The room is spacious and very clean. Even though my room is second floor facing the pool, it is not noisy at all. They also helped to prepare to decorated the room as my mother’s birthday fall in the day during the day. They even sent a whole cake for the celebration which my mum is really happy about. They have private access to pan men, and the place is big and very nice to walk around taking photos. Definitely coming back for its services. Though the metro is a bit far especially if you are carrying you luggage under a hot sun. But just get didi, it’s still quite convenient

I love everything about this hotel. The room was nice and clean, as well as the bathroom. The location is superb, very close to lindun road station which has lawson and familymart. The hotel also has bakery and coffee--I tried their ice latte and cheese bread which were good. Its also close to pingjiang road--walking distance and Master of the Nets Garden (if you dont mind to walk around 1km). The staff were nice even though have limitation in English-but it does not matter for me. I enjoyed my stay in Suzhou!

Superb hotel for SuZhou. The service is best, room is super good, cleanliness is excellent. They have free laundry service where you may self service with the given laundry facilities. Easy to access as it is just beside the main road. Staff is super friendly, we have issue with our china phone number and they just help with the food ordering service as we can’t use ours to activate Mei Tuan. Overall is satisfied. Would definitely recommend to anyone. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Two cute robots to delivery goods and inside room got smart AI room service that will have quite fun to talk to. got there laundry room usage for customers with free of charged. only improvement needed is there language beside mandarin and front desk officer be more helpful for foreigner customer.

The location of the hotel is very close to the shopping area and metro line 2 exit 2 chayuanchang. Turn left, you can see the elevator going up to the 4th floor and then meeting the receptionist. To eat on the 2nd floor of the hotel there is food selling.

A recent and very well located hotel, a stone's throw from the metro station. The neighbourhood is very lively with many bars and restaurants. The breakfast is delicious and very rich. Washing machines are available to customers free of charge (free laundry service) , with the possibility of also drying our laundry, which is very convenient because it avoids bringing too many clothes in the suitcase. In the room, I particularly appreciated the space, the very modern bathroom, the atmosphere of the room, ideal for working. The team is very smiling and always ready to help you. I also frequented the gym a lot mainly for running. The hotel manager could be advised to buy alters and other equipment to do physical exercises, but I am generally very satisfied with this hotel. So I warmly recommend it.

Perfectly located right across the bustling Pingjiang Road, where there’s lots to see and eat. A pity that the hotel is a little confusing as to whether Accor members can enjoy benefits to there - the front desk staff claims that the hotel is not a member of Accor, but some of the hotel branded amenities do state that it’s an Accor property.

Convenient location, friendly staff. I checked in earlier, and they gave me an upgraded room without additional cost. There was one problem with my devices since the power plugs were not matched with the power socket at hotel, but the staff tried to find the travel adaptor for me. When I checked out, the guy took me to the metro. I am so happy when staying here. The staff cannot communicate in English, but Translate app can help.

Great location - 5mins walking distance to Shantang Street and also metro line 2 which you can access to Suzhou train station and other places easily Very comfortable hotel with welcome drink, free ice-cream, modern design, clean room, big bed, nice view, superb service from the staff Facilities - Gymnasium room with well equipped, laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron set and etc Even though lobby is located at Level 20 and there is some construction work at Ground Floor, but it won't be a big issue. The only issue is the bathroom design which is slightly transparent and may not suitable for friends sharing who are not very close with if you mind. For us, it is still acceptable as we are family and separated shower and toilet is better for us. Will definitely stay here if come Suzhou again!

The hotel is close to Xuanwu Lake, and the MRT is close by. But other than that, the surrounding area seems rather quiet in terms of shopping and eateries. The hotel does have a well known chinese restaurant on the ground floor and you won't be disappointed with the fine offering there. Although the hotel is rather dated, it is well maintained and everything works well. Cleanliness was good and the staff were helpful. Buffet breakfast spread was good, although certain food sections could be improved - like better fried eggs ( I have seen better fried eggs at other hotel buffets) and offering cook on demand omelette. I would stay here again as I believe it is good value for money

I loved my stay at this hostel🙌🏾 First time to stay in a hostel and was pretty anxious about it all. But when I got there, all of it went away. The staff helped me carry my luggage, they were are friendly, no check-in trouble just perfect. The place is so tidy and clean hence well managed. Cleaning staff is always active. The hostels are very clean too and comfortable, you will sleep well there. The environment is so vibrant and very good for being socializing others. The big thing I loved about here is the friendliness of everyone there, you socialize with new people everyday, play games like pingpong, billiards, card games and more. There are music instruments like a grand piano, guitar, small African drum and mics too to showcase your talents at the Karaoke Stage. There are cozy areas where you can chill too if you want some privacy. A bar is also located inside as well. Honestly I didn’t want to leave, I kept on extending my days there🤦🏾♂️😂😂😂 Just 2 downsides, it’s just a little difficult to locate since you expect to see Douyuan Youth Hostel but it’s themed Moreland Youth Hostel. Then it’s on the 3rd floor but the elevator doesn’t work. Hope these get fixed soon…

the hotel is very near to T2. It only took me around 5 mins walk from T2 arrival door 2 to reach the hotel. The room is decent and clean, well equipped with amenities like slipper ,tooth brush, razor, etc. The breakfast was great, with tasty made-to -order beef noodle soup. The staff are politely and friendly to.. One minor area for improvement is the front desk staff is not very familiar with various visa-free requirements for different countries. As recently china has initiated several visa free agreements with Southeast Asia countries like thailand , malaysia and singapore, it would be great if the front desk staff gets familiarized with those visa-free knowledge, instead of asking for visa blindly. overal i give 97/100 for my stay here. well done.

I stay at this hotel every time I need to catch an early flight. This hotel is very conveniently located to both Terminal 1 and 2, either can be reached in just a few minutes of walking. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. I can't say much about the breakfast as I always leave to too early in the morning to enjoy, however the room service meals are quite good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

If you want to stay close to Nanjing South station this hotel is suitable for you. Location is not bad, it on corner of big street and close to Nanjing South station. Bed is comfortable on day time it a bit noisy of neighbors because this time have contraction. Check processes quite simple and staff good. Amenities is clean but have some damage examples towel have hole and in bathroom roofs is dirty. Bathroom shower a bit old 233 but it’s ok. Anyway overall it is ok if hotel can change some weaknesses.

The location was excellent, and the open facilities were very good. I understand it's a ”China thing” that prevents outdoor swimming pools from being open to the public other than July - August - but it's ridiculous and one that a 5-star hotel should change. You advertise having an indoor and outdoor pool; however, 85% of the entire year, it is closed.... so how can you say you have an outdoor pool? It's false advertising. It was 32 degrees this weekend and perfect weather for the outdoor pool, but you didn't have it open - thus, I took away two stars on facilities. The service in the restaurant was EXCELLENT on the 45th floor, extremely good and well worth the 5stars; the front desk people also on the 1st floor incredible; however, the service in the (the indoor!!!) swimming pool was extremely average - feeling like being served from student intern vs. any 5star customer service at all. The service in the bar on the 78th floor was highly average. also, for 5star, with us having to ask for drinks and not a single smile when serving the drinks, while the 78th-floor views are breathtaking, the service was let down. Last but not least, our parents-in-law traveled with us and rang the front desk for help with the TV. They rang twice, and they were waiting for someone to help them. I have stayed at Intercontinental Hotels in other locations, and the service is always very good. While some departments at this location were good, they needed to be more balanced by the inconsistency of the other departments.

The manager Peter ‘s hospitality was excellent n so was his team of colleagues . They were helpful in assisting us with the using of Nanjing public transport n he even went out of his way to help us to register our flight matters as we were unable to access our Google n WhatsApp . The lady cleaner was good n neat in her cleaning of our hotel room. The female staff who did the early morning shift was very helpful in teaching our to use the China baidu . The location of the hotel is excellent as it is near the Shanghailu station which can connect you to almost all the metro lines to all the famous tourist attractions . We had a good stay in this hotel .

I feel good, satisfied in every way. Because you bring children, plus you have the right to upgrade, you can upgrade to an executive city view room, and the room size is enough for children's activities. With floor-to-ceiling windows, it is not depressing, which is very good.

The Octonauts themed room was perfect for my 5 year old, who loves the show! It put him and us in a great mood. The hotel is also so close to the historical street and you don’t even need to cross any streets to get there so it’s very child friendly. Would highly recommend it to families.

Check-in is fast and efficient, and the staff is warm and polite. The room is spacious and comfortable, the hygiene is excellent, and the bed is soft, which makes people sleep well. The hotel facilities are also very complete, whether it is a gym or a swimming pool, they can meet different needs. The catering is even more remarkable, with rich and delicious breakfast. Moreover, the location of the hotel is also very good, with convenient transportation around, and it is very convenient to travel. During my stay, I fully felt the professionalism and enthusiasm of the hotel staff, who always met my various needs in time. Very good hotel, bought the Three Kingdoms Water Margin City package, the Japanese food store on the first floor is also very good, the occupancy rate is very high, many rooms were not cleaned at 2 o'clock, the front desk service is very good, our three rooms were moved to the same floor, and one room was upgraded for free, the garden behind the hotel has a nice view, the only thing that is not good is the hotel buffet breakfast, there are not many varieties, the taste is average.

Very clean place and snack right in the city of WuXi. It’s in a High rise commercial building. Like a mix development of condo. Beside it is the shopping mall. I was given level 40 giving me an eye level view of the city. The best thing is you can see sunrise when you wake up (see picture). Seeing sunrise while enjoying your coffee. Very high tech room, no cards for door, you are given pin. don’t need to worry about losing the room card. Overall I think this is very good for travellers of all type. Unless you are looking for 5 star hotel kind of service level. If not this is very good. One disadvantage is, there is only 4 lift serving so many floors or unit, if one of the lift breaks down then the waiting time for life can be long. Things to note: There is no signboard of this apartment shown at the building, you just alight at the building beside Sanyang plaza shopping centre and walk in the commercial tall building and go to level 29. That’s the check in location

It was my first time staying at Novotel Hotel. This Wuxi Novotel is newly opened. We communicated the arrival time in advance on the day of check-in. Drinks and handwritten cards were delivered to the room, which was very heartwarming. The hair dryer was from Lefen, which was very useful. The hotel's environmentally friendly toothbrush was a surprise. All toiletries were from the hotel's **deep nature, which smelled very good. I wanted to ask the hotel to buy some, but it was not for sale. I made a few personal suggestions. Overall, I was very satisfied with this night's stay. I hope to stay in a better Novotel next time I come to Wuxi.

Absolutely the most amazing Western and Chinese breakfast imaginable. Great variety and the food was excellent. The room was perfect. The fact that you literally walk out thr door and you are at the station has to be on the top list of reasons to book as well.

Room was equipped with smart home equipment such as curtain, shades, and lighting. Room was spacious and comfortable, and dark at night, making it easy to sleep at night especially in December. Hotel reception is located at Apartment A, Level 15 which was not very easy to find but still manageable. Hotel is directly linked to the Metro through the basement making it very accessible to a lot of other malls. Service was very good and friendly especially to foreigners too. 房间设备都很好，安装了智能家居例如窗帘，灯光等，床边都能控制系统所以很方便，创业很舒服，很容易入眠。 酒店门口在A栋的第十五楼，酒店也在负一楼与地铁通，所以很方便三阳广场地铁站有很多吃的也通了很多其他的广场。服务员态度都很好，对国外人也是很理解。

Old oriental style hotel witha rich history. Look majestic and grand on the outside. (Interior of hotel in many nooks n corners are poorly maintained) Room service is superb. Super comfortable n firm bed. Located right within 太湖 (taihu lake) so you can jog/walk around the beautiful lake and giant ferris wheel in the morning and take in the fresh air. With outdoor pool n gym. Hotel food is mainly big fancy chinese restaurants n buffet. No casual dining . No western selection except the high tea cafe which serves some sandwiches and pasta. Hotel can organise ferry trip to turtlehead island
