"A recepção estava caótica. Demorou meia hora para fazer o check-in (não havia fila). Disseram-me que queria duas camas de solteiro, mas quando entrei no quarto, consegui uma cama de casal. Depois de mudar o cartão-chave do quarto, não consegui abrir a porta. Acontece que o Frente se esqueceu de ativá-lo... Quando voltei para o quarto, descobri que o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Reservei um quarto com duas semanas de antecedência e afirmei claramente que precisava de duas camas de solteiro. É realmente tão difícil reservar um quarto? (Cheguei na loja às dez horas da noite)"

"Hotel zdecydowanie godny polecenia, świetnie położony w samym centrum zabytkowego Rzymu, co docenią zarówno turyści, jak i goście biznesowi. Jakość obsługi jest na najwyższym poziomie. Od momentu wejścia ma się wrażenie, że personelowi zależy na tym, aby pobyt był naprawdę komfortowy. Robiąc to, personel dokłada wszelkich starań, aby wszyscy goście zostali zapamiętani, a ich potrzeby zostały spełnione. Doceniłem to, że pomimo pełnego obłożenia, nie tylko udało się dostać pokój wcześniej niż pierwotnie deklarowany czas, ale także zgodzono się (bez dodatkowych opłat) na opuszczenie go godzinę później. Definitely a recommendable hotel, well located in the centre of historic Rome, which tourists and business travellers will appreciate. The quality of service is of the highest standard. When you enter, you get the impression that the staff are committed to making your stay enjoyable. To this end, the staff go to great lengths to ensure that all guests are remembered and their needs are met. I appreciated the fact that, despite the hotel being fully booked, not only was it possible to get a room earlier than the time originally stated, but it was also agreed (at no extra charge) that we could leave an hour later. As for the food, the lack of a buffet is perhaps a little inconvenient, but this can be explained by the fact that it would be difficult to fit it into the hotel restaurant, so food is delivered to the tables. However, guests can eat to their heart's content, and the food choices are really satisfactory - there is always a hot dish for each breakfast. The roof terrace is atmospheric and a good place to eat and drink. The rooms may not be large, but they are perfectly adequate. It is modern and clean."

"We were so happy with everything that the hotel was about. Most importantly, such a warm positive vibe and energy from the hotel staff, restaurant, food and artworks, totally worth the stay! Reasonably priced, a prime location to every important part of central Rome, The restaurant Donna e Bistrot deserves a Michelin star, because the breakfast is so good, with the options they provide, quality of the food and pastries are impeccable! We had a wonderful tasting menu dinner, with wine pairing, and we thought it was better than a couple of other Michelin star restaurants in Rome that we visited. Restaurant personnel were so warm hearted and friendly, as are everyone else! Can’t praise highly enough. Must come back!!! Nicollo, Sara, Alessandro, and all others are the best people in hospitality!"

"攜程付過款。到店前台以為我沒付款讓我刷卡，我以為是收按金，就tap然後輸密碼。發現金額太大，提了一嘴，這是按金嗎，我房費付過了哦。前台才發現重複扣了，又給我撤銷扣款。 到這裏還算正常。 然後騷操作來了，半夜2點給我又扣了一次，無卡交易，不過我鎖卡了沒扣成功。 最後酒店解釋是實習生操作失誤。就看你信不信吧。還説下次來給我打折。亞洲遊客能來幾次呢。這操作很難評。 既然知道我付過了，為什麼要記下我卡號。問過銀行，沒可能tap一下就知道所有卡號訊息，衹能是酒店自己看卡片記的。 不想掏卡想用現金的，也別想了，我去交40歐城市税的時候，前台説了cashless。"

"The Bathtube was chipped, with big rust stains con the marble. The bathroon door hits the bidet every time you open it. The breakfast was very rich but with no meat, because “they’re vegetarians”. When you go to a five stars hotel tou exepct something different. At the check in they even ask for a credit card or a 50 euro deposit in case you finish off their minibar. I was really not pleased."

"We stayed here as the final accommodation of our honeymoon. It was a wonderful hotel with a heart of hospitality that was always there. The location is one stop from Termini Station, and you can walk or take the train to major tourist sites in 30 minutes. All of the luxury brand amenities were comfortable to use, and my wife was very pleased. The welcome message was also very heartwarming. We also had the breakfast buffet, and all the food was delicious, and the live kitchen made some very tasty* food. You can enjoy your stay even more if you research the hotel's history and events. Every part of the hotel, such as the staircase and the historic elevator, felt stylish. This is the perfect hotel to use to make your stay in Rome even more wonderful."

"A localização é ótima, tem uma avenida na porta, é conveniente para se locomover, você pode caminhar até a Plaza de España, há um restaurante de hot pot super delicioso a 300 metros de distância, o quarto no último andar tem uma varanda super grande com uma vista super bonita, o banheiro é muito grande, a equipe da recepção é muito boa, os murais do restaurante são super deslumbrantes, o único pequeno arrependimento é que não há muitas opções de café da manhã. O Coliseu fica a uma curta distância, e o Vaticano fica a apenas 4 paradas de metrô! Se você não se importa com o café da manhã, este é um hotel ideal para ficar em Roma."

O Hotel não é grande, MAS TEM um senso de design, o arte é Muito atraente, a recepção é Muito entusiasmada, e VAI perguntar se você quer beber champanhe Quando você lida com a estadia.O quarto é um pouco pequeno, MAS a cama é Muito confortável, BEM agradável. O pequeno-almoço é um sistema de comida, a depreciação está online, o Sabor é também bom. Você Pode andar para a maioria DOS lugares 15-20 minutos para chegar. Felizmente não há erros."

"Location is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options."
