Great location next to the train station. Super convenient. It was a delightful experience, and it being a super smart hotel (controlled everything using an IPad) also made the experience very unique. I loved it and will come again. The view (after getting the premium) was incredible too. The room may be a little small, but it’s perfect for 1-2 people.

Room was big and clean. Great views from the room. They also have a decent restaurant that had fresh oysters going for 1 for USD1, which was the most bang for buck meal in Boston.

Отличный новый отель. Номера небольшие, но все очень комфортно! Удобная большая кровать прямо у окна с видом на город (при заселении можно выбрать низкий или высокий этаж и вид - на город или нет). Регистрация удобная Душ и вся сантехника новые, все супер. Современный телевизор Свет, кондиционер, телевизор и пр. Управляется с планшета, что тоже очень удобно. Есть два вида штор - блекаут и от яркого солнца. Район удобный - можно быстро добраться до Кембриджа, до Даунтауна пешком 15 минут. , тропа Свободы также находится рядом Отель находится в здании автовокзала, но народу немного и это соседство не ощущается. Зато рядом есть большой фуд-корт, огромный супермаркет где огромный выбор всего, в том числе алкоголя и готовой еды. Также через дорогу - литл итали, где много вкусных ресторанчиков и баров. В общем, мы очень рады, что выбрали этот отель.

Recomendo a esta casa de hotel!Fico em vários hotéis em todo o mundo e gostei dele. O pessoal foi atente e respeitador, a sala foi espaçosa, o banheiro era espaçoso para um hotel urbano, tudo estava limpo e a localização era grande para muitos locais, condutores e subterrâneos/metro. Eu sou originalmente de Boston e o Hotel Indigo será o primeiro na minha lista para visitas de regresso. Eu sempre limpo itens como o controle remoto, comutadores de telefone e luz com limpeza sanitária/branqueamento antes de usá-los. Eu não reparei nenhuma sujeira quando limpo estes itens...credito à equipe de limpeza dura do hotel! Graças à equipe de Frente para um check-in fácil e um check-out rápido!

Hotel location was great downtown right across tufts medical hospital. Service was great room was clean we ate at westeria is on the second floor of the hotel also the lobby is on the second level food was great also their is a Starbucks on the 1st floor. Staff was awesome we didn't get the breakfast and we didn't park a car parking fee was $65 a day i would stay here again. The bar at westeria and it superbowl weekend also parking outside hotel

It’s very convenient to airport as we just have a transit flight at Boston and need to take a rest. Recommend you if you have to stay close to airport.

The hotel room was ok. I got the king bed wicked small room. The facilities seem neither new nor old. But the bathroom facilities are strange, including the sink and bathtub. They make movement not easy. The hotel was packed. Actually for me too many guests, maybe there was an event during my stay.

O pessoal do hotel é profissional.O recepcionista apresentou um caloroso BEM-vindo enquanto recebeu-nos. Eles respondem rapidamente à nossa pergunta. Os guardas de casa também estão muito atentos.A sala de quartos está bem mantida, o ar condicionado está bem e funciona calmamente. Excellent hotel. Recently renovated and has a very modern feel to the lobby. Also connected to Prudential center and tons of food options within 1-2 min walking distance as a result. Room is very clean and comfortable

The hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oatmeal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off. On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view.
