Although theree was an error on the booking system at my side...but they solve the problem easily by giving me a room with seaview..(seems to be an upgrade to me) the room is clean and the cleaner did their job really well too by adding more towel rather than change my towel...for the breakfast it's good, though the only problem is their drinks is bland...thats all

The room was spacious and the air conditioning was comfortably cold, which I really appreciated. However, the carpet was dirty and there were noticeable cigarette marks on it, which affected the overall cleanliness. The shower pressure was just okay, not very strong. With some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, the stay could be much better.

Os pratos ficam por sua conta. Nunca tenha um buffet para almoço ou jantar. Existem mais opções para encomendar as suas próprias refeições. O ambiente habitacional está bem. Snorkeling também é ótimo. Os cruzeiros ao pôr do sol recomendam a remoção de detritos do recife. Afeta a impressão geral do hotel. A água do mar é invencível. Especialmente lindo. Tão linda quanto há 10 anos 🤩. A água é da mesma cor das gemas. Quem não veio pode vir brincar.

Everything is good. The room was very good, I got a nice view from the room. Breakfast was good too.

Ficou EM UMA Sala de vistas para a cidade no Sheraton Kota Kinabalu, MAS ficou satisfeito por ter apanhado um olhar para o Mar Azul Perfeito e até mesmo para a janela de um bônus tão bonito! O MEU Filho GOSTA absolutamente Da piscina no 23o andar.A brisa fresca e a vista 360-degree de Kota Kinabalu fizeram-na especial.A sala de fitness também TEM UMA Grande vista, o que torna o trabalho Mais agradável. O pequeno-almoço de buffet no quinto andar era Muito bom, disponível de 6:30am a 10:30amperfeito para começar o dia com UMA manhã relaxada. Também Quero dar um Grande cudo à equipe de manutenção de casas, e eles deixaram alguns acessórios para trás, e eles me embalaram tudo para me pedir para recolher. Em geral, um estadia maravilhoso e memorável, e certamente voltaria.

Eu havia reservado um quarto com vista para o mar, conforme confirmado na reserva. No entanto, no check-in, inicialmente me deram um quarto com vista para um lago com uma grande árvore obstruindo a vista. Felizmente, a recepcionista foi extremamente prestativa e prontamente providenciou um quarto que correspondeu à minha solicitação original. No geral, minha estadia foi mediana, com a limpeza apenas aceitável. Eu estava bastante exausto com o processo de check-in e a trabalheira de trocar de quarto, então não tenho muito mais a acrescentar.

Never expecting this such great location, Just walk within 10 min to Pasar Philipin,wet market,grocery and so on . Amenities well prepared, staff was so kind. I forgot her name. Check in late evening and she really helpful and full of greeting. And one more things, i LEFT MY WALLET here, And after arriving at the airport i noticed my wallet was lost or missing. Then i call the receptionist, THEY KEPT my wallet . 😭 All staff members are so kind! From cleaning services till the front desk ! KUDOS! I will come again!! THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU! I cant thank you enough.

Instead of the standard small bottled water, they provide 1500ml drinking water, plus free-flow drinking water and soft drinks to enjoy anytime. Even the Starbucks cups added a classy, thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra special. On top of all that, parking is provided, making it incredibly convenient — especially with the mall right downstairs. This isn’t just a place to sleep — it’s an experience.
