Gosto muito deste hotel e estou muito satisfeito em geral. A localização é boa e o transporte é muito conveniente. Acho que o pessoal do Frente fala inglês muito bem, não tem problema em comunicar-se em inglês e tem uma atitude muito boa. A sala é considerada grande no Japão e a vista da janela é muito bonita. Eu também gosto muito deste local. É muito tranquilo e do lado de fora da porta fica o Santuário Hie. Além disso, também acho que a higiene do hotel é muito séria Sempre que as minhas coisas estão arrumadas para mim, muito obrigado. O restaurante do hotel é pequeno e bonito, e altamente recomendado. Fui lá em janeiro e comi a refeição de morango, que foi muito interessante. O café da manhã também foi muito delicioso.

Mori, é tão útil e agradável - capaz de ajudar com todas as petições. O pequeno-almoço se espalhou no Atrium, como é habitual, mas havia apenas um prato de pão marinado cru como o prato sashimi, e os frutos eram pequenos cubos de melone, pimenta, kiwi e laranja (1 cada) em servidores individuais. No ano passado, foi oferecido chirashi, e em 2019, um enorme prato de todos os tipos de sashimi e cortes de melone de Hokkaido. As bebidas e snacks / pratos oferecidos no bar do hotel, Bar & Lounge Camellia, foram excelentes.Visitamos três.Feliz Hora é de 5 a 6 horas com cocktails (mesmo Bellini & Mimosa feita com champanhe !), cerveja, vinho, mocktails a ¥1300. O pessoal era congénito e os bartenders eram muito profissionais.

I am AMAZED by the service and quality provided. Upgrade from Groove to Bellustar is another huge jump. Staffs greeting you along the pavement is a culture shock. The scene within the whole building is really refreshing. Furnitures and facilities no errors. How not to stay again?

The great thing about this hotel is that it is connected to the underground subway (Shin-Nihombashi), and it is not far from Tokyo station. From the underground passageway, there are automatic doors which lead you to a well-lit small corridor where there are escalators that go up to an indoor entrance to the hotel, but as there were no signs pointing to the hotel, I didn't know about this connection initially, and I dragged my large suitcase up a few flights of stairs that led me to the outside of the building. The night employee who met with me upon check-in was polite enough, but she seemed a bit rigid and cold. In contrast, the day staff whom I spoke with (Mayumi and Shie) were extremely friendly and warm. The shower head and shower hose in my room were leaking and dripped water every few minutes, but the sound was reduced when I closed the bathroom door. The daytime staff whom I spoke with offered to change my room, but I didn't take them up on the offer as I felt I could endure the muffled noise for the few nights I was there and I wasn't sure if the new room would have bad and noisy hotel guests next to it (the guests next around the room I stayed in were quiet and polite). The water pressure of the shower was good and the temperature was consistent. The decor of the room was far too dark. To be clear, I wasn't deceived; I saw the images before booking the room, and I chose this hotel anyway as it was a last minute booking and I felt the price and the location of this hotel were appropriate. The layout and space in the room (Superior) is a bit cramped, but I guess this is the same across many hotels in Tokyo. I didn't like the odd placement of the mirror and basin, as I could see the dark door in the mirror reflection. However, I liked that the toilet and shower were separated. The hand soap quality was not good - after using it, my hand would feel unnatural and dry. I did not use the hotel's shampoo or body wash, as I brought my own toiletries. The sound insulation in the room was great - I barely heard the other guests (I suppose because they were quiet and polite), and I faced an office building so there was barely any street noise. The corridors and room were stuffy, but turning the air-conditioning on helped a bit. I did wish that the windows could be opened to let some outside air in. Next to the lobby is a nice outdoor garden which you can sit in. Unfortunately, I did not have time during the day to enjoy this part of the hotel, and the garden is closed at night. There is a 7-Eleven right at the bottom of the building, very convenient! I did not have breakfast at the hotel, nor did I use any of the facilities, so I have no comment on those. Overall, if you don't mind dark room decor and the things which I didn't like don't bother you, I think you'll find this hotel just fine. It's still a nice hotel, so you can consider it for your stay.

Depois de retornar a Tóquio de uma viagem ao Monte Fuji e ao Lago Kawaguchi, fiquei neste hotel novamente. Foi tão bom quanto e tive a mesma ótima experiência. Dessa vez fiquei lá e fui especialmente para experimentar o grande balneário do hotel. Não estava lotado e era muito confortável.

Compared to other Mitsui Garden hotels, this one certainly provides more premium toiletries. However, it is expensive! Like other Mitsui Garden hotels, from 2026…. In the name of environmental sustainability, (1) they provide plastic/reusable slippers which don’t seem hygienic to me and I hated them, (2) bedsheets are changed only after 3 nights. Room cleaning was not very thorough, there was dust at the corners. I can’t find the exact photo now but I had deliberately left a small slip of packaging on the floor to monitor if it would be cleared away but it wasn’t! Their housekeeping team could definitely do better! Unlike other Mitsui Garden hotels I have used, it was not so easy to locate welcome drinks (I did not end up having any). The reception/front desk was also baffling because it tends to be empty or just manned by 1 staff until they notice more patrons around then more staff would appear from their backroom. I appreciate how suitcases I had forwarded to the hotel ahead of my arrival was in my room waiting for me. They also took note of my request for more pillows. Thank you. Other considerations - entire hotel is dimly lit. There are 2 sets of elevators. One to the lobby, and a separate on to go to the rooms. I timed the journey, it takes almost 1 full minute to get from lobby to B1. Even when I requested for a room near the elevators, I was given a room nested very deeply/far away and required a lot of walking. The carpet made it challenging to move suitcases. Location-wise, It’s not the most convenient if want to visit Shibuya/Harajuku but ok for Tsukiji and Ginza. Not so many eateries around and while there are convenient stores, there’s currently no full-fledged supermarkets around. Considering how expensive this place is… its limitations / inconveniences, I would reconsider staying there.

O hotel deve ser um hotel antigo com instalações e serviços online. A sala é bastante grande para um hotel japonês. Tem uma área separada para uma penteadeira e um vestiário, o que é ótimo. A localização do hotel não é a mais próxima do distrito comercial, mas é tranquila no meio da agitação. Se você comprar algo na loja de departamentos Keio, poderá entregá-lo no hotel (pelo que outros hóspedes disseram). Há duas lojas de conveniência a três minutos a pé do hotel, o que é muito conveniente para comprar alimentos e bebidas. O ônibus do aeroporto vai direto para a porta do hotel, o que é ótimo para mim que fiquei um pouco confuso logo após descer do avião.

Desta vez fiquei no Ascott Hotel Tokyo e fiquei muito satisfeito. Em primeiro lugar, a localização do hotel é boa.É muito conveniente ir a Ginza, ao Palácio Imperial e à Estação de Tóquio.Você pode chegar a eles em uma ou duas paradas. está muito bem equipado. Se você quiser fazer refeições simples, as refeições são muito convenientes é que a máquina de lavar é muito fácil de usar e tem uma função de secagem. O banheiro também é muito espaçoso e a água para banho é muito boa. A roupa de cama é muito confortável e você pode acordar naturalmente depois de um bom sono. Há vários recepcionistas que falam chinês na recepção. Se você não conhece línguas estrangeiras, isso não afetará seu check-in e consultas. Um ótimo hotel para quem viaja com mais de 2 pessoas. É como um resort, com jardins próprios e outras comodidades. Apenas 10 minutos a pé do metrô mais próximo ou da estação JR. Os funcionários são simpáticos. Também pode guardar a bagagem por alguns dias e com muitos táxis na área do lobby. Uma variedade de restaurantes no hotel e atividades para fazer também. Recomendaria.
