A brand new, morden themed IHG hotel, located in a high tech park, at the new developed region of the city. Closd to the lake side park, large shopping/theme park, and modernized old town shopping centre. 10 min walk to the nearest metro station, as well as a shopping mall with plenty of eaterings. The quality of the breakfast was great, in term of both the variaties and quality, only pity close at10am. The staff in the hotel were also very kind and helpful, representing company's quality training and service standard. The hotel also kindly provided supplement drinks in the minibar as well as daily bottled drink water. Highly recommended.

I've been staying at the Fuma Hotel Hefei High-tech Zone for my recent business trips, and the experience has been fantastic! The room is very comfortable, and all the amenities are incredibly practical, especially the washer-dryer combo. Being able to wash and dry clothes whenever I want during my several-day stay is super convenient for business travelers. The breakfast offers a wide variety and is delicious, making for a pleasant start to the day. What's most thoughtful is the butler service; I didn't have to worry about a thing throughout my stay. Any issues I had, Cathy the butler resolved them immediately, which was a huge relief. This is definitely a place to consider for business trips.

O hotel foi inaugurado este ano, portanto as instalações são bastante novas. Inevitavelmente, ainda há um leve cheiro de tinta quando as portas e janelas estão fechadas, mas abrir as janelas atrai mosquitos. No entanto, não há telas nas janelas ou portas, embora o hotel tenha um purificador de ar que pode ser ligado. Nossa suíte ficava no último andar, com um pé-direito alto, o que a tornava muito espaçosa e iluminada. A decoração do quarto segue o estilo simples e elegante que está em voga atualmente. Infelizmente, o design da pia era falho; parecia bonita, mas não era prática, resultando em escoamento incompleto e água parada na pia. Além disso, nosso quarto dava para uma estrada rural e, do outro lado da rua, moradores locais criavam mais de uma dúzia de galinhas e gansos em seu quintal. Os galos começavam a cantar às 3 da manhã, intermitentemente, tornando impossível para nós dormir. Por quase dois mil yuans, não poder garantir um ambiente tranquilo para dormir definitivamente prejudicou nossa experiência. O hotel fica muito perto da entrada da área turística da Montanha Dai'ao, a poucos minutos de caminhada. Mesmo durante o feriado do Dia Nacional, em comparação com outros pontos turísticos populares, a área estava pouco movimentada. Para viajantes como nós, que preferem tranquilidade, não gostam de multidões e querem evitar a alta temporada do Dia Nacional, hospedar-se aqui foi uma ótima escolha. Além da proximidade com a área turística, jantar fora também é muito conveniente. O próprio hotel oferece serviço de alimentação, embora os preços não sejam baratos. A cerca de 700 metros do hotel, à esquerda da estrada, há um pequeno restaurante familiar chamado Restaurante da Montanha Dai'ao. Optamos por almoçar e jantar lá diversas vezes e achamos a comida muito boa e o preço razoável, então jantar fora não foi um problema. O hotel oferece muitas atividades para os hóspedes, como praticar Baduanjin (Oito Peças de Brocado) pela manhã e fazer sachês artesanais, mostrando que o hotel pensou em tudo. O hotel tem piscina e, mesmo no outono, ainda havia turistas nadando. O hotel é bem administrado e os funcionários são todos entusiasmados e prestativos. Eles até nos presentearam com uma caixa de bolos da lua do Festival do Meio Outono quando fizemos o check-out. Lujiang possui belos lagos e montanhas, além de abundantes recursos turísticos. Hotéis e pousadas de alto padrão têm sido construídos e desenvolvidos rapidamente nos últimos anos, após sua incorporação à área urbana de Hefei. Espero sinceramente que o turismo e a hotelaria de Lujiang prosperem e que Lujiang se torne um refúgio para os cidadãos de Hefei relaxarem e passarem férias.

I chose this hotel because of its room size. Got upgraded to a suite. Large room with technology and all amenities. The hotel provides 6 complimentary bottles of water for guest, the most I have ever seen. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast area is large with multiple food stations and good variety of dishes. The hotel is next to the #5 Metro station BaiShuiBa - convenient to go to Hefei railway stations and city attractions. The hotel is new and the construction is still going on to build the indoor pool and gym. It does not have a bar - maybe there are bars in the two restaurants inside the hotel. Look forward to stay here again. Hopefully all construction will be done by then.

My experience is good for the hotel facilities.Breakfast is good and plenty of variety. One of the reasons I choose this hotel is that they have bus which bring us to the airport.When one asks about the airport bus location,the receptionist never give us clear reply.They only say in the front door ,but in fact the stop is at the entrance of the hotel not the main door.the bus will not come in the hotel and only stop outside.The hotel can always do better to help the visitors.

飛飛服務很好，面帶微笑，語氣温和，辦理入住的時候免費幫我們由豪華湖景房升級為行政湖景房。看我們帶了兩個孩子，多給了兩套牙具，還送了清洗過的水果。退房的時候，他們熱情地給孩子送了小禮物，穿朱迪玩偶服的服務員邀請孩子一起合影，孩子們很開心。我們遇到的服務員都是年輕人，手腳麻利，有禮貌。後花園就是巢湖邊，很多人在這裏露營，散步，路邊都是柳樹，吹着風，很愜意。

Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet. Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive. Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.

The hotel is located next to the business center, there are many places to eat, the hotel breakfast is good, the room is clean, the service is slow.

O Salão estava bom e o bar no terceiro andar tinha um BOM pessoal trabalhando atrás do bar.
