseguimos um quarto no nível 1 e o quarto tinha um cheiro estranho. Pode ser porque não havia ninguém no quarto por muito tempo. A equipe imediatamente nos levou para outra sala no nível 3, que era muito melhor. Daí o serviço é ótimo. A comida estava boa. Piscina agradável e perto da praia. Viajar pela área era de ônibus que chegava a cada 30 minutos. Bom local para atividades. Bom para férias em família."

"Hotel is big with spacious room, however location not that good, must take grab towards eateries. Hotel provide free shuttle to 3 shopping mall everyday 11am and 5pm (drop off only), which consider a good point. Buffet breakfast is more towards local Indonesian food with average taste except nice coffee."

"our first time to the resort and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves and love it! the hotel is very convenient with kids-friendly amenities including the indoor playground with children’s activities / workshop for the kids. there are a few different pools to explore as well and beach nearby to play with sand. there is also a spa for adults to relax. overall a very suitable place for family with kids as well as anyone who wants to just chill and relax! also would like to mention that all the staff were very friendly and nice with excellent service. we will definitely go back again! the room itself is also very big and clean. twin room is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids to sleep in."

"Tudo no resort era incrivelmente sistemático e bem organizado, resultando em uma estadia completamente livre de frustrações. Chegamos ao meio-dia e ficamos agradavelmente surpresos ao receber nosso quarto para um check-in antecipado às 13h, após uma espera mínima! Optamos pelo pacote de 6 atividades — um ótimo custo-benefício, segundo meu marido — que incluía uma fantástica sessão de karaokê de 2 horas e acesso ao parquinho infantil coberto. Recomendamos muito o pacote de 6 atividades; ele nos manteve totalmente entretidos durante nossa estadia de 3 dias e 2 noites. A pontualidade do resort foi excelente: nossos terapeutas de massagem para casais no quarto chegaram exatamente na hora marcada, e a fogueira para o nosso churrasco ao ar livre às 18h30 já estava pronta às 18h. O isolamento acústico não é dos melhores, principalmente quando as crianças dormem no tecido da tenda, mas quando estão cansadas, conseguem dormir rápido, só que as crianças do quarto ao lado acordam muito cedo. É preciso estar preparado para o barulho, já que se trata de glamping."

"Nossa primeira estadia no Turi Beach não decepcionou! Uma ótima escapada com excelente custo-benefício. O acesso foi fácil de Gojek a partir do centro de Batam. O quarto que nos deram era de frente para o mar, no segundo andar, simplesmente incrível. A piscina era espaçosa. O buffet de café da manhã também era ótimo. Com certeza voltaríamos."

"A lovely resort with very attentive staff.  Breakfast selection is extensive. Love the freshly cut Fruits and the range of sambal offered.  We had dinner at Rica rica and th Indo cuisine is spectacular. A little expensive in my opinion. We ordered one starter and one main and that set us back sgd45.  Forget the Rimbun. Lovely setting but the food… ribeye was sgd64 but it was thin like those in our hawker centre with no taste.  Spa was amazing. We took the couple’s package and it was lovely.  We enjoyed the Floating fizz in our own private pool.  On the whole, 8/10. We will be back and hopefully the standard of food will be better."
