Amazing stay at Yunlu. Amazing service from the wonderful staff. Extremely quiet location. Beautiful scenery around. Great breakfast (no buffet). Large rooms with great views. Even a small pool (more for children). I cannot say enough good things about the amazing service that the staff provided. Joyous staff. Good feelings. Not much English spoken (well basically none as is usual in China based on my experience) but with the help of the various apps and a positive attitude this is practically not a real issue. It can even be fun. Anyway they fulfilled all my requests and more than that (incl. for the breakfast as I suffer from diabetes) and always made sure I was happy and enjoying my stay. The rooms I had (2 stays) were very large. The air conditioning was very efficient and silent. The views were so enjoyable (yes out there in Mingshi there are better views of course but still). The large bed was very comfortable. Big sofa, tables, chairs ... and a lot of space. Nice bathroom with good shower. A fridge was available and included some ”free” drinks. I found the location perfect as it is not in the village itself but on the other side of the little river. So it is very quiet. A very short drive to the village and even walking requires no more than 30 minutes. Restaurants are only available in the village and bike rentals are way cheaper in the village too. I would certainly not recommend the local shop close to the hotel for rentals as the deals proposed are absurd (well prices the owner articulated were simply exorbitant). I will definitely return to Mingshi as I loved the region and there is so much to discover. I will quite certainly look no further than the Yunlu. Location. Peacefulness. But above all because of the extraordinary customer friendly attitude and the good spirit of the ”team”.

I did a lot of research online before coming to Chongzuo, and it turns out choosing Mingshi Courtyard was an incredibly smart decision! First, the facilities are excellent. The room is huge, with a split-level design. Downstairs is the living room and bathroom, and a balcony with views of the garden and pool. Upstairs is the bedroom, a very reasonable separation of living and sleeping areas. Crucially, there's almost no light pollution or noise, which is truly rare and wonderful. Secondly, the service is outstanding. Many hotels offer butler service groups, but the Mingshi Courtyard's butler was the most responsive I've encountered. From golf cart transfers and addressing requests to providing directions and more – during my four-day stay, every single staff member I met was smiling, warm, attentive, and patient. It felt like they all owned the place themselves. The management is truly impressive! Finally, and the biggest perk, is how convenient it is to stay at Mingshi Courtyard for exploring Chongzuo, given its proximity to Mingshi Scenic Area. It's actually located *inside* the Mingshi Scenic Area, allowing for an immersive experience of the pastoral scenery. It's also super convenient for visiting Dao Na Li Cafe, Detian Waterfall, and Dongna Yuwan. You can even borrow bicycles from the hotel and cycle through the fields, which is incredibly relaxing! They even gave us organic rice and other souvenirs when we left. I really wanted to write them a good review, hoping more people will discover this high-quality hotel!

O pequeno-almoço é divertido com padrões vaporizados, milho, nozes de sopa e batatas doces cozidas, um começo saudável para um dia muito ocupado. A senhora de pequeno-almoço NOS ofereceu o pequeno-almoço no check-in do dia (chegámos às 10:30) e fizemos com que tínhamos o suficiente para comer antes de nos enviarmos para explorar! Nunca tivemos um operador B&B tão cuidadoso e generoso. No nosso dia de check-out, embora ELA ainda esteja ocupada com OS convidados, ELA correu para nos oferecer um adeus Muito bom e UMA viagem segura.A equipe de Frente e limpeza eram todos amigáveis, sempre sorridentes e úteis. Love at first sight. The view from our rooms was beautiful. The rooms were tastefully furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Clean sheets and towels. Modern amenities. The automatic toilet bowl was amazing. I wished I had one at home in Malaysia. We enjoyed the breakfasts. I am good with the healthy options and free flow of soy milk. I suggest using the ceramic bowl for the hot soy milk instead of the plastic bowls provided. Do bring your own hot water flask. Hot water dispenser available.We had all our meals in the hotel. The food was delicious. Do try the free range chicken with mushroom soup. Very comforting. Our morning walk in the village was lovely. Plenty of vegetable farms. Mr. Wei, the manager was very attentive and friendly. He offered to ferry us to Detian waterfalls for a fee as there were no taxi or e-hailing. Overall, we had a pleasant and wonderful two day stay. Highly recommended. PS. Do close the two small windows behind the curtains for better noise insulation.

This hotel is located in a small town next to Mingshi Garden, offering a peaceful and comfortable stay despite being in a lively area. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with beautiful views both from the window and within the courtyard. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable; I slept soundly for three nights, not even waking up during a thunderstorm and rain! We happened to be there during the Dragon Boat Festival, and the hotel arranged a Zhuang minority choir, glutinous rice cake making, and bamboo pole dancing, which was a wonderful cultural experience. They even put turmeric in the glutinous rice cakes, which was a nice touch. The pool was a bit shallow, and the water was very clear underground water, which was a shame I didn't dare go in. The projector in the room was great for watching movies when it rained and we couldn't go out. However, finding an ashtray in the room was a negative point; allowing smoking indoors is quite outdated. The chef's bone fish and dragon's whiskers dishes were both good, but a bit too salty. Breakfast was a little monotonous.

The area is beautiful. The tent and tent area are very nice. My kids loved it! The receptionist Li Lin 李霖 and the rest of the team are very nice and helpful. Beds are comfortable. The pillow was too high for me, but my husband didn’t complain. If you are light and sound sensitive when sleeping, then bring earplugs and sleeping eye mask, because is a tent, of course. The tent I booked was very comfortable in size for two adults and two kids. It had two queen beds and one single bed. There is tv and amenities (shampoo&Co, toothbrush, shaving kit, hair dryer). Breakfast was Chinese style buffet, which we are happy with. The restaurant belongs to another hotel in the same area (there are several hotels in that park). You can order bbq set. Nice quality meat and veggies. I would recommend this camping area for any family with kids. There is a playground area as well and is nice to walk through the trees.

Helpful staff, good breakfast. Central location for exploring mingshi. Room needs a proper chair and table though. Mattress was somewhat hard.

The panoramic view was truely breathtaking and the room itself was clean. However, the hotel felt outdated and poorly maintained. Especially the windows were extremely dirty. I felt deceived by the pictures on Trip.

O hotel fica um pouco longe de Chongzuo, mas você pode alugar um Didi por cerca de 380RMB na estação ferroviária de Chongzuo. O hotel está localizado em um lindo parque onde você pode dar um passeio e ver as 100 portas (acho que foi chamado) e caminhar até o posto de fronteira 3. Foi surreal. Do outro lado do rio você pode ver casas e pessoas vietnamitas. nós acenamos. um drone apareceu e saímos. Para ir até a cachoeira caminhamos do hotel até o centro turístico. Cerca de 45 minutos a pé. Nada mal quando você chegar lá. O hotel é antigo e está começando a mostrar o rasgo. Você pode dizer que já foi ótimo, mas nenhuma reforma foi feita desde sempre. O tapete tinha manchas. não os minúsculos. A pequena mini varanda estava empoeirada. A cama era grande, mas dura. As toalhas estão desgastadas, era inacreditável. O café da manhã, se você não estiver satisfeito com o café da manhã chinês, é um não, não. E sem café, embora a MÁQUINA DE CAFÉ parecesse ter acabado de ser desligada. sinal de saturação sendo consertado. vamos lá. É uma classificação de 4 diamantes, mas parecia mais com 2. Também é menor do que os links no vídeo e nas fotos. Há um restaurante incrível na entrada à direita. Fez muita diferença. Recomendo comer aqui. E nós fizemos! Duas vezes. A comida não era ruim. definitivamente peça as costelas. A equipe é simpática, especialmente a senhora do restaurante. Eu ficaria novamente? NÃO
