I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Thank you!

The hotel is located very conveniently at the Xinghai Square, having access to the subway, being very quick at the several high speed train stations or the freeway. The staff is super friendly and very very helpful in Lamy cases. The hotel itself hat aged and you can see it, nevertheless the staff always do everything to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible.

My initial stay didn’t start off great. The concierge saw me struggling with my luggage and didn’t bother to help (would rather listen to his music on his AirPods). Told the front desk (they could check CCTV to see he just sorta watched me). To make amends they sent up some fruit. The room was a good size and clean. The morning buffet is alright but better to get something outside of the hotel as the variety wasn’t too good. Overall a good stay and I would recommend. One downside for sure was the gym / pool. It’s hard to find and the service was terrible. People on their phones until I asked for their attention (just to check details) and they just kept going “Shenme?” Made no effort to help so bailed. It looked pretty filthy as well.

Excellent as always. The only thing I didn't love was that a staff member rings the bell to offer turn down service every night, even when this has previously been declined. Does anyone actually want or need this? It would be great to be able to opt out of these unnecessary interruptions at check-in.

My recent stay at this hotel left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making check-in and any requests a breeze. The location is truly amazing, offering a stunning view of the lake that added a serene touch to the overall experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and convenient, providing a comfortable stay. However, it's worth noting that the overall style and design of the hotel seem to be showing signs of aging. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Especially Willson Wang, he made a trip himself to find out the best route to get to hotel from metro station. He took a video of the route so I can follow it next time. Hotel breakfast has good variety, fresh and tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers or vacation travelers.

Because we booked the room in a hurry, when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel upgraded the standard king room to a large business room for free for the three of us. Thank you very much. The location of the hotel is superior, close to the center of Suzhou, Jinji Lake, and it is also very convenient to go to the old city. The nearest subway Xinghai Square Station only takes 5 minutes on foot. The hotel service staff is very enthusiastic, and they also provide us with umbrellas and eye masks, which is very considerate. The auntie in the room is also very kind and smiling when cleaning.

It's the first time I came here to stay. It's really great. The service is very good. It's close to the subway entrance. The service from Xiao Min and Xiao Taozi at the front desk is very good. They provided breakfast 🥣. Thank you very much. The breakfast is delicious and very close to Jinji Lake. In the evening, I went to see the night view. I chose to continue to stay tonight. I will stay here again next time.

I came to run the Golden Marathon with my friends. When we checked in, the staff was very considerate and thoughtful and told us how to get to the bag collection office and how to get to the starting point of the race. I also met many runners here. There is red bean porridge and tea eggs in the lobby, which can be used as a mid-course meal and taste very good. There are small bridges and flowing water in the hall, as well as tea, calligraphy, and Go. It is antique and truly a scholarly family. The rooms are not bad, and they are filled with Suzhou's unique warmth and culture. The twin room we stayed in was very clean, warm and comfortable, and there were snacks for runners in the room, which was very touching. There is a small river in front of the hotel, and the magnolia flowers are also blooming. Everything is right here.

The hotel offers a bed and complimentary breakfast of excellent quality. It is an underground bunker style good for cold winter and hot summer visits with excellent AC system. Downside is no windows for obvious reasons but dummy windows to give you the feeling of a real room with windows. Quick comfy bed at a manageable rate. Be prepared to outsource lunch and dinner from nearby restaurants or online delivery service. Located on the beautiful shores of Jinji Lake, Suzhou, nice for morning, daytime and evening walks.

- This accommodation is near Pin Jiang Road (5-10 minutes walk) - The only thing is that taxi can’t stop right in front of the hotel but on the street which is about 2 minutes walk. - The staff are amiable and friendly. Wonderful hotel near to all activities in Suzhou - gardens, museum, crabs, walking streets. Originally booked one night at this hotel but had to book a second on short notice, which was no trouble and very easy. The family running the hotel is incredibly kind and knowledgeable about the local area, providing lots of recommendations. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Will come here again when I find myself back in Suzhou.

Location is great and within walking distance to Ping Jiang Street and Shuang Ta food building. It's easy to get transportation via didi app to travel to various unesco sites such as Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou museum, Master of the Nets etc. Accommodation is great. Staff asked if we prefer the room facing the bustling street or the residential area which was serene with birds chirping in the mornings. Hotel breakfast was sufficient and mainly local fare. No laundry service but hotel has a laundry room which is great! Service staff team are attentive; the chambermaid, laundry room lady and reception were very polite and service oriented. I'll return to this hotel again!

The hotel at the entrance of Tianyu Community is quite strategically located. It is a five-minute walk from the center of Suzhou. The entrance of the hotel is very Southeast Asian style. The room is European style. The area is OK. The bathroom is large. The shower and bathtub are available. The surroundings are also very quiet. To say the places to be improved: 1. The underground garage does not pass to the hotel, which is a bit inconvenient. 2. Breakfast is a set meal, Cantonese style, unit price is not cheap, but even if it is a set meal, if it is changed to Chinese buns, soy milk fritters or Western bread milk, it is better than these.

There is an instruction to register the phone and wechat, and it is quite severe if it cannot be Chinese because it received the room number and the key number in wechat. I have to ask the guards to ride the elevator in Chinese. After that, you can get on the elevator with the card that was placed in the room, but I didn't have the explanation (probably) so I tried it with my own instinct. The room is large and convenient for long stay.
