A relatively brand new hotel very near to the Luoyang Longmen train station. We arrived early and thankfully they allowed check in. The reception staffs was nice esp the male staff(sorry we didnt get his name). He helped us with getting a cab and other matters. There s a good coffee machine at the lobby(free drinks) . The room(family room) was good and comfortable. The laundry room was good too. We managed to do our laundry there. Get the option with buffet breakfast as the choices of food very good. There s also a night supper provided)porridge). While the hotel on its own is very good, the surroundings are a bit quiet. You can mostly get some food at the train station. Not many food shops or restaurants nearby. The metro is within the train station, so that s convenient to go to other parts of town. Its also very close to Longmen grottos and the didi fare was around 12 rmb only. Overall a very good choice for a short stay.

I had a nice experience at the hotel. The Hotel is located very close to the airport. It also has a good environment and amenities. In addition, all staff I met were both professional and hospitable. Though  we had a slight challenge communicating due to language barrier, the staff was able to work around it to attend to all my needs.  I also enjoyed free shuttle services to pick up my family from the airport and subsequent drop off at the train station. I will not hesitate to choose the hotel when next I am in that vicinity. I recommend others to give it a try.

We like staying at Holiday Inns. No frills, good breakfast and the soft/hard pillows. Since it’s an international brand, the standards are there regardless whether it’s a new or old hotel. Can’t go too wrong with it.

The hotel is very near to the airport. When we were driving out of the hotel, we found that the exit was unavailable. However, when we checked out, the front desk did not inform us in advance. We had to drive back to ask the front desk for an alternative route. If the front desk had informed us in advance, this unnecessary hassle could have been avoided.

Perfect location, just 2-3 minutes walking distance to metro station. Room is okay, the internet connection is fine. Shower and toilet are okay too. No wardrobe, only 3-4 open clothes-hanger, which might be difficult. And just at the entrence of Luoyi Ancient City. Walls are super thin. People in China mostly wake up quite early and they are very loud-voiced… The breakfast is a bit poor, but okay. They do not have fork and knife for foreign visitors. You should being yours if you are not good with sticks. They should have a few ones. No English speaking personal at the reception, but they handle.

The location of this place is close to center and MRT. We can go to attractive places easily. The cleanliness and amenities are perfect. Breakfast is quite good compare with price. The staff are very kind and helpfull even they can't speak english but they use google translate to communicate. I strongly recommend this hotel

Hygiene: Very good. I stayed for three days in a row. Every day, the aunt cleaned and changed the sheets and quilts. Service: The service is really good. Anyway, it is responsive. I checked in early and checked out at 2 o'clock for free. Facilities: The equipment is very new and very good. The floor heating is really strong. Overall, it is very good. I haven't stayed in a hotel with such a high cost performance for a long time.

It might be hard to find for the first time, but its location is very good. There is a subway station right outside the door (although I didn't use it), and it is located on the upper floor of the famous local department store Zhenghongcheng. If you want to go shopping or eat, you can just take the elevator downstairs. , awesome. The overall furniture and facilities are very clean. The table shows signs of use, but it does not affect the overall evaluation. There is a washing and drying machine in the bathroom. I wash and dry clothes after playing every day and continue to wear them in the morning. It's great. There are staff to assist at the counter 24 hours a day. They are friendly and answer questions immediately. They can really solve your problems. They are the best counter staff among all the hotels I stayed in Henan this time. The only drawback is that I booked three rooms (1004~1006) at the same time, and the heating in these three rooms is indeed different. 1004 is very hot no matter how you set it, 1005 is very cold no matter how you set it, and only 1006 is very hot. It is relatively normal. There is an electric heater available for counter 1005, but it is recommended to check the heating problems in these two rooms. Next time I go to Henan, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for your service.

I don't even look for other hotels now I've discovered Atour. They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an ”I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English. I'm an Atour customer All Day. Thanks!

This is the hotel I am most satisfied with since my business trip. It is my second time to stay. The overall environment is not bad and the stay is relatively comfortable. It is very close to Wanda Plaza and it is very convenient to eat nearby. The lady at the front desk also helped me upgrade the room for free, with a large screen projection, and many newly released movies to watch for free. It feels very comfortable to come back to the hotel after a tiring day. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich, and overall it is recommended.

The hotel is located right of the centre of city. The walking street have bundle of restaurant and street food, solely the foot step away from the hotel which is super convenient for the guest. The revolving restaurant at the roof top serve the guest breakfast is the plus point of this hotel. The breakfast food variety is good and they have provided 4 to 5 type of soup noodle immediately cook for you. Although hotel itself shown a certain of age, the maintenance and cleanliness still managed well. The only drawback of this hotel is the mattress and pillow is not really comfortable since you can feel the metal spring when you sleep.

The night market is just round the corner. Near the metro station too. At the night market can easily find day tours to shaolin temple or mountains. Didi easily available for Longmen grottoes. Lots of food nearby. We just love the washing machine and dryer that is complimentary.

In a word - WOW. This hotel is exceptional. This was not only one of the best hotels we stayed at in China, it also qualifies as one of the top 10 hotels we have ever stayed at globally. The staff is incredible, the amenities are top notch and the hotel is located walking distance from the high speed rail train station in Luoyang. We ate at the casual bar/ restaurant and the breakfast buffet during our stay. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious with lots of variety and dishes to choose from. From what we understand, this hotel is quite new. I really hope they continue to uphold the impressive level of service and comfort that we experienced. Some staff members speak a little English and the others use translation apps, everyone is very helpful. We have nothing but praise for this hotel and their excellent staff.

Very nice hotel and helpful staff. The housekeeping aunty was friendly. The hotel will send robot to deliver fruits on your first day. I luv the TV and toilet bowl which come with heated seat and electric bidet. The laundry room was also fantastic. Overall I’m very impressed with this hotel except for the afternoon tea provision is kind of disappointing.

Excellent hostel. I’ve visited more than 20 cities around China, and this hostel has the best leisure facilities: two large pool tables (the one on the left is really good), a big screen for movies and classic “Fred Quimby” Tom & Jerry, plus a gaming screen and handsets. They sell strong Trappist beers. Okay, the fridges with beers in should be a lot colder than they are, but at least for strong beer like Trappist beer, this doesn’t matter.  There is a 100-yuan deposit on arriving, but as promised this was repaid into the account it was paid from at midday (12:07). The woman boss has excellent local down-to-earth, great-quality food tips. They only speak a little English at the front desk, but they’re very quick and efficient at translating from Chinese to English on their phones. They have a rule I’ve never come across before after traveling very many countries: the washing machine can’t be used for underwear! But I remonstrated with them and they waived this rule. The beds have curtains for privacy. When I arrived, the room was too warm and stuffy, but they agreed to turn down the cooling system a little for the whole hostel to help.

The hotel is just a few steps away from the high-speed rail station. The elevator at the door leads directly to the subway station. The transportation is very convenient. It is close to the high-speed rail station but very quiet. However, it still takes a lot of time to go to the ancient city and White Horse Temple. The hotel is a new version, the service is stable, the front desk staff is well equipped, the facilities in the room are very new, the color matching and the design without large right angles are very comfortable, and the local breakfast is not too delicious. The common problem of new slippers from all seasons is that the multiple layers in the contact surface are easy to separate. People with sweaty feet will soon feel uncomfortable wearing them. Atour slippers do not have this problem.

I saw it on Xiaohongshu before, saying that their service is very good. This time I went there, it was really good. The handsome and beautiful staff were warm and thoughtful, with a very kind attitude, and provided very considerate service. I originally booked a deluxe room, but the front desk upgraded it to an executive room. The executive room is very large and spacious. Although there were a few small episodes at the beginning, their lobby assistant manager was very enthusiastic and responsible to solve it for me. I think this is much better than InterContinental Marriott☹️. The location is also very convenient. There is a subway station downstairs and it is very close to the high-speed rail station. What's more, the first round of mini bar is free, Sprite, Coke, beer, potato chips~ It's so cool to drink beer with a high-foot glass and look at the scenery hahahahaha. The price is also very reasonable, and the cost-effectiveness is very high. I was originally going to stay for 3 days, but then something urgent happened and I only stayed for one day. Next time I have a chance to come, I must stay a few more days hahahaha. When I checked out, the assistant manager of the lobby carried my luggage for me and made an appointment for the station drop-off service for the same day. He also gave me a gift from the hotel. I will come again next time, next time. Go!

Stay here for 5 nights. The location was great, it's just beside a main road and a food street/night market just opposite it. My room was clean and big, everything is in order. Room was on higher floor (8018) and facing rear view with a magnificent view of “Luoyang Broadcast Tower” which will lit up at night. There are room for improvement for the restaurant's facilities and service. Breakfast is typical China meals, but not much variety for selection, as well as the afternoon tea. Overall, it was a great hotel.

Booked one night as our flight arrived too late for our onward journey. Hotel arranged to pick us up from the 4th floor of the airport and it was quite straight forward, despite the snow storm. Hotel was very close to the airport. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Arrived late and left early so not much else to say except it’s a very convenient hotel for an overnight stopover if you have a late or early flight.

Best hotel that i've ever stayed in term of service. The people work at the front deck are so nice. They helped me & my grandma a lot from booking tickets to sightseeing area to booking taxi. Due to them, our trip went smoothly & my grandma had have a great time there. Thank you very much for your help 🥰.

Great location. Very close to the air port. Hotel provides free shuttle service to/from the air port.Room is size good and spacious. He's is very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Near the airport. Taxi to hotel on lately night is about 25 yuan. (The hotel has shuttle bus service but my flight is delayed) Room is ok with full amenities. The staff can not speak English but can communicate via translate machine. Breakfast is so so. Price is reasonable.

Highly recommended when coming to Xinzheng Airport, a very cost-effective hotel. First let me talk about the airport pick-up and drop-off, which was very timely. I arrived in five or six minutes after just one phone call. I also helped with loading luggage, which was very good. When I checked in at the hotel, the front desk kept smiling and asked me about tomorrow's itinerary. If I needed to be dropped off at the airport, I registered the drop-off time. There was also an early morning call service (30 minutes in advance). Good luck to those who wanted to sleep in. When you enter the room, it is very warm, the bathroom is very clean, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. It is worth mentioning that there is smart room throughout the room, including air conditioning, TV, curtains, lights, and smart lighting. The shampoo and shower gel are all original, and the towels and bath towels are all individually packaged. From check-in to check-out, I felt warm and comfortable in this hotel! The service from the lady at the front desk was very good, and the room was generally OK. Since it was just an overnight stay, the airport pick-up arrived at less than two o'clock in the morning, and the price was very affordable! The annoying soundproofing is particularly bad! In the middle of the night, a few young people lived next door. They watched TV very loudly at 2:40 in the middle of the night. LOL, they chatted and made noise all night long! Calling the front desk to remind me made it even more unscrupulous! I had to catch a flight the next day, so the experience was a bit poor.
