The location of the hotel is very good because it is near the entrance of the National Forest Park, near many restaurants and shops, near the bus stop for you to ride bus if you want to explore within the Wulingyuan area. The service is very good because the hotel staffs are very accomodating and responsive. The buffet breakfast is very good because all the foods are tasty and healthy, the restaurant has a nice ambience and nice staffs. The cleanliness of the hotel is very good because it was kept everyday. The amenities are very good because even if the hotel is big, they have many elevators that you can use that will take you to the outside level without passing or using the main elevator at the reception area inside. The room has all the things you need during the stay, with free bottles of water everyday. It is a plus having so many power outlets, an automatic curtain, an aircon that you can adjust yourself, big desk, lights with many lighting options, automatic toilet light sensor, and nice colorful street view specially at night.

Great location, about 1km from the east gate of Wulingyuan scenic area. Many restaurants just steps away. There’s a theatre next to the hotel, was able to book a performance, definitely worth it. Hotel has beautiful pool area, unfortunately too cold to use, would be amazing in the summer. Breakfast was plentiful, standard western and Chinese choices. The furniture and decor is kind of traditional and old style, but well maintained. The only negative is that there are carpets in the rooms, inevitably with small stains, overall, I would recommend the hotel, best in this area.

Ticks all the boxes of an elegant resort hotel. Enough staff who understand English for communication at any time to not be a pain. Services were excellent. A special shout out to Ms. Pan for going out of her way to help us with our train ticket problem. Our room was spacious and luxurious; bed, linen, toiletries were premium quality. Breakfast had everybody covered. The hotel, next door up from the busier Pullman hotel is in the most scenic area of Wulingyan. There is a night market and an enclave of restaurants nearby yet oddly the area remains calm and very walkable. The hotel is about 7 to 10 rmb ( less than $2) from most places in town an 40 rmb from the fast train station. We did not use anybody's travel services as it was not difficult to get around. Locals call this hotel ”nabally;” neodalle” will get you a blank stare. Show them the hotel's business card and you'll be fine. All in all I'd choose to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It is well worth a 40% premium over Pullman.

Attentive service and high cost performance. Since we are a family of four living together, we needed an extra quilt and two sets of toiletries, which were quickly met. The location of the hotel is very good, only two kilometers away from the Wujiayu Sign Gate. You can see the beautiful scenery of Wulingyuan from the hotel. The only drawback is that there is no heater in the bathroom, so it is quite cold to take a shower in winter. In addition, children above 1.2 meters need to pay 30 yuan for breakfast, which will affect the experience. But the faults do not hide the advantages, overall it is quite good.

There is cheap breakfast and parking next to the hotel, the hotel is very close to the sign gate and the bus station. The boss is super nice. He drove us to the bus station, explained the route, presented a hand-painted map, went upstairs to the room to help with luggage, and gave directions to scenic spots and places to eat. What you want when traveling is comfort, and this choice did not disappoint👍👍👍 Talking about environmental hygiene, it is clean and tidy to the eye, and the decoration has a special atmosphere. It perfectly integrates Tujia and modern culture, giving people a different feeling. The service is also very good. From check-in and accommodation to travel planning to local food (self-driving tour), the explanations are very detailed. The ladies take the trouble to answer questions in a timely manner. If you don’t understand anything, they can reply in time when sending messages. Thank you very much! Unfortunately, I can only stay one night due to changes in my itinerary. I will come back and extend my stay next time if I have a chance. I look forward to seeing these ladies again😀

Service: The best thing about this trip to Zhangjiajie was meeting the owner of our store. I had never been to Wulingyuan before and didn’t know about it. I communicated the travel plan with the boss in advance. We talked on the phone many times to help find a car, book tickets (cheaper than online), and book a guide. The most successful thing was in an environment like May Day. According to the guide below, I successfully visited Tianmen Mountain, and the location of Charming Xiangxi is perfect. The overall experience is very good, I give it full marks. The boss also treated me to berry tea, which is relatively light and suitable for tea drinkers with light tastes.

I definitely won't be back. A positive point of the hotel is the location, it is very convenient, not only because Zhangjiajie Park is very close, but it is located in the middle between Tianmen Mountain and the Glass Bridge Park. Very convenient. I went with a friend and they gave us a room that we hadn't asked for, I understand that they were renovating (one day we ran out of light) and that the room was more expensive than ours, but having a bathroom and shower with glass was very inconvenient, especially because it wasn't what we asked for and we were not a couple. None of the staff spoke English and they demanded that we speak Chinese, in my case I don't speak it, but my friend does. When he wasn't there they treated me badly just because I didn't speak Chinese, you can't have a hotel where you accept foreigners and don't speak English, especially in a tourist spot like Zhangjiajie. Once I asked for water at the front desk (I don't understand why we had to ask for it everyday) and they didn't understand, the word water is basic English. The day we arrived the room was not completely clean, there were ashes in the bathroom (we had asked for a non-smoking room), the room smelled of cigarettes and there was not even a pillow. The day the light went out we couldn't close the window, so we asked for help and they replied that it was because of the light since the room was all electric; In the afternoon when we came back from the excursion (and the light was back) the situation was the same, with the excuse that it was too late they put some scotch tape on the window and said they would fix it the next day. They never did and the day we left there window it was still like that. We had to have the air conditioning on all the time because of the cold. We have to say that a lady of the staff was very nice to us and even stopped us to give us the fruit, even though there was the problem of the language barrier, she was very kind and friendly with us.

However, because the curtains between the bed and the bathroom serve as a partition, the room will be damp after taking a shower, and the temperature in the room will rise slightly. If the partition curtains are all closed, the air conditioner will not blow into the sleeping area. Service: Although there is no elevator, the boss will help carry luggage. I live on the fifth floor and this is a big help.
