This was, without a doubt, the most comfortable shower I've had in any hotel in recent years. Service: I interacted with one butler and three front desk staff, and they were all professional and patient. The room they chose for me had an amazing night view. Thank you! Cleanliness: Satisfactory. Environment: Close to the subway and supermarket, very convenient. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I come to Wuxi."

"I booked a room using a voucher. During check-in, the front desk was very accommodating and adjusted my booking according to my needs, which I really appreciated. This hotel seems to be a very important establishment in the area, hosting business dinners and weddings, making it incredibly lively. Yet, the staff still managed to take such comprehensive care of their guests, which is truly impressive. Our room was spacious with a fantastic view – absolutely unbeatable. We also used the complimentary tickets for the Capybara bus, which didn't go far, but the service was excellent. Overall, a super great experience!"

"👍 A pleasant surprise! Lush greenery, picturesque mountains, and crystal-clear waters. What really stood out was how well-maintained the facilities are – everything still looks new, elegant, and grand. Breakfast was also very satisfying, a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes, with a wide variety and fresh, delicious flavors. We stayed in two room types, a Superior Balcony Room and a Deluxe Family Room, and both were fantastic! 👍 The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and enthusiastic, responding quickly to all our requests! I've stayed in many five-star hotels and state guesthouses, and Taihu Hotel offers incredible value for money! It feels like a five-star stay, close to nature, but at a much lower price than similar places in Zhejiang or Shanghai. Highly recommended!"

A special thanks to小姐姐 (Miss) #23 at the front desk – she was so enthusiastic and helped us solve so many problems. When we checked out, she even thoughtfully gave us a small parting gift. Thank you so much! Wuxi is great, and I look forward to visiting again!"

The small appliances weren't great; the hairdryer was just so-so, and the kettle only filled halfway after use. Service: There was a butler, and a big thank you to Butler Elsa for her help. On the last day, I somehow got an upset stomach, and she helped me order takeout and medicine, brought them to my door, and even packed some plain congee for breakfast. So thoughtful!"

O hotel fica ao lado do Templo Nanchan, do Canal Antigo da Ponte Qingming e de outros pontos turísticos, por isso é conveniente estacionar o carro ou pegar um táxi. Os quartos adotam o design aquático de Jiangnan, equipados com banheiros separados para seco e molhado, janelas panorâmicas de vidro e Wi-Fi gratuito. O quarto familiar é maior, mas o Quarto 01 tem uma porta de comunicação com o quarto ao lado, e o efeito de isolamento acústico é um pouco fraco.
