Best service ever. The ryokan provided transport to nearby attractions and also picked us up when we are done for the day. The food was amazing too :)

O hotel tem um ótimo ambiente. A culinária kaiseki também é muito requintada e deliciosa. Os funcionários do hotel são muito calorosos e atenciosos. Agradecimentos especiais a um irmão taiwanês que cuidadosamente apresentou todas as instalações e menu do hotel em chinês para nos ajudar a concluí-lo sem problemas. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a refeição que pedimos. Há duas fontes termais no hotel. A piscina de águas termais na área pública vem de Owakudani. Cada quarto tem uma fonte termal privativa. A água termal privativa vem de Hakone. O o atendimento em alimentação e hospedagem é excelente. Recomendo fortemente que você leve com você. família vindo de férias

Se você tiver dinheiro extra, esta pode ser uma boa maneira de se dar ao luxo. No entanto, um aviso. Se você estiver chegando na estação de trem de Odawara, não há como chegar ao hotel, exceto pelo ônibus do hotel. Os táxis não o levarão. E o ônibus do hotel não o levará a menos que você tenha colocado seu nome na lista de reservas com antecedência. Ninguém me avisou sobre isso. Eu li online que um trem de conexão leva você perto do hotel, mas isso também não é verdade. Mas, independentemente disso, se uma reserva de ônibus é a única maneira de acessar um hotel remoto no topo da montanha, é muito importante garantir que seus hóspedes entendam isso. Quando cheguei, tenho que admitir que o quarto era lindo. O jantar buffet foi fantástico, mas não estava incluído no preço do quarto - um pouco decepcionante, já que o quarto já é muito caro. Fiquei neste hotel no início de maio e a experiência não foi nada satisfatória. **Experiência Onsen:** O onsen possui três banheiras, todas com temperatura máxima de 40 graus Celsius, ideal para iniciantes. A sauna, no entanto, atingiu apenas 50 graus, sem muita intensidade. Mesmo assim, o onsen era bom, com uma atmosfera agradável. **Qualidade do Quarto:** Nosso quarto inicial ficava ao lado de um elevador, embora tivéssemos pedido o oposto e sentíssemos um forte cheiro de fumaça. Ao solicitarmos uma troca de quarto, fomos transferidos para um quarto no andar inferior, que já era antigo. O cheiro do carpete antigo era forte e, apesar de usarmos desodorante spray e mantermos a janela aberta por dois dias, continuou sendo um incômodo. **Incidente no Café da Manhã:** Infelizmente, também nos deparamos com uma situação bastante desagradável durante o café da manhã. Tínhamos reservado a refeição, que não era barata, e chegamos ao buffet antes das 9h30. Pensamos que o buffet fecha às 10h e que ainda poderíamos comer, mas não pegar nada do buffet, como é costume em outros hotéis. No entanto, exatamente às 10h, os funcionários do restaurante insistiram para que saíssemos, informando-nos abruptamente que o restaurante estava fechado. Tivemos que abandonar nossa comida e bebidas, que havíamos pegado às 9h50, e sair do restaurante. Isso foi particularmente frustrante, pois nos viram pegando comida mais cedo e nunca mencionaram que não poderíamos terminar a refeição. Não houve flexibilidade para nos dar nem 10 minutos a mais para comer. **Impressão geral:** O serviço não foi orientado para o cliente e a experiência geral não justificou o preço de € 250 por noite. Além disso, infelizmente, passamos por algumas situações negativas e, dada a combinação de problemas, eu pessoalmente não me hospedaria neste hotel novamente, nem posso recomendá-lo para uma estadia agradável.

Este é um hotel tradicional em Hakone. Não estava lotado no domingo. Os quartos eram pequenos, mas a vista para o lago era bonita. O café da manhã e o jantar estavam incluídos. O café da manhã era um menu degustação francês, que estava muito bom. O jantar era japonês; o sabor era razoável, mas as porções eram um pouco menores do que as refeições kaiseki que já experimentei, embora, felizmente, houvesse arroz. O ambiente do hotel é agradável. O pátio deve ser lindo quando está florido, mas agora ele reflete perfeitamente a melancolia do inverno. Há um ônibus gratuito saindo do Porto de Moto-Hakone. Planeje seu horário com cuidado; o último ônibus sai às 17h10. Depois disso, você terá que caminhar, embora não seja uma caminhada longa. O hotel tem um onsen (fonte termal), então relaxar lá é como ter o lugar só para você.

Nice ryokan with modern hotel vibes. Very good that they provided a free shuttle from the hotel to Hakone yumoto station. Note that the shuttle from the station to hotel is only from 2-6pm and the shuttle from hotel to station is only in the morning. But fits the usual check in and check out time. The room was spacious and great. Service was good and kaiseki meals were very delicious. There was also a public onsen which wasn’t crowded especially at night. The rooftop view is nice too

Very nice (and spacious - by tokyo standards) hotel!! We had a balcony view of the mountain and the golf course. I didn't read the description and was pleasantly surprised that there was an onsen (must pay 150 yen usage fee per person). It was a really nice onsen too. It was raining the day that we got there and it made the outdoor onsen just magical with the rain in the backdrop. However, they do not allow tattooed guests into the onsen so foreigners, please be aware. The room was nice and gave old timey feels. I appreciated the big, long couch too. One drawback was that there was no microwave in the whole building :( But overall, would come back. It's a 10 minute walk from the T Tozan bus (so you can get there pretty quickly from the Togendai bus/ropeway station. The Lawson is right there next to the bus stop too (we got to go while the Evangelion collab was going on). The hotel has a free shuttle bus to various locations too so I would inquire about those upon check-in since those have to be booked the day before, but if you have the Hakone free pass and don't mind walking, it's pretty accessible via the Tozan bus lines

Had a delightful stay at the ryokan. The rooms are quite impeccable with the smell of the hinoki filling the room, it was quite heavenly. We chose the room with the outdoor bath. And given the cool weather, our bathing experience was amazing. The location was also perfect if you are making a trip to the Sengokuhara Susuki Pampas Grass fields, which is such a scenic spot and of which we enjoyed walked to and through in the setting sun. We also opted to have dinner at the ryokan, who specially made it Halal-friendly for us. What's most amazing to us regarding the ryokan was the service. We had a Nepalese staff speaking with us most of the time, as he was the best in English. He personally brought us to our room and even gave an introduction to the room, and what we needed to take note off. After we checked out, he enquired how we were making our way to the train station. There was conveniently located bus stop just outside the ryokan, so we were going to take that. On our way out, he drove out and stopped along the road beside us (good thing there was no traffic) and to our utter surprise offered to drive us to the train station. We found out that he was actually knocking off, but instead of going straight home to rest (before his next shift in the evening), he wanted to drive us to the station. We were exceptionally touched at his extremely kind gesture (as we didn't think it was hotel protocol to do so). Nonetheless, his actions left us a beautiful and lasting impression on the ryokan. Would definitely go again for the luxurious experience!

Need to walk a bit from the train station but there is a shuttle bus from here to the train station. Customer service was great and enjoyed the bath outdoor in rainy weather.

Everything was lovely. The weather was lousy so we stayed mostly at the hotel onsen, and was incredibly happy with the quality of the onsens. Dinner was a buffet with some interesting options. Breakfast was similar to other hotels, but more variety. Loved the 300m walking trail between the hotel and the ropeway station. It was so quick and easy to take the ropeway up and down. It rained while we stayed so no Fuji views but I imagine they’d be lovely from the garden on a good day. Bathrooms are small but functional. We used the onsen so much we never needed the shower in our room. A cute gift shop and cafe on the ground floor. Self-service coffee machine in the lobby. Only reason we don’t give 5/5 rating is there was only 1 pillow each. We possibly could have asked for another, but only stayed 1 night and it was late before we realised. Beds were firm, but I liked it. The rooms are huge by what we’ve encountered in other Japanese hotels.
