I had a fantastic stay at the Richen Ruihuan Hotel in Xining! The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, making check-in efficient and considerate. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, this is a great choice. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Xining. Highly recommended!

Hotel location is good, travel is very convenient, the location of the hotel is in the city center, the environment is really good, mainly there are many places to eat nearby, the hotel facilities are good, there are basic daily toiletries, the service is very good, the hotel is the front desk or the room cleaning sisters are all service state Good degree, if there is a problem, it will be solved as soon as possible, and I will stay at this hotel again.

Starting with the positives. The construction and decor was great. Showering space was also nice and new. Staff were also helpful and nice. Amenities are ok. Everything you would expect for washing up. But no AC for many rooms without windows is a travesty. Only a electric fan that can only blow for 1 hour at a time. Easy to get asphyxiated at night. Horrible stench of body odor and cigarette smoke was present when I entered my room. Hygiene seemed alright until I showered. And with a small waft of the towels a terrible stench of cigarette odor pierced my nostrils.. Expecting guests to wipe off with this odorous smell is disappointing. Water also leaks from the shower compartment into the toilet floor.

compared to the picture the room is much 'cheaper' and dirtier. The location is fairly central but it's situated within a park so it's not that easy to find and hard for a car to go in the area and maneuver. The staff are very sweet and friendly. Not terrible but not worth the money.

A principal razão PELA qual escolhi é perto do zoológico, comprar coisas é Muito conveniente, o serviço é Muito entusiasmado e satisfatório EM geral.
