Swift and prompt check in. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is clean and tidy. The bathroom is very spacious and ergonomically comfortable. The location is superb right in the center of the city center where all the activities and attractions are.

Located in the city center, with a supermarket across the street and a church nearby, the shared kitchen was clean, and the shared restroom was clean but small. Our room had a sunken staircase leading to our room, and I was a bit worried about falling when I came back from a late-night bathroom break. The Wi-Fi was spotty.

Had a lovely stay at this Premier Inn. To be honest, all stays at a Premier Inn are definitely worth the money.

Great rooms, basic but good facilities and the grab a croissant breakfast works well. It's close to a student night club, so not recommended for light sleepers as you can hear it until the early hours. Staff were great.

As i was attending a funeral of a dear family member, I was very pleased with the location and more importantly the cleanlines and stress free stay at the orchard hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful in every aspect. The food in the restaurant was above par and well deserved. a trip to Nottingham would definatly warrant a further stay at this hotel. 5 star for definate and would certainly stay again. Everything is perfect in this hotel. We love it so much, a highlight of our short trip to Nottingham. We were welcomed by the loveliest front desk member, Lucia, and she helped us set up everything for the room. She also informed us about the ECO scheme of the hotel which we got £10 coupon of this hotel. The hotel is *extremely quiet!!*, have *water complimentary* , have *apples complimentary*. Just a word regarding the aircon, it will automatically turn to heat mode if the room is too cold. Other than that, everything is awesome.

Parque de carros, quartos, camas confortáveis, chuveiro e pequeno-almoço excelentes.Eu tinha lido algumas críticas neutras, MAS minha estadia excedeu as expectativas. Tinha tudo que precisava e queria. Tinha um quarto que olhou para o parque de carros que estava muito quieto. Vou ficar aqui novamente.A distância de caminhão (19min) para o centro de West Bridgeford, fácil caminhar para tram e parar de ônibus fora do hotel.

Fabulosa sala, não hesite EM recomendar a outros.

Lovely hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and well stocked. Plumbing issues in the bathroom due to low maintenance- no silence on tap, loose shower door, poor flush. Breakfast was good - lots of choice and freshly cooked

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel due to its close proximity to the city centre. Despite its central location, the hotel is very quiet. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff friendly. The cost of the room was exceptional value. We will definitely return in the future.
