Harga kamar dengan fasilitas Kamar kurang seimbang,dibandingkan dengan Hotel tarif 350-400 di kota2 besar lainnya, kebersihan kamar kurang mungkin tamu kurang menginap sehingga kebersihan kurang diperhatikan dan AC berbunyi agak mengganggu waktu tidur,sarapan kurang varian tp dimaklumi karena tamunya hanya 1-2orang saja pada saat menginap 3malam,baiknya ada Lift naik ke lt.3

Seems like there's always party in the evening and ends @ 10pm, not so great for business travellers though

Locatie is top, ligt ver van de stad en dicht bij Tulehu (haven), daardoor erg rustig vergeleken bij de rest van Ambon. Zwembad is schoon en wordt goed bijgehouden. Ontbijt is ook zeer uitgebreid. Helaas is het restaurant en personeel dat in het restaurant werkt ronduit verschrikkelijk, elke dag wel een uur tot 1,5 uur op ons eten gewacht, soms vergaten ze zelfs onze orders. Vraag je om een menu wordt er verteld dat er geen menu’s meer beschikbaar zijn.

我週日5-Oct 在安汶住了 Zest Ambon by Swiss-Belhotel International一晚，説真的，這家酒店挺讓我驚喜的。位置超級方便，基本就在市中心，去政府區、碼頭、商場都不遠，晚上想找吃的走幾步就有餐廳。房間雖然不是那種豪華型，但乾淨明亮、空調涼快、水壓穩、網速也挺快，住着挺舒服。員工都很有禮貌，前台小姐姐笑容滿面，幫我叫車、推薦餐廳都特別熱心。早餐嘛，選擇不算多，但味道還不錯，尤其那份印尼炒飯，我連吃了兩天。酒店整體氣氛輕鬆，顏色亮眼，挺有活力的感覺。雖然沒有泳池或高級酒吧，但勝在實用又划算。晚上睡覺挺安靜，床也夠軟，不知不覺就睡到天亮。總的來説，如果你來安汶出差或者短途玩幾天，這家Zest真心值得一住，便宜、乾淨、位置好，唯一的缺點大概就是——住太舒服了，差點忘了自己是過境準備搭機的。

The breakfast is very rich, the hotel staff is very friendly, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is really convenient to live here. If you want to eat some fresh fish, it is also convenient to go to the beach.

GGuest UserNice surrounding, regularly cleaned, rich and tasty meals, owner ready to help any time. You have to expect a lower standard in the bathroom: no sink and manual flushing of the toilet with water from the tank. But that is common in the area. A slight disadvantage is that during the day the tide is low and the sea in front of the resort is then too shallow for swimming. For good access to the see you have to go behind the cliffs towards the village of Saleman. Or use for swimming mornings and evenings.
Possibility to see villiges nearby - Saleman on foot, Sawai by boat (snorkeling at Ora beach and Sawai cliff on the way).

GGuest UserThis hotel has very good value for the price and an interesting, modern concept. Rooms are not too big, but they offer what one needs, staff is friendly and ready to help if there is a need, the place is clean, breakfast buffet offers a nice choice and also during the day there is good choice of snacks or even a meal. WIFI was reliable and there is sufficient opportunity for on to recharge all electronic devices. Location is good to reach downtown in a short bus ride or a not too long walk. Recommend this place.

GGuest UserThe room is not spacious but it's comfy enough. It's clean because it's a new building. However, there's no hanger in the bathroom. The wifi is not working. We got a room on the third floor, but there's no elevator, consider this if you have senior guests. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.
