O quarto estava muito limpo, a cama era muito macia e o banheiro e o chuveiro também estavam impecáveis. O serviço de limpeza era diário. Havia ônibus bem em frente ao hotel, com conexão direta para o centro de Bruxelas e para o aeroporto, o que era muito conveniente. O café da manhã do hotel era delicioso e diferenciado.

Demorou um pouco para fazer o check-in (a equipe não aceitava dinheiro e precisava de outra pessoa para ajudar). A única vantagem foi que fica ao lado do hotel. Embora eu tenha pago as taxas municipais em dinheiro e solicitado um recibo, nenhum foi entregue e me disseram para esperar pelo check-out. No momento do check-out, não havia comprovante de pagamento. O hotel também é meio antigo, o que pode ser visto do quarto. As toalhas de banho também não são tão limpas, tinham manchas de batom.

Ideal para viajantes a negócios. A recepção também conta com uma pequena loja de autosserviço, o que resolve a falta de restaurantes e lojas de conveniência nas proximidades. A seleção de café da manhã é limitada, mas inclui os itens tradicionais como pão, leite, café e ovos. Além disso, devido à construção recente, ainda se percebe um cheiro de móveis novos.

Pros: The hotel is new and very beautiful. The room was cozy, clean, and modern. The bed was very comfortable — soft bedding and great pillows made for an excellent sleep. The front desk staff were polite, helpful, and very friendly. Good soundproofing. There's convenient parking right at the hotel (18 euros per night). Cons: The airport shuttle only starts at 6:30 AM, and we had an early flight, so we had to park the car at a different location where 24/7 transfers were available. It was surprising that a hotel of this level didn’t provide basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, or even a small hygiene kit. This really didn’t match the otherwise high standard of the hotel.

O quarto era espaçoso e muito confortável. Há um Carrefour nas proximidades, onde você pode comprar mantimentos facilmente. A recepcionista foi super simpática e adorei o café disponível 24 horas no lobby. A lavanderia self-service no subsolo também foi muito conveniente. Com certeza me hospedarei aqui novamente na próxima vez que visitar Bruxelas!

Lovely hotel in a great location for walking to all the main sights. Staff really helpful and friendly and let us know about a light show that night for the university 600th anniversary celebration - really enjoyed it! Breakfast was amazing!! Definitely worth the 25 euros. The buffet includes everything you could possibly want plus some extras like interesting yoghurt toppings and mini pancakes! Lovely grounds - too cold to enjoy unfortunately. Very clean and quiet room with huge bed so slept really well. Definitely recommended staying here!

Booked this room due to having an early flight the day after in Brussels airport. It did not disappoint! The hotel has a parking and is located very close to the airport. The staff is very friendly and efficient. This hotel is actually much cheaper than all the other airport hotels in Brussels, while offering a service as good or even better.

O hotel fica perto do aeroporto, é limpo e tem boa comida. A desvantagem é o estacionamento pago; não há estacionamento gratuito.

O hotel fica perto do aeroporto e tem conexão com Bruxelas. Os quartos são escuros, o que os faz parecer sujos. A entrada fica no que eu chamo de fundos do prédio e a recepção também funciona como bar. Café da manhã e jantar estão disponíveis, mas não experimentei, pois € 14 pelo café da manhã é muito caro. Desde que o preço seja baixo, é uma boa opção para uma estadia econômica. Não seria recomendável pagar mais de € 60 (mais € 5,50 por pessoa são cobrados no check-in para a taxa de turismo local) por noite, mas abaixo desse valor está bom.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, the bed was good. Coffee in the room could have been a lot better, there’s only freeze dried instant coffee powder, no machine. Go downstairs to get a free coffee instead, but you’ll have to put on clothes unfortunately. The location is fine when it’s dry, but take an umbrella when there’s a chance of rain because it’s just a little too far from the city center. I’m going back there again if the price is right.
