I recently stayed at the Manxin Hotel in Xi’an, and it was a great experience. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city’s main sites. The bed was comfortable. The staff were kind and always ready to assist with any request notwithstanding the language barrier.

Hotel is chic. We stayed 2 nights in a room with a balcony. We traveled with Chinese friends across China. Through Trip I was cheaper than my Chinese friends through their version of Trira. I took the room and on them. 1. The location is very convenient, right from the balcony one of the main attractions of Xiana is the ancient city wall. Behind this wall is a metro station and a bus stop. 2. Room spacious, with beautiful design. Everything fresh, everything works well. Special beauty, this is the balcony. Table, two chairs, evening lighting. In the room is a zone with sofa, table with a chair. Near the tea table with a teapot and cupboard. The refrigerator. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The shower is modern and beautiful. 3. Cleanness. Cleaning every day. Fashion fan, straps, slippers 4. Breakfast: Diversified. There are also Chinese dishes and European yoghurt, milk, chips, coffee, eggs, fruits, cakes. 5. Staff is very polite and friendly. We communicated with them in Chinese so I did not ask them the knowledge of English 😃 6. We left early at 6.30 and we were handed not only a present from the elephant but also a light breakfast on the road. I definitely recommend it. Everything is at a very decent level.

Let me talk about a few more satisfactory points: 1. The hotel upgraded our room type for free. The deluxe king-size room has a large space and a dining table for eating and drinking, which is really convenient 2. The hotel service is very considerate. We went to the self-service laundry room to wash clothes, and the waiter helped us take them out and dry them twice 3. The hotel has sufficient emergency supplies. When I went out to play, I sprained my foot a little. The beauty at the front desk immediately found the spray 4. The hotel's airport pick-up service is very good. We arrived at the airport at 1:30 in the morning, and there was a driver to pick us up, and it only cost 30 per person, which is consistent with the publicity and reality (I have learned about other hotels before. Although it is written on the page that it is also 30 per person, the actual price is 120, which is more expensive than taking a taxi)

Great service following a late check in. The room was very clean and tidy and the hotel were able to accomodate a change in room so we were on the same floor as our family. The laundry was very clean and efficient and the gym was small but tidy. Location is great and easy for taxi to pick up and was very close to landmarks and malls. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
