As our room come with window. But there is no view. Have asked for the xian ancient city hall view, but was told that our room does not have this view and need to pay for a upgraded room. However all the room was fully booked. And unable to get this type of room. Suggest to book in advance.

A friendly and shy woman runs this place and she can help you with questions concerning booking events, etc. On our first night we (three people) slept in the ”gambling” room, I assume the owner tried to be nice as many Chinese would prefer a room of this kind. We, unfortunately, didn't like it at all, as we also booked a different room. She was nice enough though to transfer us to two double-bed rooms without any additional fees the next night. All in all I liked our stay.

I drove here by car and stayed here for two consecutive nights. In addition to the old facilities and high cost performance, the hotel is relatively affordable and the transportation is very convenient. There is a subway station and bus stop when I go out. Receptionists are really helpful and they are all speaking English. They suggest and introduce all Xi’an attractions to us during our checkin. Hotel is located at the South gate of city walls and the metro station is directly in front of the hotel. The room’s view is just perfect and you can enjoy the night view of the Xi’an city wall. The hotel and furnitures are a bit old but in general its okay and cleaning was nice. The only problem is there is no socket in the bathroom to use hair dryer, there was something look like a socket but the hair dryer didn’t run normally when we tried to use. We used the hair dryer next to bed, it is not a critical problem.

The location is great, right next to the South Gate of the city wall, a few steps away from the metro station. The best shopping centers around, if you’re into that. Minutes away from the very heart of the city. The rooms are clean and cozy. Really no complaints there. Also the stuff is very helpful and understanding. No problem with the late checkout, whatsoever.

The hotel environment is very good, very clean and quiet, and the service attitude is good. Whether it is the front desk or the customer service aunt, they are always available. The most important thing is that the location is good. As soon as you go out and walk through the underground passage, you will find the bus and subway station. Living next to the clock tower, I am really in a good mood. Needless to say, I can go shopping and eat. The living facilities are complete, the accommodation is comfortable, there is massage, you can exercise, and you can fully relax at night, which is good.

From the day we arrived YangFuMing met us with a smile and willingness to help us settle in. She made sure we had everything we needed and that we were able to get around the city. The food was also very nice this morning for breakfast. We will definitely come back. Only suggestion is maybe clean the floors in room just a little more with a mop. But other than that the location and team are super.

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. They were able to speak some English and had translation apps ready when they couldn’t. The rooms were clean and nice. The coffee and breakfast was good. It was a nice location not too busy and loud. There was a school next door but you didn’t hear it which is great. The sitting area was very cute and cozy.

I love this hotel! It was extremely luxurious for the price. Decor was modern luxury in style. Comparable and even better designed than some 5 star hotels. Service was excellent without being overly intrusive. The staff were very attentive and anticipated our needs. They also gifted us a souvenir at check out. We were very impressed throughout our stay. The room itself was very well maintained. Equipment felt new and they used smart technology for the lights and curtains. The rooms were very sound proof, I could not hear my neighbour at all throughout the 3-night stay. The bed was super comfortable, they even gave us different pillows - a soft one and a firmer one each to ensure we have the best sleep. The toiletries were also of good quality which is important to me. Most hotel toiletries leave my hair and skin very dry. The toilet itself also included a magnified face mirror which can light up which I used daily for make-up. There are free drinks (tea, milk, etc) available at the lobby. Breakfast itself was an extensive spread including local food such as mini roujiamo. The selection changes everyday. Staff were again very accommodating and even provided table service for some guests struggling with young children. Location itself is fantastic, very near the main attractions - bell tower, ancient city wall and Muslim quarter which are all walkable or a short and cheap cab ride away. The hotel is along a quiet street of an extremely vibrant area. I am actually writing this on the free shuttle bus to the airport - yes such fantastic service even at the end of my stay. Please let them know early so they can arrange this service for you. Many props to the team and management. My only comment is that the wifi connection was not strong so I mainly relied on my limited data. It may just be my room which was on the 10th floor in the corner.

Choose to live in the ancient city, close to Muslim Street, about ten minutes' walk. This B&B is called Han Tang Yi. In the middle of Nanchang Lane, next to a big sycamore tree. Without paying attention to the price, I randomly booked a room for more than 300 yuan just because it was close. But it gave me too many surprises Surprise 1: Daily coffee and night wine, you can order a cup of coffee for breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. A and C taste pretty good. Surprise 2: 201 is still very quiet, I slept until dawn. You also need to ring the doorbell to enter the door. Surprise three: all details are exquisite. The toiletries are pretty good, the toothbrush has a wide head and soft bristles, the comb has an air cushion, and the disposable slippers are also velvet... Surprise 4: You can practice speaking on the first floor at night. Friends from France, Hong Kong, and India chat about the customs and habits of various places... Surprise 5: The guy and the girl at the front desk are very, very nice. Therefore, I sincerely recommend all friends who come to Xi'an to give Hantang Inn a try.

It is highly recommended to travel. It is very convenient to take the subway or the bus from the south gate and the Bell and Drum Tower. The supermarket and shopping mall are opposite the downstairs community. There is a food street behind. It just snowed in Xi'an for a few days. It was very warm as soon as I entered the room. The heating is very sufficient. I really want to move the heating back to the south 😄😄

The safety factor is very high, there are building security and unit doors downstairs. The sanitation is very clean, the room design is also very good, the floor is high, the scenery is very good, the location is also very good, next to the city wall and two big shopping malls. The merchant upgraded to a projection room for free, and connected to the mobile phone directly into a movie room. The facilities in the room are very complete, refrigerator washing machine, oil, salt, sauce and vinegar induction cooker and rice cooker! Stayed once, the legendary autumn fruit, recommended by a friend, the hotel service is very friendly, helped me pour tea, carry my luggage, set the temperature of the air-conditioner, and deliver the fruit. It felt so warm. I ate free porridge, steamed buns and stomach in the evening. It was very comfortable. The fruit was delivered, great. The pressure of the bath water was too good. Xi'an is so hot. The shower is great. I will come again in the future.
