I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. There is a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, so finding food and dining options was very easy. The hotel is very family-friendly. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely amazing — we could see both the sea and the mountains. Our child loved it so much. However, for guests who are afraid of heights like my husband, this might not be the best choice, as it is probably the tallest building in the city. Although the hotel looks like it has been open for many years from the outside, the interior still feels modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are very convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of international options. Overall, we had a great experience and were very impressed with our stay.

Was very nice and located near the shopping district! Loads of stuff to do, only qualm is the transparent toilet as i find it a bit awkward to pee in a transparent cubicle as i'm quite a private person! However, everything including check-in is very clean and smooth

The room is rather small (1 of the smallest as compared to other parts of China we have visited) and it was our first time with Atour. We had a hard time meddling with the lights and aircon (no aircon at night as it’s centralized and early winter, lights ain’t bright enough). However, Check in and check out was quick and efficient. In general, service was good too. Helpful and attentive. Best thing? The location. Right outside nanchang street. Many nice eatery around.

The front desk staff, Jersey, Nancy, and Bella, were all very enthusiastic and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel's downtown location is incredibly convenient for transportation, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Ficamos extremamente satisfeitos com nossa estadia de duas noites no Crowne Plaza Wuxi City Center durante o feriado de Ano Novo! O lobby do hotel era incrivelmente luxuoso e magnífico. Os funcionários da recepção e do restaurante buffet foram todos muito acolhedores e prestativos. Antes do check-in, ligamos para nos informar e a Sra. Pan gentilmente anotou nossas necessidades como idosos. No dia do check-in, chegamos cedo ao hotel e a Sra. Xu Chenhua, da recepção, nos recebeu calorosamente, convidando-nos para um café de cortesia enquanto nos informava quando nosso quarto estaria pronto. Logo depois, fizemos o check-in no Quarto Duplo Superior Crowne Plaza em um andar alto com uma vista maravilhosa. Um agradecimento especial a eles! Os quartos do hotel eram limpos e higiênicos, com instalações completas e uma área seca e molhada separada. Agradecemos à nossa companheira de quarto, Sra. Ma Yin, por providenciar água engarrafada para nós, atendendo ao nosso desejo de tomar chá. Os funcionários do restaurante buffet foram todos muito acolhedores e prestativos. A senhora de uniforme escuro (com rabo de cavalo) foi particularmente hospitaleira, orientando-nos proativamente durante as refeições e preparando chá. Os pratos do bufê eram fartos, frescos e preparados com esmero. A piscina coberta também foi um destaque, com água cristalina semelhante à do percurso padrão.

The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The rooms are spotless, and the beds are soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The soundproofing is excellent, so it's quiet at night. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient with check-ins. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers good value for money. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Inicialmente, reservei um quarto com cama king-size e duas camas de solteiro no Crowne Plaza Wuxi City Center, mas, ao chegar, fui informado de que os quartos com duas camas de solteiro não estavam disponíveis. Então, reservei o InterContinental Wuxi Junlai Hotel. Ao fazer o check-in na recepção, recebi um upgrade gratuito para um quarto com vista para a cidade. O hotel incluía café da manhã para duas pessoas, que era bastante farto (com opções chinesas e ocidentais). O hotel tinha uma piscina aquecida, perfeita para um mergulho relaxante em um dia quente de verão. O Museu de Wuxi fica bem em frente ao hotel, um lugar onde você poderia facilmente passar um dia inteiro explorando. Outras atrações também são facilmente acessíveis de carro (Rua Pedonal de Nanchang).

I moved in at the beginning of July. The living room is spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout for the sofa and dining table, ensuring privacy for both rest and meals. The air conditioning runs all day, keeping the house cool and comfortable even in the summer heat. The beds are clean, with linens changed after each guest, and individual storage lockers provide security. There's a separate washer and dryer, so you can easily dry sweaty clothes on the same day. Xiaolou Lane is right outside, offering convenient access to shopping, dining, and transportation – perfect for short-term stays, whether for tourism or work!

O hotel está convencionalmente localizado perto Da Entrada de Nanchangjie e não está longe Da estação de metrô.A sala é limpa e o pessoal do hotel é todo o tipo.Embora não possamos falar chinês bem, não houve problema. O pequeno-almoço é servido com algumas refeições delicadas e diárias chinesas.

Such good value for what your get - luxurious huge room, central location and 24hr service and cleaning. The concierge is on the 15th floor and a bit hidden. Note: there’s no gym, pool, room service, buffet breakfast etc but that’s why it’s such good value!!!
