Overall, it was good, with a unique design, and the cleanliness and service were both good. The location is a bit out of the way. The soundproofing is terrible, really terrible. It's quite noisy at night; you can hear everyone talking. Light sleepers like me can't sleep well at all! I booked two nights in a row. On the second day, they asked me to clean the room, but when I returned that evening, there was still hair on the pillow. It wasn't cleaned properly. Otherwise, no problems!

前台幫升了房，送了早餐，十分感謝。 房間硬件沒得説，總體住的還不錯。 提兩點建議： 1. 好好檢查一下房間的窗户，我住的房間窗户是漏風的，倒不是冷不冷的問題，房間很暖和，而是半夜颳風的時候，呼呼的風聲特別大。設施0.5扣在這裏。 2. 早餐備菜不夠。早餐供應到10點，我8點半就下樓了，釀皮和甜醅都已經沒有了，放了個標簽，寫的啥我忘了，類似已經沒了請諒解這種。我9點吃完的時候，這倆也還沒補上。顧客到一個地方，主要就是想吃一些當地的特色食物，一直缺貨實在是不合適。服務1分扣在這裏。

O serviço de Frente era Muito amigável e me ajudou a organizar UMA viagem de um dia de Qinghai e Chaka Salt Lakes.O pequeno-almoço do hotel era delicioso e ofereceu UMA variedade de opções de comida e café.O ginásio estava vazio, ofereceu UMA Grande vista, MAS tinha equipamento limitado. Por último, minha cama de tamanho real era louca e confortável!!!

My stay at Meilan International Hotel exceeded my expectations this time. The lobby is exquisitely decorated and grand, and the front desk handled check-in efficiently and quickly, with warm and polite service. The room was spotless, spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, stable hot water, and complete amenities. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the value for money is outstanding. I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is quiet, the sanitation is in place, there is no smell, the toiletries are complete and the face towel bath towel is disposable, which is super love. The room is well lit and ventilated, the service staff is friendly, and the demand response is very fast. The overall stay experience exceeded expectations, the price is very high, it is worth recommending to everyone!

酒店設施十分完善新淨，早餐的口味是我在這一趟十多天的青海行程裏所有酒店裏面最好的！酒店前台接待人員十分有禮，房間中央空調自帶加濕不用再開加濕器十分好評！酒店的電視十分大觀賞舒適投屏方便，又可以前後轉動！有點小小小瑕疵洗澡時候沒人在房間時房間會關燈！停車方便酒店對面就是商場裏面有很多東西吃！維持希爾頓一貫水平！下次前往西寧都會優先選擇入住！

Was told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance. However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated. Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea. Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

The room was clean with a good wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The late-night warm congee service was a nice touch, perfect for travelers arriving late who don't want to search for food elsewhere. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they quickly resolved an issue with our key card.
