"This hotel goes beyond excellent! The greenery and scenery are absolutely stunning, with views of both Li Lake and Taihu Lake. It's just a few minutes' walk to Li Lake, and the hotel even has its own pier for trips to Yuantouzhu. You could easily spend half a day just strolling around the hotel grounds. Breakfast is incredibly rich and the taste is top-notch. The service is exceptional; they even bring your coffee right to your table, and the staff are incredibly attentive to everyone's needs. The view from the悦吧 (Yue Bar) on the ninth floor is simply breathtaking, and the seating is very comfortable. The afternoon tea is both beautiful and delicious, and the service is so thoughtful that you could easily spend a whole afternoon there. From the room attendants to the lobby staff and the doormen, everyone is incredibly nice. We truly felt at home and are very grateful. We will definitely be staying here again."

"I booked the Radisson Hotel in Wuxi on short notice. The front desk called me in advance to send me the hotel location, which was very helpful for me as a visitor from out of town. I checked in very late at night, and the room was quite nice, spacious and clean. I took a shower that night, and in the morning I tried their breakfast, which had a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. Overall, I had a very good stay, and I would stay here again next time I'm in Wuxi."

"Booked this hotel for a road trip, and they upgraded our room and gave us peaches, which was a nice touch. It might have been the heat, but there weren't many people around, even with the sun shining brightly. The only letdown was the breakfast buffet. All the noodle toppings were vegetarian (pictured in image 1), so I went to the vegetarian section hoping to find some meat, but the cabbage was old (image 2). I looked around the entire buffet, and there were only two types of meat available (image 3). So, I decided to switch to Western-style bread, but that was another disappointment – the bread was hard to chew and sticky (image 4). I thought I'd at least have some butter with sliced bread, but they only had butter, no sliced bread. This really doesn't live up to the dining standards of such a high-end hotel. I saw reviews saying the dinner buffet was great, but my child and I were at a scenic spot watching a performance and missed it. I was really looking forward to breakfast the next morning, but it was such a letdown! One star!"

"The dining options around the hotel are perfect. The room was well-ventilated, and the shower had great water pressure which was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, truly five-star standard. Even more impressive was the thoughtful service: during the romantic cherry blossom season, the hotel provided a dedicated shuttle to Yuantouzhu Scenic Area. The service attitude was excellent. Definitely worth a five-star rating!"
