Hotéis com spa em North Yorkshire, United Kingdom

"The room was satisfactory— not too big, but certainly larger than those found in chain hotels. The location was lovely; however, the standard room we received had a view of the parking lot. Due to the wooden floors, we were able to hear other guests walking around quite easily. The sauna and steam facilities were enjoyable, but it would have been great to have a bit more menthol or some options to help eliminate the smell of sweat. Thank you for your attention to these details."

"Excellent stay. The hotel is ideally located if arriving by train. We arrived in the morning and were pleasantly surprised that we were able to check in early as our room was ready. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a roomy walk in shower. The only thing that would have improved it would have been some drawer space as it only has hanging space in the wardrobe. All the staff were helpfull and friendly. We had an evening meal and breakfast during our stay and both were excellent. We also made use of the leisure facilties during our stay. Overall would highly recommend and if we visit York again would definitely stay at The Milner."

"On the surface, this cozy place is probably a good bet for a stay in York. It's just enough outside of the city center to avoid all the tourists, but close enough to walk right in. The reservation process was great and the price is good. It's supposed to be a 4 star hotel and, in many senses, it lives up to that status. The staff is excellent. The food and coffee is very good and everyone is very attentive. The rooms are immaculate (heated bathroom floors are amazing!) and the amenities are great. That all said, there are some issues . Often the staff cleans the front area in the middle of the afternoon, which is a rather inconvenient time to clean as it is disruptive to the guests. Though the summer would be different, it was in the low 40's when we were there and heating in the lobby doesn't seem to be a priority for the hotel. We had to have someone set up a space heater for us in the tea room so we could stay warm, which was a bad look (tacky) for them. The biggest issue, however, we that they held a wedding event on the second say we were there. While it's completely understandable for hotels to host events, this particular location is ill suited to do so given the noise level of the event and the small quarters of the hotel. They had a live band, which sent the music to most of the rooms, making sleeping nearly impossible. Though they did move our room, we still heard the band, who played until almost midnight. Having a bunch of wedding guests being loud all lover the hotel also didn't help. The staff agreed with my assessment, which was to either not have events at all or, if they do, block out the rooms from being rented since it is impossible to merge the hotel with an event space. it's just too small. Ultimately, they need to make a decision about who they are as a brand, event space or 4 star hotel. I'd pitch they choose hotel because that is what it really is."

"The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring sights of Harrogate everything very nearby! From checking in and our room available early with welcome cookies which were warm and amazing to checkout the staff could not be more helpful! The room was on the third floor clean, tidy and well presented. The gym and spa facilities were all good and nice to use and relax especially on a Sunday evening! The breakfast was buffet with a selection of hot and cold options the parcel machine was my favourite fresh pancakes which were delicious! This hotel is huge but it's well maintained clean tidy and such an enjoyable experience for our anniversary!"

"Stayed here as a Base for Horseracing Big Hotel, plenty of Parking.Spa/Pool is off site. Our Room was quite small, and we did have issues with the heating not working too well. Room was clean,Bathroom good with all amenities. TV was big,but had intermittent glitches with the picture, but nothing too bad. Breakfast was good, buffet style,so no problems there. The Spa/Pool/Gym is off site up at the top of the Car Park, which can be a chilly walk. All in all, good Hotel with decent Rooms,Breakfast, and Pool."

"A gorgeous grand dame of a hotel - maybe a little tired, but gorgeous building, large room, super clean, very friendly and great location. We will definitely book here again."

"Viu o hotel York EM Trip.com, e viu-se inadvertidamente no tesouro do hotel, não há Projeção para o exterior do hotel, lobby, edifício, e para o quarto. O pequeno-almoço também é Muito bom. Todo o pequeno-almoço inglês é Muito bom para você escolher. É Muito apaixonado fazer agora. Eu gostaria de vir para o hotel novamente."

"The hotel is perfect, you should stay longer or stay for two days. The restaurant is also very good, not expensive. Picture 9 is part of the breakfast. Swimming and spa are free."

"A sala estava boa, adorava que o Centro de lazer estava aberto até tarde, para que ele pudesse ficar Na piscina e jacuzzi, Mesmo depois de ver a vista.O pequeno-almoço era UMA Grande seleção continental e UMA vista pintoresca do restaurante. O pessoal era muito amigável e atente. Uma potencial melhoria poderia ser o controle de água quente no chuveiro - o nosso era um quarto Deluxe com banho.A temperatura estava a aquecer ou a frio - não havia entre eles."

"Very clean studio apartment with loads of hot water and very friendly hosts. Didn't try the jacuzzi. Our studio was in the basement so no view but only 10 mins walk from the city centre via Museum gardens. Cost was reasonable"
