Huatian Select Hotel (Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Branch)

O hotel fica a 5 minutos a pé da entrada do portão com sinalização Wulingyuan. Muito conveniente. O segurança ajudará com a bagagem ao entrar no hotel, há um serviço de porteiro na porta do elevador, o quarto é bom no geral e o café da manhã é bom! Dentro do hotel existe um departamento de turismo que nos recomendou o roteiro e providenciou um melhor guia turístico local. Nossa guia turística, Sra. Yang Junhua, é muito entusiasmada e meticulosa. Como temos uma criança de 4 anos, a irmã Yang cuida muito meticulosamente das crianças durante todo o percurso, cuidando das crianças quase até o fim, e também ajudando nos abraços. A Wulingyuan Scenic Area pode ser facilmente resolvida em dois dias!

The hotel was quite clean. The location was superb, very near to the gate to enter national park. 50m away was the entrance.

The location of the hotel is very good because it is near the entrance of the National Forest Park, near many restaurants and shops, near the bus stop for you to ride bus if you want to explore within the Wulingyuan area. The service is very good because the hotel staffs are very accomodating and responsive. The buffet breakfast is very good because all the foods are tasty and healthy, the restaurant has a nice ambience and nice staffs. The cleanliness of the hotel is very good because it was kept everyday. The amenities are very good because even if the hotel is big, they have many elevators that you can use that will take you to the outside level without passing or using the main elevator at the reception area inside. The room has all the things you need during the stay, with free bottles of water everyday. It is a plus having so many power outlets, an automatic curtain, an aircon that you can adjust yourself, big desk, lights with many lighting options, automatic toilet light sensor, and nice colorful street view specially at night.

The hotel needs better maintenance work. The bathroom need to be bleached to remove the yellow stain around the shower. The carpet is getting dirty. The shower door can not close tight, the toilet paper holder is tilting one side and paper will slide off. The pillows has smell need to be cleaned or replaced. The hotel lobby is very outdated. Looking out the window you can see the building is lack of maintenance. All these little things are showing the managers are not doing their job.

The location is perfect right next to the east gate. The hotel staff gave us a free breakfast even though it wasn’t included in our booking! Highly recommended.

Service in this hotel is very good. The manager Miss Jia Yi and staff Pei Pei were so helpful to do our laundry while we were busy. Room was quiet and everything functioned well. Furthermore is only 3 minutes walk to Zhangjiajie Park gate. We will return to stay.

This hotel is very conveniently located right next to a main entrance of ZhangJiaJie National Park. It only takes a few minutes to walk over. The hotel workers are beyond helpful! Our check-in was easy and they gave us recommendations on good places to eat. The hotel also comes with free buffet breakfast that has a large variety of healthy delicious food and drinks.
