Noku oferece serviços muito úteis e amigáveis. Se você quer encontrar um hotel relaxante e tranquilo, acho que Noku pode ficar satisfeito com você. Gosto especialmente do restaurante ocidental e tailandês chamado Embrace. Embora o espaguete não seja caseiro, sua textura é muito boa, nem muito dura e nem macia. Sua salada de carne também nos surpreendeu. Os garçons do Embrace são muito simpáticos e amigáveis. Meu marido e eu devemos voltar novamente.

Ficamos como uma família de 4 pessoas de 18 a 22 de dezembro de 2023. Este hotel familiar é incrível! Possui OITO piscinas e um local de massagens junto à piscina. As crianças podem nadar enquanto você recebe uma massagem relaxante de sua escolha. O hotel também tem fácil acesso à praia. Os funcionários foram todos simpáticos e, em particular, Monte é excelente. Ele nos deu um mapa e recomendou lojas/restaurantes próximos em nosso primeiro dia. Graças a ele tivemos uma visão geral do terreno e pudemos encontrar facilmente lojas/restaurantes bons e baratos. Alugamos um carro porque é mais fácil se locomover. Você pode caminhar até um mercado noturno próximo e algumas lojas/restaurantes, mas preferimos dirigir. O buffet de café da manhã era razoavelmente bom. Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia, as crianças não se cansavam da piscina. Nosso filho de 8 anos também jogou futebol com os outros convidados. Nós definitivamente ficaremos aqui de novo!

O aumento de preços fez as pessoas rirem. Ficar aqui depois de um mês não é a mesma experiência da última vez. Agora, a esse preço, se você olhar ao redor, poderá encontrar um hotel com melhor relação custo-benefício do que este. Além disso, entendo porque os comentários dizem que a atitude do Frente é pobre. Alguns dos Frentes têm atitudes muito boas, mas alguns deles têm preguiça de reclamar...

We stayed for 3 nights and moved 3 times. The first one was for changed in location. We were given a room next to a construction. It was dusty and there’s smell of paint. The second one, there were all kinds of smudges, spots and streaks on the walls — yellow, brown and white. Hair of various colors were all over the place. I found a round wound plaster I think sticking to the handle of the shower area. I asked them to clean the room while we’re there to which they responded to immediately. The transfer would have to be down by you without assistance, by the way. Oh and there’s no one to help you take up your luggages. Nonetheless, some trolleys that look a lot like the one for supermarkets are there, on standby, for your convenience. Watch out for this especially when there are children involved, PWD and etc. Some rooms especially on the ground floor I saw had steps in almost random places. Anyhow, we were quite comfortable after our second move. In the morning, the breakfast buffet area was overwhelming. There was an event running right next to the restaurant. Being first timers, you would really need to find your way through the maze of people and activities all happening at the same time. Incidentally that morning it was raining hard as well. There were all sorts leaks. It made a lot of mess especially on the floor. You need to set your table. Think of a food hall at the mall, this is generally the system. Prepare for a long line ahead of you at the 2 coffee stations. That morning, the team was able to manage it in my opinion. Service was courteous and friendly. The food was okay. Highlight for me would be the excellent choice of fruits — good quality, plus the pancake. The egg station was outside, unfortunately with the rain, it was quite a feat to get much beloved eggs. The roof was leaking in many parts in this area too. It wasn’t the most hygienic. A soup station is next to it. No A/C in the restaurant too. Old displays for cheese and salad. It reminded me of the grocery stores I went to with my family as a child. Aside from those two I have mentioned, the rest would be far from what you could expect from a 5-star. At this point, I’m still trying to place the hotel. But it’s surely not 5-star luxury. In fact, it helped so much when I reduced the expectation. There are many places to be explored outside. The sidewalks are observed — truly helps to explore the place in peace with a child in tow. Ours was at the plaza nearby. This was truly enjoyable. It’s just on a tiny part on one side of the road where we missed the side walk. There was a big parking lot that helped us. Though a concern (for us) of course is exposure to smoking, some were doing so while they wait in the car and etc. At least in our rooms, upon entering there’s a tiny bit of elevation. Prepare to power through all your belongings with wheels up this step. The interior of the room in actual is many steps down vs the photos. No toothbrush and toothpaste. The toilet bowl has a consistent yellow buildup just above the tip of the water. I think it’s the water in Phuket. I hope it’s just the water. But given the experience at the on set with the cleanliness issue, it could likely be a different story. There’s bidet if this is important for you. There’s no cleaning/make up room everyday I was informed. There’s a last move for us because our room window had to be locked. On our last day, it was raining the whole morning. There’s water on the floor in our room. I thought my child made a mess. Upon closer look, the floor was leaking. The tiles were squeezed as we walked. This is a first time for me but not surprising given our experience from the start. Before we finally left, we were asked for our experience, I told the lady at the checkout counter about this finale. She surely apologized for it and she offered the sweetest smile. Deposit of 3K Baht for us for a 3-night stay. The change was returned during the checkout.

A sala é bastante grande, mas a localização não é boa. Há mosquitos durante a estação chuvosa, e há uma varanda no primeiro andar. Há pessoas que passam em frente a ela o tempo todo. Depois de andar por aí, a sala de piscina é melhor, não é de admirar que esteja lotada de manhã. O transporte é relativamente conveniente, há restaurantes perto, e também está muito perto da praia. 800, o preço é aceitável.

O hotel está situado bem próximo à praia, então acordávamos com o som das ondas todas as manhãs. No entanto, isso também significa que o hotel está localizado muito longe da entrada da área do resort Laguna, por isso não é muito conveniente acessar lojas locais / barracas de comida de rua fora da área do resort a pé. Os ônibus estão disponíveis, mas são limitados. Felizmente, algumas das lojas de massagens próximas oferecem serviço de transporte gratuito de volta ao hotel, então isso foi compensado. Os funcionários do hotel foram simpáticos e prestativos. As opções de buffet de café da manhã são limitadas, mas a comida muda todos os dias e era bastante boa. As piscinas não são muito grandes, mas não estavam muito lotadas e tinham um escorregador que era divertido para crianças e adultos. A vista do pôr do sol era magnífica. No geral, uma estadia muito agradável.

Jantar com vistas deslumbrantes para o mar como pano de fundo foi uma verdadeira delícia. As bem conservadas instalações de spa e bem-estar proporcionaram a melhor experiência de relaxamento. Depois de me entregar a um tratamento relaxante, me senti rejuvenescida e revigorada. Além disso, a localização do resort é ideal, oferecendo serenidade e fácil acesso às atrações populares de Phuket. As praias próximas e a vibrante vida noturna contribuíram para o charme geral da nossa estadia. No geral, minha experiência em Sri Panwa foi extraordinária. É um refúgio luxuoso que proporciona uma fuga inesquecível da agitação da vida cotidiana. Mal posso esperar para voltar e reviver os momentos mágicos que tive durante a minha estadia. Altamente recomendado para quem procura uma escapadela verdadeiramente indulgente e relaxante.

- If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, this hotel in Cape Panwa is a great choice. The area is quiet and not crowded, with calm and clean sea views. The hotel itself has a solid and well-maintained structure, and the beach is just a few steps away no more than five steps from the hotel! - The breakfast was quite good, and I was lucky enough to get a room with a beautiful sea view. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. I would definitely give full marks to the staff for their hospitality and service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - I stayed on the third floor, so perhaps the water pressure was not as strong as on the lower floors. The room was well equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, I noticed some stains that looked like they had not been properly cleaned, particularly on the blanket and the countertop. it was still a little disappointing and did not look good for a five-star hotel. - Overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing stay, especially because of the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful location, and excellent staff service. :)

Resort adorável e equipe simpática, um pouco longe da cidade velha de Phuket, mas o hotel tem um serviço de ônibus para levar você até lá e voltar, o que é ótimo. Eles decoraram o quarto como se fosse nossa lua de mel, o que foi um toque muito agradável. As vistas do quarto também eram incríveis.

É um ótimo lugar para férias! O hotel tem um ambiente bonito. Há muitas pessoas surfando na praia em frente. Há muitas barracas que vendem lanches à noite, que são deliciosos! O serviço de recepção é diferente de manhã e à noite: o do dia pode ter muito trabalho e é mais de madeira; a recepção à noite tem mais sorrisos😊O ônibus tem que esperar muito tempo! Se você gosta de animação, precisa escolher um hotel em Patong Beach! Este hotel é adequado para relaxar e a piscina é muito confortável!
