I loved Nukumori No Yado Furukawa! I was an American solo traveler, but my wife is Japanese (we have 2 boys), so I am very familiar with Japanese culture. I wanted to go to a place that Japanese people would love, not a tourist-focused place. From the moment I entered, the service was excellent. I was greeted, checked in quickly, then accompanied to my room for explanations of how everything operates. My room was very comfortable. The facilities, including bath area, foot soaking areas, lobby, lounges, etc. - were all clean and comfortable. The lounge next to the lobby was a cozy place to relax, and most of the lounges included food and drink during at least some point of the day. I visited in mid-October so the leaves were changing color and the temperature outside was crisp but not too cold. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. I hope to return again with the rest of my family. Highly recommended!

A very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again.

A localização é, sem dúvida, perfeita. Apenas a um quarteirão de distância fica o Megadonki. O Mercado Majisando Nijo fica a 5 minutos, e o hostel fica bem em frente ao ponto de ônibus executivo do aeroporto. E a equipe foi muito simpática! Depois do check-out, comprei um pouco de Majisan para comer, e a equipe até me ofereceu café. Eles até me deram pratos e lenços umedecidos e perguntaram se eu precisava de um garfo! Eles até me cumprimentaram gentilmente quando eu estava entrando e saindo do hostel e ficaram me incentivando a experimentar sorvete durante o tempo livre. Haha. O hostel estava limpo. No entanto, havia um leve cheiro de mofo no banheiro. Acho que é porque o exaustor é pequeno e não muito eficaz na remoção da umidade. O quarto era pequeno, mas foi bom ter uma pequena mesa e duas cadeiras!

Great for solo short stay. Still a bit of hike from Sapporo station especially if you have large luggage (plenty of stairs in the underground passage) Some hair here and there. Not the cleanest but it's nothing serious Washing machine and dryer on ground floor. 200 yen to wash 100 yen for 30min drying. Great for summe season

I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and they explained everything clearly at check-in. They even arranged the best room for me, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you so much!

Hotel amplo. Quarto básico, mas de tamanho razoável para o Japão. Limpeza do quarto a cada 4 dias, mas toalhas trocadas diariamente. Nosso quarto estava desconfortavelmente quente (em fevereiro, com neve caindo lá fora), mesmo com o aquecedor desligado. Precisávamos de ajuda da recepção sempre que queríamos abrir ou fechar a janela, pois nosso quarto não tinha maçaneta. O isolamento acústico não era ótimo, tanto dos quartos adjacentes quanto da rua principal. Não era ruim, mas já fiquei em um lugar melhor em Susukino por uma tarifa semelhante.

The room size although quite tight for 2 people but nevertheless it is comfortable. The room amenities was quite good too. The staff was helpful during my stay there and although the hotel didn’t provide any airport transfer service, but you may ask the front lobby to book your taxi. The best things was the hotel provide a luggage storage services. The location wise although not that close, but it’s quite convenient, a 6-7 minutes walk to the nearest station and 4 minutes walk to the tram.

Viajei sozinho(a) para Hokkaido e, após pesquisar vários hotéis, optei por este. O quarto duplo, adequado para uma única pessoa, tinha o espaço perfeito. O preço foi bastante razoável, custando pouco mais de 400 (moeda local) com café da manhã incluído. A localização é excelente, muito perto da estação JR. Chega-se rapidamente a pé pela superfície, sem precisar de passagens subterrâneas, o que é extremamente conveniente para um turista como eu, que visita cidades diferentes diariamente. O hotel também fica a uma curta caminhada do Parque Odori, Tanukikoji e Susukino, sendo ideal para explorar a cidade a pé. Há muitos restaurantes nas proximidades; a maioria não exige reserva, e eu sempre consegui entrar sem dificuldades. O quarto é muito limpo e o isolamento acústico é ótimo. No geral, a estadia foi muito confortável.

We spent a wonderful weekend here. The hotel offers great value for money with modern facilities and a beautiful pool area. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and the housekeeping service was top-notch. It felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be back on our next family trip!”

The location is excellent—convenient and easy to get around, especially in the Susukino area. The onsen was a big plus. It was clean, relaxing, and not crowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Housekeeping is provided every three days, which was not an issue for me. However, I wish the trash in the room had been collected daily. Leaving garbage in the room for several days felt a bit unhygienic and could be improved. Aside from that, everything was well-managed, and I would still recommend this hotel for its location, onsen, and overall value.
