Preciso registrar uma reclamação, Trip.com confirmou QUARTO COM VISTA PARA O MAR para mim, mas o hotel só oferece vista para a piscina, preciso de seu reembolso.

The place was beautiful, but far away from all the different places to see. The ocean by the hotel has a lot of rocks, so difficult to swim in it, i used a paddle board to go out deep to swim (they allow you to use it for an hour every day for free). I also fell at the hotel, next to the beach bar. No one helped me for 10-15 minutes, i asked for sugar water because i was in shock and had to pay for it. They didn't bring a first aid kit. After another guest realized I am not doing well they got a guy to bring one but he couldn't treat my wound and i had to do it.

What an amazing hotel. Lovely staff, lovely food, lovely views. Just brilliant. You are made feel so welcome, yes the hotel is a little far from things but there are shops a very short walk away. The buggy down to the restaurant and beach was great. Highly recommend for romantic getaways and family holidays alike.

Nice hotel silent area for rest very nice but Premier sea view and premier studio sea view are same room only diffirent small bathtub on the balcony no need give a lot momey also small then another..generaly nice good clean and good staff……

Very new and comfortable hotel in the calm area far from city noise and tourists' crouds. Design of rooms, public areas and restaurant are modern and well done with love and talent. Michelin class restaurant with big variety of Thai and European dishes. All food we ordered were very tasty and beautifully served (Chief Den! Thank you!). Staff everywhere are very friendly, smiling and ready to help. Especial thanks Ms.Namfor for hospitality. Several features that should be considered before choosing this hotel: a big reef is right on the hotel’s beach, which doesn't let you swim at low tide, big fistance from any infrastructure and all entertainment, and a long road from the airport through traffic jams.

We absolutely love this place, located on a more quiet part of the island creates the perfect environment to totally unwind. We could not fault anything. The staff are amazing and so helpful, room was well equipped and immaculate, breakfasts very extensive choices. We are planning a family reunion at My Beach resort early next year, can’t wait!

I like the location a lot: quiet but close to old phuket city centre (10min with scooter, which could be rented from hotel provided contact for a reasonable price) Although the room was close to construction in neighbourhood I felt never disturbed. Beach is nice, but mainly used pool in front of breakfast area and the room pool. (Unfortunately my room locking system had malfunction more then one time - hope the repair works now stable.)
