Encontre hotéis 3-Star em Cusco

The hotel was in a very good location, within a less than 5 minutes walk to plaza de armas. There was plenty of food options, convenience stores, shops, pharmacies and markets all around. The breakfast was simple but filling featuring juices, cereal, coffee, teas and assortment of cheese, ham and jams. Elmer the owner was very accommodating and attentive to every aspect of our stay. When we asked if there was a toaster, he went out and bought one the next day so that we could have toast. On the days we had early morning tours, they provided us with a packed breakfast. The room was very spacious. At times there was a lack of hot water but after waiting a few minutes, the hot was comes back. It seems to be an issue in the city rather than just this hotel. The hotel was charming, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. A canister of oxygen was provided when my partner was suffering from a bit of altitude sickness. Thank you Elmer and Soledad for your excellent hospitality and for making our stay thoroughly enjoyable.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with a storage heater and hot shower. About 10 minutes walk to the main square. However, when we arrived it was a little strange for us when the receptionist said that we didn't have a booking there even though we had and I had the confirmation receipt to show him. He wasn't responsive until I called Trip.com online service, and then he continued looking and said that he actually found it, so maybe be aware of this happening when you arrive. It was also a little strange that after they checked us in, we had a lot of luggage and staff showed us to the rooms that were quite a walk away and up one set of stairs and two sets of elevators, that they didn't help with anything of the bags. We only noticed this as we had much better service in other hotels in Cusco.

Fiquei neste hotel duas vezes; entre elas, fui a Macchu Pichu e deixei a bagagem no hotel. Em termos de localização, é muito central, com um escritório da PeruRail ao lado, embora os outros não sejam muito longe. A recepção é 24 horas e há um belo pátio com um restaurante, bem como uma área comum com cozinha nos fundos. Fiquei na tenda Teepee nas duas ocasiões; na primeira vez, a tarifa era mais acessível, em torno de £ 40/noite. Em julho, a noite fica fria. Mas a tenda tem cobertores adicionais e um aquecedor. Isso funcionou, exceto na última noite, pois parece que parou no meio da noite. Sem o aquecedor, o quarto estava bem frio. O banheiro comum fica nos fundos; os chuveiros são bons e você tem privacidade suficiente. Percebi que a água quente demora um pouco para chegar. Deixei a bagagem no depósito - sem problemas. No geral, bom, mas pela mesma faixa de preço, eu tentaria em outro lugar.

This is an amazing hotel with friendly and accommodating staff! The views from the front are unreal also, and the rooms very big and cleaned everyday to a high standard! Would definitely recommend. The staff also made us lunch when we had early morning trips!

Let me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice. But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath. The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it. I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep. Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh

Encontrei um B&B temporariamente porque o B&B anterior não tinha água quente suficiente. O Illa BnB fica no topo da montanha (é preciso subir). Se você não pegar um táxi, é preciso prestar atenção nas malas. Você pode reservar através do booking e do ctrip. O anfitrião criará um grupo do WhatsApp. Se você tiver alguma dúvida, é só perguntar. O anfitrião lhe enviará um link para pagar. Cartões de crédito internacionais e UnionPay são aceitos. A casa é muito grande, com dois andares, o primeiro andar e o porão. No aplicativo, há três tipos de quartos: um quarto normal com cama king-size, um mini apartamento com cozinha e um apartamento de luxo com cozinha. A sala de jantar tem vista para a Catedral de Cusco. O secador de cabelo e a chaleira são compartilhados. Todo o design é um pouco grego e muito confortável. Nosso quarto fica na entrada, então pode ser um pouco barulhento. Podíamos ouvir o barulho do bar lá fora à noite. Mas todos os dias em Cusco são muito estressantes, então basicamente caímos na cama e dormimos. Reservamos um mini apartamento. O quarto era muito maior do que na foto. Tinha uma grande sala de estar, uma sala de jantar, uma cozinha aberta, um quarto e um banheiro agradável com água quente. Talvez tenha sido por causa da região. Basicamente, não havia ar condicionado nos B&Bs em Cusco (mas fazia muito calor ao meio-dia e muito frio à noite, com uma grande diferença de temperatura de 2 a 23 graus por dia).

В первый раз заселили в номер на первом этаже возле ресепшена. Звукоизоляция отсутствует, слышно всех и все! В номере отсутствует вентиляция, влажность 100%. После приема душа, испарение настолько сильное, что вода течет по стенам. В номере стоит аппарат для сбора влажности, но он не особо помогает. Из за влажности в номере холодно, есть небольшой обогреватель. Во второй раз попросили другой номер, заселили на второй этаж. Номер оказался немного лучше, но с влажностью и вентиляцией история повторилась. Завтраки очень очень скудные, есть яичница, вафли и йогурт и так ежедневно. Вообщем плюсы только за местоположение и отзывчивый персонал!

I arrived in the hotel found that the bath tub doesn’t have stopper so asked them to provide stopper but was given a day later and there is no hand wash provided. No soap provided on my last day. Also the hotel staff asked me to pay additional $55.00 as they don’t seem to have record of my arrival to Peru and I have come illegally to Peru.. I have to argue about it and finally they found my arrival details. Breakfast is fantastic and cleanliness is good as well.. Apart from minor issues it is good..near to all amenities .

В целом отель неплохой для Куско, маленькая комнатка, маленькое окошко, очень маленький санузел, не обогревается, нет питьевой воды, тапочек, но ставлю 5 за чистоту, за расположение, и за то, что отель новый. Когда мы там жили, стоимость составляла 90$ за ночь без завтрака. Для такой стоимости нормально. Но когда мы уехали на 2 дня и вернулись обратно, стоимость составляла уже 180$ за ночь, что для данного отеля просто невообразимо. Прожив неделю в Куско, стало понятно, что цена и качество не только для данного отеля но и для других большая проблема! Цены ставят высокие, а сервиса предоставляют минимум!

Had two separate bookings with the hotel as I was going to Machu Picchu and staying overnight there. During my first day at this hotel in my first reservation, I was asked to pay for this second booking together. No receipt given but was assured that there will not be any misunderstanding. Was told to pack and leave my things at the reception and check out and re-check in. So not sure why I needed to pay for the second reservation upfront in my first booking (Maybe afraid that I would cancel it as I was really tempted to). As mentioned in my previous post, the amenities are severly lacking, cause of low water supply, the pipes and toilet filling up is very loud and the water flow from the tap is like the picture at night and it was trickling and dripping one of the early mornings when I had a tour. In short, i will not stay here again.
