Hotéis Family-friendly em Xining

We were impressed by the front desk staff n grateful for Celine the manager. She helped us to get transport to go to Qinghai lake. She was able to speak English and make communication easier for us. We had a wonderful and memorable time in Xining. We hope to come back again.

Only stayed one night, but the hotel was great, the staff were helpful, and the ginger tea they give as a welcome drink was lovely. Comfy bed and hot shower are always great. The little toiletries were good quality as well. While I may not go back to Xining again, I would definitely stay at a Hampton by Hilton again. 😀

We had a wonderful experience at the Luxery Blue Hotel. The decore is beautiful and the place is clean. The staff is professional and responsive. Manger William ensured our stay was comfortable and he continually went above and beyond what was required to ensure we had the best stay possible. He helped print off our documents for our next trip, and even helped us get our forgotten passport to the train station just in time. We are incredibly impressed by his communication skills, professionalism, and kindness. This place is a must stay when you're in Xining next.

I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

Very good accommodation experience. There are a few points that need special mention: 1. When checking in or going to the front desk to inquire about things, the front desk staff will take the initiative to greet and inquire at any time, with a gentle and polite attitude, and specially arranged a room with a view for me. Standing in front of the window, I can see the central square. The Wangfujing Department Store and other scenery in front of it are very considerate. After going upstairs, because the hotel is circular, I was looking for my room in circles. When I met the cleaning lady, she took the initiative to ask and took me to her room, a very friendly lady. 2. I booked with Ctrip for one day, and stayed directly at the front desk for another two days. When I went out, I met the cleaning lady, and I said something casually, to help me clean up the room briefly, and add more water. As a result, I returned to the room at night, unexpectedly There are 8 bottles of water in total. Sorry for my ignorance, such a refreshing hotel is rare. Praise praise praise praise! 3. After checking out with my luggage, a spirited guy in a uniform coat asked me if I wanted to take a taxi after going downstairs. After I said yes, he stood on the side of the road and started to help me take a taxi. There was still some snow, and the weather was very cold while the snow was melting. I'll take a taxi by myself, but he said it's all right, and he continued to help me take a taxi. After getting the taxi, he helped me move the suitcase to the trunk and said goodbye politely. I was very moved and enjoyed the treatment of a five-star hotel. It's a pity that this time I went out early and returned late this time in a hurry. There was breakfast for two days when I renewed at the front desk, but I didn't have time to eat it. Next time I go back to Xining, I will stay here again, and I will eat and see again, haha. Bit by bit, it makes people feel warm. The service in my hometown has reached such a high level. The overall impression of the hotel is not very good. When I entered the guest room, I encountered the auntie cleaning the guest room and filled the road. Then she told him the room number. She checked with us and actually followed us to the door of the room and shouted at the room. ”Xiao Yang!” When no one answered, he told us that we could enter. This operation was too confusing. The design of the small refrigerator and the water bar was unreasonable and crowded! finally! When I left, I left something in the room. I called to confirm. The hotel actually told us that we didn't find our things when cleaning the room. Forget it, it's not a particularly valuable thing, but I have to write this feeling! Hope the hotel can strengthen management! The only advantage is that the room has a bathtub, which the kids love!

Friends who have not seen me for many years came to Xining to meet up. In order to let my friends stay in a comfortable hotel, it was recommended by my colleagues. It was really good value for money. I felt like I was at home. The parking lot, and the little brother at the front desk to help with the luggage, the little sister is very patient to introduce the surrounding food, I love it, and I also recommend my friends, this is a unique and intimate hotel!

The second hotel I stayed in this trip, the location of the hotel is very good, the downtown area is very lively, the hotel has a parking lot downstairs, if there is no place downstairs, you can find the uncle security guard, you can park the car in the underground parking lot, there are plenty of parking spaces.
