Spacious room with king sized bed. Good water pressure. Friendly staff. Breakfast with wide spread of choices at RMB58 pet pax is a great value. Pinjiang Road is just across the street.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and conveniently located opposite Ping Jiang Lu. We were thankful to hotel staff Alfred, who extended our check out time to 2pm and Lily, who facilitated the storing of our luggages after we checked out to allow us more time to explore Suzhou.

The receptionist was very kind and polite. We were very happy when we were offered a free room upgrade for one of our rooms. The hotel also offered a very comprehensive free laundry self service as well as a well equipped gym for light exercises. As for all hotels in China, there is also a robot service to deliver food and amenities to your room personally. The hotel is also situated near to the small watertown attraction in Suzhou and is accessible to major attractions in town through a 5-7 minutes walk to the nearest subway station. Unfortunately, there are downsides to the hotel as well. the breakfast was mediocre as some of my family members could not take the saltiness and overcooked food that was served, even though there were plenty of varieties to choose from. In addition, the rooms were not very soundproof as I could hear guests talking and the toilet water running while walking on the hallways of each floor.

The room was great and clean. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. I had a parcel delivered late after I checked out and the front desk staff was so nice to keep my contact and help me courier over my parcel to the next hotel I’m staying at. They were also very nice to extend my checkout to 2pm.

Love everything about this hotel except breakfast. One of the best free laundry room I have ever seen. Complimentary drink in the fridge and was refilled every day. Excellent location. Was given a lovely gift at check out.

Location is great and within walking distance to Ping Jiang Street and Shuang Ta food building. It's easy to get transportation via didi app to travel to various unesco sites such as Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou museum, Master of the Nets etc. Accommodation is great. Staff asked if we prefer the room facing the bustling street or the residential area which was serene with birds chirping in the mornings. Hotel breakfast was sufficient and mainly local fare. No laundry service but hotel has a laundry room which is great! Service staff team are attentive; the chambermaid, laundry room lady and reception were very polite and service oriented. I'll return to this hotel again!

Nice hotel with cosy rooms in a perfect location to explore Suzhou by walk. Good money for value. The breakfast is good.
