Encontre hotéis 4-Star em Viena

"Everything was spot on,cannot complain.Would recommend."

"The hotel is luxurious overall, but unfortunately our stay was not as pleasant as we had hoped. I booked two rooms for three nights, and the room assigned to my sister-in-law had a faulty shower head. Although the shower head was made of high-quality material, it was very heavy and secured with a loose screw. While showering, it detached and fell onto my sister-in-law’s boyfriend’s toe. As the swelling worsened and the pain became increasingly severe, we went to the trauma unit for an X-ray. What we initially thought was a minor injury turned out to be a hairline fracture in his little toe. As this happened on the first day of our trip, it was deeply upsetting and affected our mood for the remainder of the 2.5-week holiday. That said, the hotel staff handled the situation with empathy and care. They repaired the shower head immediately, provided additional first-aid supplies that the hospital had not given, and took the time to listen to our concerns. They also reassured us that they would look into the matter and see if they could assist with covering the hospital fees, or alternatively refund the room charges for the three nights. Things to be improved: 1. Make sure that the toilet amenities are comprehensive (my room was missing hand wash)"

"Very convenient location, right next to U3 line - Neubagasse station, in the middle of shopping street. Hotel is compact with classic yet stylish deco. Highly recommended for couples."

"I can generally describe it well, service and claims were good."

"What a fantastic stay!  Location - the property is located about 15 mins walk from Wien Hauptbahnhof station, which is a direct RailJet service to the airport for 4.60 EUR. It also has several tram and bus lines running by stops even closer than that. Getting to central Vienna is easy via these options, and other sights like Schonbrunn Palace are relatively accessible, and comparable to other hotels located in the city centre.  Rooms - my room was conveniently located near the elevator on the sixth floor, and provided an excellent view over the Schweizergarten. The property is on the smaller, more boutique side, so the elevator is never going to be too far from the room. The lobby is also small which means you can literally go from walking in the door of the lobby to the door of your room in a minute; the same can’t be said for larger properties typical of the major brands. The room was surprisingly spacious, was cleaned every day (which I was very surprised about, a rarity in Europe these days!), the bed was comfortable and the temperature easily controlled. The only thing I would note is the water temperature control in the shower was overly sensitive, but once you get it set to preference it’s fine. Staff - the staff were excellent: friendly and professional. The restaurant staff were also excellent when I visited for dinner one evening.  Value - perhaps what I was most pleased with was the value. I paid less than half of what similar properties were charging for my dates, though granted I booked several months in advance. I’d highly recommend the Hotel Daniel if you’re booking a stay in Vienna!"
