The hotel service was also good; they even gave us a thoughtful souvenir when we checked out. Xining was much nicer than I expected, very neat and clean – I really enjoyed it!"

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helped upgrade us to a suite, truly showing the warmth of the Qinghai people. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit out of the way, with hardly any food delivery options. After a long day of travel, I didn't feel like going out to eat, so I just dined at the hotel. Overall, it was okay."

"Stayed at this hotel in Xining before our train to Tibet — and honestly, such a good find for the price. 🙌 The location was perfect for transit: • around 7 minutes from Xining Railway Station • about 3 minutes from the main bus station The hotel itself felt very new, modern, and exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly kind and supportive, which we really appreciated after long travel days. 🫶 There’s free drinking water, plus washing machines and dryers available — a huge bonus if you’re traveling around China for longer. One of the best things: we were able to extend our stay for 8 extra hours for only 90 yuan because our train to Lhasa was in the evening. It made the whole journey so much more comfortable instead of waiting around at the station all day. Would definitely stay here again. ✨"

"One of the best hotels I have been to in China. And that is saying something, with that high a competition in China. It is located in a very convenient point of the city, which is within 1-2 km to the food and shopping districts of the Xining Center. We got the superior queen room, which is the standard, and it comes at a very cheap price. Beautiful, old-fashioned room, large, with a desk and a comfy bed. Bathroom was nice, with both shower and a bathtub. We didn’t use the amenities in our short stay, but at that price it was worth it even without using them. Overall a very good experience, I would definitely recommend it"
