Hotel is new, but there are already shortcomings. Ants in the toilet, friends did not work air conditioner, changed the room. There is a refrigerator. Resident only after 15-00, but things can be left. No transfer, but the staff will help to order a taxi. The hotel is not big, so quiet enough. It is located a little off the busy street, but it is necessary to go to the terminals.

Exactly what you would be looking for. Gated entrance. Construction taking place to now expand hotel. Everything very new, simple rooms. Free water. Wonderful gift bag on bed to take with you. It’s nice.

The stay at this hotel was simply amazing. I would say this is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Every corner seemed sparkling with cleanliness, which created a special atmosphere of comfort and coziness. The staff here amazes with their friendliness and politeness, as if you are visiting old friends. Good internet. I'm already dreaming of my next visit here.

Great for a place to rest and good for a budget hotel. Room is clean and comfortable but they could have adjusted the comfort room. It's quite small and the living room is not that necessary to be big. But so far it's good.

I stayed here for one night for less than USD 20. Parking slot is available, the room was bigger than I expected, but it's relatively bare bones. I had two towels, no free water, no toothbrush or combs or lotions, not even soap in the shower. There was hot water and AC which is pretty good. Small flatscreen TV with cable available. The mirror in the bathroom had the silver highly corroded. Other than that, the room was clean and the hallway and lobby were quite decent. Easy check in and check out. Oh, location wise, this is pretty good. In the heart of Kapitolyo which is a nice neighborhood commercial and residential area. Right at the outskirts of the Ortigas Central Business District. If you want an inexpensive budget room with no frills this was a decent stay.

We left the terminal and were greeted by a lovely lady who set us up with this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the quick shuttle to the hotel. When we got to the hotel the surprises continued... but not in a good way! This may be close to the hotel but the rooms are beyond filthy! Receptionist first told us there were no rooms then all of a sudden there was a room available The first room was riddled with mosquitos and the sheets looked like they weren’t changed in months. The air conditioner was blowing hot air and the bathroom was atrocious! We asked to change rooms... Second room was even worse the hallway outside smelled like it was used for washroom purposes. The front door had a crack in it and this room had even more mosquitos in it (we counted 15 live ones in just one corner of the room)!! The amount of insects crawling in there was insane. We were there for literally 20 mins trying to figure out a game plan. When we asked about the mosquito problem, we were advised that we should have brought our own insect spray!! When we asked for a refund we were refused (as expected). We ended up taking the LOSS and booking at the Hilton in Manila. It worked out to a $25 difference to the flea bag hotel we left. The difference was night and day! DO NOT book accommodations at the terminal it’s not worth it. Get a SIM from The booth outside of the terminal doors, use the internet and make your own booking. We had to shower twice just to get the stink of the Siayan off of our skin!
