The hotel is located in the heart of Varna station, 10 minutes walk from the beach or the city centre. The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Attention, on some sites, it is indicated that the hotel has a swimming pool which is wrong and very bad.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels we've ever stayed at. The room was spacious and modern, the spa was fantastic, and the exterior pools and gardens were equally impressive. Everything was spotless, and we appreciated the attention to cleanliness. We also found the price reasonable, though it was off-season. However, there were several disappointments that took away from the overall experience. Starting with the restaurant: it was crowded, with long queues and very basic food options. At times, the food was even undercooked, which raised health concerns. This made dining stressful rather than enjoyable. Additionally, we noticed some guests were inconsiderate and even smoked in their rooms, causing the hallways to smell unpleasant. At one point, smoke even reached our bathroom from another room, and though we complained to the reception, the only response was to spray an air freshener. This lack of enforcement around the ”no smoking” policy was frustrating, especially for a wellness-oriented hotel. The hotel staff also permitted guests to reserve beach chairs with towels, making it difficult to find seating. This seemed unregulated and added to the sense of disorganization. For children, evening entertainment options were practically non-existent. There is a small playroom, but with limited games, it felt overcrowded and insufficient for the number of children. Furthermore, the cost for charging electric vehicles was the highest we've encountered, making it feel unreasonable. The thermal house nearby was a decent experience, though I recommend bringing your own towels and bathrobes from the hotel. Despite asking prior at the reception, we were told they would be provided there but we found out when getting there that we had to pay extra. Finally, the WiFi was poor, and although there was a Smart TV in the room, it wasn’t connected to the internet, limiting its use. Overall, we don’t plan to return. If management continues to tolerate inconsiderate behavior and doesn’t improve service quality, it risks alienating guests who value a more respectful and pleasant environment.

I stayed at Hostel Musala for 5 nights during a longer stay in Bulgaria. My stay got off to a rough start. I had booked the exclusive apartment with kitchenette on the 5th floor, but when i arrived i was told the 5th floor was closed due to construction above. I was given a room on the 4th floor with no kitchette, but everything else. I was given a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The room i did get was very nice. The balcony, which i was looking forward to, was covered in pigeon poo and filthy. The other facilities, common showers, laundry and kitchette were good. The only reason i gave 3 stars instead of lower, was the fact that my stay in general was great other than the room and balcony issue. I wanted to enjoy my stay, so i didnt make it an issue. But just be aware, if you have a booking on the 5th floor, you may be better to find somewhere else. Btw, Victoria is fantastic at the front desk. The area around the hostel is great. Close to train, beach, dining, etc.

Since the place is in the center, the entire city celebration and decibels are easily heard, but they last until 23:30 at the most. The receptionist was polite, kindly took record of my ID /Bulgarian passport/ had a short, friendly conversation with me and even went a little further by allowing himself to ask about my personal situation such as 'how my husband let me go to Bulgaria in a hotel, all alone' ; asked me to go on a date with him and last, but not least commented that since my husband is not in the country I can go on a date with him and that would not affect my marriage in any way. I have not made an issue of that situation as I told him quite clear and made him understand that does not matter what the situation is I would not cross the 'boarder' and there is not a chance in the world I can let any of this happen. Other than that - he has always had a smile on his face and operated an excellent example of customer service. Once I was checked-in I went to the room /405/ to find out there is nothing like what it was in the pictures advertised online on Booking.com and I got shocked, but I decided to deal with it on the next day. I was completely exhausted of the travel I have had in the past couple of days so I have only changed and went out for dinner. The male at the reception was again kind enough to give me some options for good places to have dinner near the hotel. I have then returned and went to bed straight away as I had an extremely important exam on the next day. The day is 12th of May 2022, 8:10 - I was woken up by two brown-ish dressed females who were dressed as cleaners but again had no badge on their clothes. They were shouting to each other from different room at 8AM which completely pissed me off as I could not have the rest I needed for the exam I had later on the same day. I made them aware that their behaviour is unacceptable and even then they did not apologise or even stopped. Since I was already woken up 4 hours prior my alarm I decided to check on Booking app what kind of room I booked as I know my wants and I doubted I would book a room that looks more like a cell in a prison in Bangladesh - with only a small window and hard access to natural day light. I then realised that the room I booked has a terrace and French windows which is nothing like the room I was hosted in. I have immediately called Booking.com's customer service and they arranged for me to be moved to the room I have actually booked. I have kindly asked for help to move my luggage and was told to ask 'the female on the 4th floor' who completely denied to assist me and even mentioned I am spoiled by my husband /which is a conclusion I believe no one should make verbal since they do not know me in person/. I have moved my luggage all alone and went for my daily tasks. Day 4 - 15th of May 2022; 12.30 PM - I have asked the female /picture attached below/ who again had not have any badge on her clothes for a coffee with milk and a bottle of water and then took a seat in the cafe area. I was told I could grab them in a very disrespectful manner and I was given a 'look' by the

A hotel located in the blue zone of the city of Varna. Probably a family business. Untidy rooms with musty smell, cleaning on request. Breakfast for a fee, totally uninspired and weak, no kitchen! You often run out of water, you can't even take a shower or use the toilet. In general, carelessness towards customers is observed. Parking costs 15 leva per day, in the underground parking opposite. At night, it's good not to go unaccompanied, being dark all around, you don't know what to expect.

We had booked a deluxe double and it was on the 8th floor. The first thing that wowed us was the view !! It was stunning. Spectacular views over the Sea Garden and Tge Black Sea. We were impressed with the size of the room. The bathroom had a bath and a separate walk in shower. There was plenty of storage in the walk in wardrobe. There were robes and slippers and a range of tea and coffee. We didn't use the mini bar but it had a good range of products. We did get a bottle of water replenished each day. My daughter and I used the swimming pool most days which we enjoyed. Breakfast was good although I'd have liked the option of breakfast cereal but even without there was enough choice. The location was perfect, right opposite the Sea Garden and only a short walk into the centre of the city. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend and would stay there again.

Hotel was immaculately clean and room was spacious and well equipped. We didn’t have breakfast included in our deal, but got it cheaply there, for less than £10 for two of us. The sports bar in the hotel had really friendly staff and super cheap food and drinks. We also used the small ****** downstairs - it was machine only, but the hotel offers a free 10 leva bonus when spending 10, so a cheap evening out! Would recommend local restaurant, the Sundog and the Orient for lovely food. Only real tip to share is not to bother booking transfers from the airport to the hotel - we did and really overpaid! A taxi is only 10-15 leva (less than £10) and we paid double this as the hotel details stated it was an hour from the airport - in reality it was only about 15-20 mins. We travelled in the Easter holidays and many of the seafront attractions were not open, but still a pleasant place to visit and would be much luckier in the summer months!

Firstly, the cleanliness is above all praise, and secondly, the staff are all very friendly, we, not knowing the Bulgarian language, did not feel any discomfort, everyone helped at the first request. Thirdly, the breakfasts are sooooo delicious. And the main feature is that a visit to the Aqua House is included in the price of your stay. We enjoyed our time there. Slightly older hotel with recently refurbished rooms and reception. Rooms are nice and service ok. It is not a four star hotel. Maybe room is three, but lacking amienties to be four. Breakfast is simple and no more than two star. Bed a little too hard for my liking. AC is central govern with just modest control in the room. Room temperature set to high. Curtains not fully lightproof. A bit out of city center. Quiet in the hotel for sleep quality

The hotel is very cheap and the showers are beautifully strong and quickly warm, which was not everywhere in Bulgaria. Also the minibar in the room has various snacks when you arrive late and nothing more open is super. Unfortunately, the good review ends with this. The room and the whole hotel is extremely old. The worst was the strong smell after distant smoke in the room. I am also a smoker myself, but this smell in the bedroom doesn't go at all. The floor was also very sticky, almost like in a club. The area is rather left, I arrived around 21:30 and there is no shop or restaurant anywhere. I booked 2 nights but after 1 night I'm in a just a little more expensive hotel near the city center, which is excellent. If one doesn't disturb smoke and for one night it's okay, but I'm better paying CHF 20. - more and have a more friendly, pleasant accommodation for it.

We stay at this hotel from October 1 to October 6. A couple of friends. Although a beautiful and clean boutique hotel, the service is not good. There are stairs at the entrance, stairs to the elevator and no one to help take luggage. Really shameful. In the dining room there is one waiter who is not enough to fill the gaps in the buffet anyway, which is not worthy of 5 stars. very poor You have to wait and ask for eggs or a sandwich from the menu. Tomato, cucumber, or cheese butter. Sometimes there is nothing and you have to wait for it to be brought to your table. Really not worthy of 5 stars. We were very disappointed. The lobby is really nice but there is no air conditioning. I will not come back here. Definately not

Absolutely magnificent hotel! Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Daily room clean and very comfortable rooms and beds. Breakfast has great choice and never felt rushed. Evening meal is to die for, great choice and not a buffet which is superbe. Try the sea bass and tuna steak with spinach! The location is perfect just across from the beach through the sea garden which is also a delight. We will 100 percent be back next year, this hotel is a real gem

Posh interior, fancy rooms. We booked the king superior suite (room 501) and it was spacious and snug with a huge terrace and adjacent pool and gym. Great artwork all over the place. Each floor has a different theme, earth, wind, fire, water. Nice bathroom amenities. Great breakfast. Amazing speciality coffee in the bar 87 downstairs, with Victoria Arduino hardware. Staff was attentive. There are no weights in the gym, just cardio machines and flimsy 5 kg dumbbells which I can lift with my eye lashes. The bathroom has glass walls, which is fancy, but inconvenient during night time, when you turn the lights on there is light spillage due to the glass ceiling and walls. Looks very nice though, can't deny that, Thai style. Some signs of wear and tear. Just one elevator. The TV sets used to be top notch back in 2010, sporting an integrated soundbar. Moët in the mini fridge for bonus points. Interesting minimalist industrial design.

Unexpensive, but good quality hotel. No major problem with my stay, except for a dog somewhere outside barking all night, which of course the hotel is not responsible for. I got a great coffee at the reception, I took advantage of the free parking even for the whole following day, which was really nice. The room was comfortable.

Disappointing. Definately not a four star. This hotel is so overrated and overprized. There are other hotels close by giving better value for money. On the positive side there is a nice reception area. And the bed is quite comfortable. The view is overlooking a crossroad. On the other side the hotel is old and worn. In the room there are no sockets near the bed. AC is central govern. Not possible adjusting temperature in the room. I left it on max cold for 24 hrs. No difference. It’s just a fan blowing. The hotel is located in the street. You get a lot of traffic noise from the crossroad outside. Furthermore curtains are not lightproof. You wake up at 6am by sunrise. And then there is breakfast. Breakfast is the worst I had in ages. Simple, cheap and a complete mess. They are trying, but definately struggling. Cheap, greasy low quality products . In addition they deny to refill after 9.30 and turn off the lights 10.05 while guests still are eating. Breakfastroom is crowded, lacking tables. Staff is hostile passive aggressive and shows horrendous behavior. But coffee was ok! Under the surface they really need to improve their quality. I am glad I only stayed two nights.
