Jiangcheng Hotel is great! The front desk staff are enthusiastic and answer all your questions. The room was clean and hygienic. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the station and is very easy to find. Although it is next to the train station, it is not noisy at all at night and during the day. I caught the train this morning, said hello to the waiter, and brought two boxes of breakfast. Thank you to all friends at the hotel. I will stay in Jiangcheng next time!

We had a fantastic stay at the Fairmont Wuhan to celebrate a birthday! The Guest Service Manager, Irina Guo, was extremely helpful and accommodating to make the experience extra special. The food and service at the hotel restaurant and bar, 1907, was first rate. Would strongly recommend a cocktail and dinner set. The service staff was made aware of the birthday by Ms.Guo, and Josie greeted us with a ”Happy Birthday” accompanied by a complimentary glass of champagne. The breakfast was also first rate with pretty much anything you could want. Following breakfast, we were greeted by another guest service staff member, Guillaume, who ensured we had everything we needed. It was truly the pinnacle of hotel service! 5 stars.

Except for a loss, it’s hard to find a loss.
