I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nacpan Beach Villa, and it was an unforgettable experience. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, from comfortable bedding to modern amenities, making my stay extremely convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Upon my arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They provided excellent service, answering all my questions and offering great recommendations for local activities and dining options. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made me feel truly welcome. The view from the villa is breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the pristine beach and the sound of the waves was a dream come true. The natural beauty of Nacpan Beach is unparalleled, and the villa's location allows you to fully immerse yourself in this stunning environment. Whether it was a sunrise stroll along the shore or a sunset view from my room, every moment was picture-perfect. One of the most memorable experiences was gazing at the starry sky at night. The clear skies and lack of light pollution make it a perfect spot for stargazing. It was magical to see the stars so vividly, adding a special touch to my stay.

Pros: Our stay at Piece Lio was decent overall. The aesthetics matched the pictures online, and the studio was spacious with a lovely balcony view overlooking the rainforest. I really appreciated the Dyson hairdryer in the room, which made things much easier with long hair. The staff were friendly, polite, and kind, thank you guys! Cons: There were some small issues in the room, such as paint patches peeling off and small holes near the window shutters, which need attention, especially for a fairly new hotel. The biggest disappointment was discovering that there is no gym or spa, even though both are listed in the hotel’s description. This may not be a big deal for everyone, but it was for us since we had planned our trip around maintaining our fitness and relaxation routine. Instead, guests are given access to facilities within the same hospitality group. The gym and spa are located offsite, about 15 minutes away in town. While the hotel provides free shuttle service to and from that location, the drive feels much longer than expected due to island roads. The gym is small with basic equipment, and the spa, called Rituals Health and Spa, felt old and in need of renovation. Breakfast was average and not really to our liking. It was also inconvenient because most restaurants at Lio Beach do not open until around 10 a.m., leaving limited early morning options. We ended up eating at another nearby hotel restaurant, Molave, which was the only one open at that time. One of the staff members incorrectly told us there were other options available earlier, which suggests a need for better training and communication. Another issue was with a pre-booked van ride to one of the beaches. We had confirmed it via WhatsApp, but when we went downstairs, the staff had no record of it. To their credit, they handled the situation professionally and offered us a free one-way ride to make up for the inconvenience. Overall: The staff were warm and helpful, but management needs to improve communication, training, and most importantly, the accuracy of the facilities listed online. It feels misleading to advertise a gym and spa that are not actually part of the hotel. The lack of an in-house restaurant was also inconvenient, especially when you want a quick meal without leaving the property. If the hotel eventually adds its own spa and gym, it would be a much better experience. We did recommend it to friends for a short stay before their flight, but I would not suggest booking it if your priority is having fitness and spa facilities in one place. Overall, would return it they added the facilities! P.S. there’s cats! I’m not a cats person so it was a little uncomfortable to have them downstairs in the lobby area .

We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

Excellent service. Very clean. Strong water — love to shower. Staff very accommodating. We got cookies everyday sent to our room. They also made extra efforts to serve us with other food from the kitchen during breakfast like white rice, garlic rice, and danggit. Was looking for beach front which I thought was somehow accessible via a path, but you’d have to go elsewhere for that. The great service more than made up for it though! Thank you!

We stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort. The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

Inicialmente, este hotel foi um pesadelo. Reservei dois quartos pelo Trip para adultos e crianças. Ao chegar, o hotel informou que um dos quartos havia sido cancelado e que só tínhamos um disponível. Todas as minhas reservas ainda constavam no aplicativo Trip, então nem eu nem o Trip havíamos cancelado nada. Entrei em contato com o Trip e eles foram excelentes e se esforçaram muito, mas sem sucesso, para recuperar nosso quarto. Era alta temporada e o quarto havia sido dado a outra pessoa. Conseguimos reservar um quarto no Westown duas noites depois, então as crianças acabaram ficando no hotel e nós, adultos, felizmente, conseguimos encontrar outro hotel para duas noites e depois voltamos para o Westown Hotel. Quando esse problema ocorreu, senti que fomos tratados de forma extremamente inadequada pelo hotel. Eles deixaram claro: ”Se você reservar por meio de uma agência de reservas terceirizada, o problema é seu, não nosso”. Considerando que a maioria das reservas deles provavelmente é feita por meio de terceiros, essa atitude é péssima. Assim que voltamos para o hotel para os três dias restantes, as instalações eram boas. As piscinas eram boas. Havia um café, alguns restaurantes e uma pequena academia. A localização era a 10 minutos de triciclo do centro da cidade e sempre havia triciclos disponíveis. Havia um serviço de transporte de/para o aeroporto. Os pontos negativos foram os seguintes: - O hotel disse que havíamos cancelado uma das nossas reservas, mesmo sem termos feito isso. As crianças tiveram que ficar sozinhas no hotel. - O hotel não se importou conosco porque fizemos a reserva por meio de uma agência de viagens. - Foi decepcionante que provavelmente 50% dos pratos do cardápio do restaurante filipino não estivessem disponíveis enquanto estávamos lá... a desculpa usual era sempre a de problemas com o fornecedor.

O hotel em si era adorável e a comida era boa. No entanto, achamos os galos ao lado do hotel muito inapropriados e perturbadores. Não conseguimos dormir direito porque eles são barulhentos a noite toda. Não há como bloquear o barulho. Pudemos trocar de quarto, o que ajudou, mas se o hotel estiver com ocupação máxima, será um problema. Cerca de 24 quartos são afetados pelo barulho que os galos fazem. É uma pena que galos em um terreno ao lado do hotel causem muito desconforto aos hóspedes. Se eu fosse o dono deste hotel, certamente faria algo sobre os galos.

Meu marido e eu ficámos no hotel por três noites. A nossa experiência de chegada foi muito bem-vinda.A sala estava limpa e o pequeno-almoço era delicioso. No entanto, achámos que a piscina era um pouco suja durante a nossa estadia, então não tentamos. Ao Longo Da nossa estadia, gostámos Das vibrações no restaurante, as bandas vivas são bons cantores.
